Attorney Kopp fought for the best possible outcome and I recieved it. He reduced my imprudent speed ticket down to a zero-point parking violation. I was very satisfied with this outcome. After receiving a direct mail solicitation, I called and spoke to Attorney Patrick Alan Hall. Like many other reviewers' experiences, he picked up the phone when I called. He explained the process of traffic court and advised me on my specific situation saying it could be handled by me without an attorney. I attended court myself and the outcome was what he had predicted. Making that 5-minute phone call was invaluable in preparing for court and that appearance saved me quite a bit of money.

I was extremely panicked when I contacted my local lawyer regarding an out-of-state traffic ticket issue that became a very serious issue for me. They referred me to Andrew Mishlove.
He was able to convince the WI ADA to look at my case and consider a lower plea, reducing the ticket such that it is no longer a problem! I highly recommend the Mishlove team! They did not let me down!

Andrew not only helped me though a very traumatic experience by giving me honest, blunt advice, but after he looked at my case he gave me his "gameplan" on our defense and it made total sense! From his very first consolation to the end, he never told me what I wanted to hear (like other lawyers told me) & always gave me excellent legal advice.
As for the court room...Andrew is a BULLDOG! He filed at least 4 or 5 motions that were denied by the judge, but he didn't quit. My next phone call, he had a different strategy in mind, and when he took that to the Milwaukee County DA, he chose to dismiss all charges. WOW!
Also, Andrew has been around in the DUI game for over 30 years! It seemed like he knew everyone & everyone knew him. I know personal contacts are not supposed to mean anything in the justice system, but come on, we all know...it's who you know!
It is true, Andrew is more expensive than other attorneys, but you have to consider what you are getting for the higher fee. You could go with a PD, but they have so many cases and aren't paid alot, so your odds are terrible! I'm sure they're are some hard working PD's out there, but let's be honest. Then you could go with a lawyer that charges less but I guarantee you will get what you paid for!
With Andrew, you do get what you paid for...a HIGH class DUI defense with a super knowledgeable attorney who will fight his tail off for you.
If it's not obvious...I HIGHLY recommend Andrew Mishlove with all my being!

In 2014, I was charged with a first-time OWI in Wisconsin that was due to prescription drug use. It was clear to me that it was going to prove to be a very difficult case, so I searched extensively for the “best” attorney I could find in the Southeastern Wisconsin area. I met and spoke with several of the “best” recommended. There were some “best” attorneys who weren’t even interested in representing my case as they deemed it was “unwinnable” and not “worth their time”. I was shocked by that response. Luckily I found Andrew Mishlove. While Andrew never said he was going to win my case, he also never said it was not “winnable”. Andrew was honest, straight-forward and very direct. He always told me like it was and never sugar-coated anything. I was always aware that I could lose, but I knew I wanted to attempt to win with Andrew. It was the BEST decision I have ever made; one that could have had very serious repercussions to my personal and professional life. Andrew and his team treated me with the highest level of respect and courtesy for the entire duration. Andrew is firm, but kind and caring. He researched everything and went the length to find professionals in pharmacology who could represent me if and when needed. I truly appreciated that. In the end, I had the most desirable result, for me: a great success to not have an OWI on my record and in my life. Thank you Andrew!

Craig is a man with with a lot of resolve. He skillfully navigated between the prosecuting ADA's blockheadedness and my own. He is smart, clever, and compassionate. I cannot say enough about the representation I received from Rebecca she literally saved my life. Facing 3 felonies and an enhancement charge facing 40+ years in Waukesha jail she got me 2 years probation is a miracle. I recently found myself facing DV criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct charges because of false allegations brought by a vindictive ex-boyfriend. Due to my immigration status (I'm here legally, but I'm not a citizen) I knew I needed a highly-skilled criminal defense attorney who ALSO had a good understanding of immigration law. Thankfully, that is EXACTLY what I got with Marc Christopher!
From the very beginning, Marc did an excellent job of walking me through ALL of my options and discussing the possible defense options for my case. Ultimately my case went to trial and I was acquitted of both charges! At trial, I and others in the courtroom were extremely impressed by my attorney's competence and skill which I wholeheartedly credit with my being able to beat both of these charges. James was thorough diligent very informal and he inspired me the most that he had an sincere concern about little old me. I have had the pleasure of working with Luke and his team for 2 really bad car accidents (9/2015 and 1/2016). When I first met Luke I appreciated that he listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and did not give me the typical lawyer pitch on how he could help me get a large some of money. Instead Luke told me exactly what the process would look like, realistic timelines as to how long the process would take and even step by step directions on what I should do if I chose not to use a lawyer. I wish I could give 100 stars, 5 just isn't enough. Mr. Binder is an outstanding lawyer and anyone should have the utmost confidence when hiring him.
I hired him for a drug related case vs the State of Wisconsin. I was facing 9 felony charges. The most serious one up to 40 years in prison and the others weren't much better; together they totaled 143 years maximum imprisonment exposure. On top of this, the prosecutor was no slouch, quite the opposite in fact, lots of prison is always what he wants and he doesn't budge on that. This prosecutor actively tried to make my charges sound worse than they really were to the judge during the hearings to a blatant degree; I got the feeling the State really wanted to put me away for a long time, which was terrifying.
From day one I always got the impression that Mr. Binder worked tirelessly on my case, doing everything and researching everything that he possibly could to get me the best decision possible. I also got the impression that he genuinely cared about my wellbeing and was invested in the outcome of my case far past any payment, and I was right (read to end to see why). To begin, Mr. Binder and his firm secured my bail at $5000, when the State asked for $100,000. Mr. Binder poured over every piece of evidence while crafting my defense and kept me in the loop the entire time. He was able to successfully elongate my case, always getting at least 3 months between hearings, if not more. In conjunction with that, he gave me tips and ideas on what I could do to best boost my chances of a favorable verdict, which turned out to be very helpful. As a result, I had the time I needed to follow through with his suggestions and I am confident that they saved me a lot of prison time. Throughout the case Mr. Binder made himself available whenever I had questions or concerns and he always took the time to explain everything in great detail to me; often times this would take up hours of his time and I always felt as though he was glad to do it. The initial plea offer from the State was 8 years in prison, which Mr. Binder thought was unnecessarily high and he was able to get the plea down to some amount of prison time, left to the Court's decision, with the ability for the Defense to argue. With this prosecutor that seemed like magic. In the end, he was able to argue for 4 years of probation with 9 months of condition time (3 months straight time, 6 months Huber) and an imposed and stayed sentence of a few years. I was not fined at all, and I was able to get a report date 1 month out from my sentence date instead of being taken to jail right after sentencing. This is where most lawyers would end it, but not Mr. Binder. He continued to keep in contact with me and help me navigate the Huber situation; he reached out multiple times to the HOC in attempts to get information from them, get them to guarantee my release for Huber (HOC makes their own rules and can just ignore what the judge says, doesn't make sense at all, broken system) and possibly get me electronic monitoring instead (still up in the air, but probably a no due to my charges, nothing he can do about that). The HOC is wholly incompetent in every regard, yet Mr. Binder keeps trying, and keep in mind, he is not obligated to at all, my case is over, he can walk away anytime he wants, but he's choosing to go far above and beyond and it's fantastic. Mr. Binder is not just a phenomenal lawyer, he is a phenomenal human being as well, and it shows in many ways. He is the type of lawyer that all others should strive to be like and live up to.
The bottom line is, hiring Mr. Binder was the best decision I could have made. If you want a truly outstanding lawyer who will do everything he can for you and treat you like his friend or family, Mr. Binder is your man. Do not hesitate to hire him.
