I was charged with my 2nd OWI back in 2021. John handled my case for 3 years. It took a year for my trial/hearing for the first ticket I was issued. John fought non stop to have my case dismissed due to lack of evidence, and witnesses. The case was indeed dismissed w/out prejudice. The ADA a few days later reissued my ticket. John did not hesitate to continuing handling this matter, and yet again fought endlessly to have this case dismissed due to lack of evidence and witnesses. John was very thorough and caring during this matter, due to myself also going through a serious DV Trial which was the reason for my “OWI.” John worked diligently on my case until yet again, it was finally dismissed with prejudice. John also helped me in navigating how to have this removed from my criminal record/fingerprints. He shared all evidence/information with me, kept me updated, along with always being available to call, text, email. I highly recommend John and his law office, he will fight for you! You’re a rockstar, John, thank you!!

Got a speeding ticket going 28 over in 70 zone. Got it reduced charge so no mandatory suspension. It was obvious this law office specialized in traffic offenses, Mike, john brother, was quick to reply to communications and Jorden kept me updated throughout the process. Michael Hayes did amazing! Had an OWI charge against me. My case was dismissed due the judge seeing that the MCSO had no articulable belief that I had any signs of driving while under the influence and that no damages appeared on my vehicle as a caller had called and said I was in an accident. Attorney Hayes stuck around and believed in the case for a 7-8month stretch of answering any question my wife and I had. He believes in his work and his office reflects that. He has the knowledge and experience to help anyone with an OWI case against them.

I am a Senior and am a bladder cancer survivor. Because of my treatment I have very little time when nature calls. I was speeding on the freeway in an attempt to make the next exit. The police officer had little understanding and I was give a citation for a significant amount over the speed limit. I contacted Katz Law and received an IMMEDIATE response. Caleb said "not-to-worry" and he and his team went to work on my behalf. Everything was handled in such a professional manner and the final resolution was in my favor. I was extremely panicked when I contacted my local lawyer regarding an out-of-state traffic ticket issue that became a very serious issue for me. They referred me to Andrew Mishlove.
He was able to convince the WI ADA to look at my case and consider a lower plea, reducing the ticket such that it is no longer a problem! I highly recommend the Mishlove team! They did not let me down!

Andrew not only helped me though a very traumatic experience by giving me honest, blunt advice, but after he looked at my case he gave me his "gameplan" on our defense and it made total sense! From his very first consolation to the end, he never told me what I wanted to hear (like other lawyers told me) & always gave me excellent legal advice.
As for the court room...Andrew is a BULLDOG! He filed at least 4 or 5 motions that were denied by the judge, but he didn't quit. My next phone call, he had a different strategy in mind, and when he took that to the Milwaukee County DA, he chose to dismiss all charges. WOW!
Also, Andrew has been around in the DUI game for over 30 years! It seemed like he knew everyone & everyone knew him. I know personal contacts are not supposed to mean anything in the justice system, but come on, we all know...it's who you know!
It is true, Andrew is more expensive than other attorneys, but you have to consider what you are getting for the higher fee. You could go with a PD, but they have so many cases and aren't paid alot, so your odds are terrible! I'm sure they're are some hard working PD's out there, but let's be honest. Then you could go with a lawyer that charges less but I guarantee you will get what you paid for!
With Andrew, you do get what you paid for...a HIGH class DUI defense with a super knowledgeable attorney who will fight his tail off for you.
If it's not obvious...I HIGHLY recommend Andrew Mishlove with all my being!

In 2014, I was charged with a first-time OWI in Wisconsin that was due to prescription drug use. It was clear to me that it was going to prove to be a very difficult case, so I searched extensively for the “best” attorney I could find in the Southeastern Wisconsin area. I met and spoke with several of the “best” recommended. There were some “best” attorneys who weren’t even interested in representing my case as they deemed it was “unwinnable” and not “worth their time”. I was shocked by that response. Luckily I found Andrew Mishlove. While Andrew never said he was going to win my case, he also never said it was not “winnable”. Andrew was honest, straight-forward and very direct. He always told me like it was and never sugar-coated anything. I was always aware that I could lose, but I knew I wanted to attempt to win with Andrew. It was the BEST decision I have ever made; one that could have had very serious repercussions to my personal and professional life. Andrew and his team treated me with the highest level of respect and courtesy for the entire duration. Andrew is firm, but kind and caring. He researched everything and went the length to find professionals in pharmacology who could represent me if and when needed. I truly appreciated that. I was referred to Frank after needing to change my family court representation mid custody case because I was very displeased with my first attorney. He was simply amazing. Very knowledgable attorney who knows how to strategize extremely well. One thing that stood out the most to me was that he was always polite to the opposing attorney and my ex despite his attorney's very rude attitude in response. His assistant Kristin is a wonderful addition as well and the two complement each other in their thoughts and approaches extremely well. I was beyond grateful that he was willing to take on my difficult case when we were already knee deep into it and he managed to assist me in getting an outcome that was beneficial, something my previous attorney was not doing. I was called to a deposition by the opposing attorney and my previous attorney did not prepare me at all and I was terrified. Fortunately the initial date had to be postponed and I had hired Frank before the new date. He and Kristin both made sure I was beyond prepared for what to expect and exactly what to do and what not to do that I was no longer nervous when the day arrived. A family member recommended Megann and her firm after we relocated to Wisconsin. While my wife and I had some ideas and a few priorities concerning our trust needs, a thorough and friendly discussion with alternative approaches to consider, helped clarify what we wanted to accomplish. Perhaps needless to say, there were perspectives we had not thought about.
In terms of process we had an initial meeting that focused on what we wanted to do, especially regarding children and grandchildren. There was a follow-up phone call with a couple questions she had raised. Shortly thereafter a first draft document was mailed to us for review and comment. Several weeks later we had a second meeting to discuss the draft and make any changes that followed that discussion. That meeting led to the final meeting where we signed the documents. About two weeks later the copies of those were mailed to us. Incidentally, our second meeting was done through Microsoft Teams at our request since we don't live in Milwaukee.
Both my wife and I strongly recommend Sage Legal Group for both their expertise and the way they communicate.
