Chad helped me with a speeding ticket. I originally had 4 points taken off my license and he got it down to 0. Through the whole experience he was very reassuring and answered any and all questions I had right away. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to handle the situation professionally. My wife and I have known Mr. Bonneson for 25 years. He represented me when I was a passenger in a minor traffic accident and settled the issue in my favor in a very professional manner. I've had other lawyers before and nobody compares. Attorney Brittain didn't tell me to take a deal because I would lose. Instead, he listened to me and told me we should fight and go to trial. He did a psycho-drama with me and it was amazing. After the psycho-drama, I understood how he was going to win my trial. He is a fantastic lawyer!

I,m am very pleased with Alex, Oriana and all his support staff in their due diligence for sticking with my case for over 3 years to finally come to a resolve with all parties to reach a settlement that paid off the outstanding medical bills and enough left over to seek continued care. I was a little disappointed in the whole process as far as not having ever filed a lawsuit before but understand its the way thing "work" in this legal system. My opinion of insurance companies has been lowered a notch or two as well. Thank goodness for attorney's!

I hired Nick for 2 very difficult cases, one involving a domestic dispute and the other a very complicated divorce. Nick was truly an advocate for me, he is a expert at the law and an amazing litigator. My divorce did end up going to trial and he was there for me every step of the way explaining the legal process that is so complicated to the average person. He fought hard for me and I am completely satisfied with the outcome of my difficult divorce. I was referred to Frank after needing to change my family court representation mid custody case because I was very displeased with my first attorney. He was simply amazing. Very knowledgable attorney who knows how to strategize extremely well. One thing that stood out the most to me was that he was always polite to the opposing attorney and my ex despite his attorney's very rude attitude in response. His assistant Kristin is a wonderful addition as well and the two complement each other in their thoughts and approaches extremely well. I was beyond grateful that he was willing to take on my difficult case when we were already knee deep into it and he managed to assist me in getting an outcome that was beneficial, something my previous attorney was not doing. I was called to a deposition by the opposing attorney and my previous attorney did not prepare me at all and I was terrified. Fortunately the initial date had to be postponed and I had hired Frank before the new date. He and Kristin both made sure I was beyond prepared for what to expect and exactly what to do and what not to do that I was no longer nervous when the day arrived. I would absolutely recommend him, and have done so numerous times since, to anyone who has been looking for a family court attorney.

Only posting this because I had this firm since AUGUST 2023….i have never seen or talked to anyone from there but 4 times by phone and that’s because I called them…found out lawyer on my case don’t work there anymore because I asked why he haven’t followed up now today I’m told the paralegal don’t work there anymore and I only know because I called to ask again why I haven’t spoke to a actual lawyer…TODAY was the last I can take of the unprofessionalism I was told I would be speaking to a lawyer at 3:30pm called at 3:35pm they said oh sorry we have you on the calendar for 4:00pm I called at 4:05 they sends me to voicemail and another lady answer and says nobody is available they will have someone call me when they can…SERIOUS…I did the car fixing check with the insurance people on my own without the law firm assistance really so not sure what’s taking so long to finalize this situation…AT THIS PONIT I JUST WANT ANOTHER LAW FIRM let’s see now if they make time to call me 🤦🏾♂️

Michael Hayes did amazing! Had an OWI charge against me. My case was dismissed due the judge seeing that the MCSO had no articulable belief that I had any signs of driving while under the influence and that no damages appeared on my vehicle as a caller had called and said I was in an accident. Attorney Hayes stuck around and believed in the case for a 7-8month stretch of answering any question my wife and I had. He believes in his work and his office reflects that. He has the knowledge and experience to help anyone with an OWI case against them.

I was injuerd at work and after workmans comp reviewed my case, they said it wasnt work related. Even after getting the paper work filled out by my surgeon, verifying that the injury I sustained was from my work related accident and I was still denied workmens compensation.

Thank you to Attorney Michael Hayes for getting my 7th offense OWI dismissed in September 2021. In 2017 I was arrested for operating under the influence of my prescription medication. The state troopers looked at my prior convictions but not at the roadside situation & facts. Mr. Hayes proved to the Judge and DA that I was in fact not impaired. Now that this looming cloud of dread has been lifted, I can finally live my life and move forward. My gratitude to Attorney Michael Hayes is enormous, words can’t fully express. Mr. Hayes and I put in years of hard work challenging every, I mean every, aspect of the seventh offense OWI case against me. His cross examination of the trooper who stopped and arrested me was in fact like you see in the movies as he broke down every, not just one, but every statement the arresting officer made and proved it all to be false. Attorney Hayes uncovered and then highlighted every fact that supported my innocence, and from the start of the case he firmly believed in my innocence. He kept telling me that if we can show the Judge the unfairness of the arrest, the Judge would rule in our favor and dismiss the case. When the Judge said the trooper didn’t have the right to arrest me, the DA moved to dismiss the OWI 7th. This was one of the happiest days of my life. I’m not sure anyone would’ve ever fully believed I was innocent if Mr. Hayes wasn’t there to prove it as it was my word against the police til he took my case.

Concern #1: Do these guys know what they are doing? I was impressed with their structured approach. This made me feel comfortable that nothing would be "missed." Their free video library helped me understand trusts / wills. The videos also showed their knowledge and professionalism.
Concern #2: What is their patience for answering questions? Trusts / Wills are new to me and it is easy for my mind to glaze over. This was not their first "rodeo." They answered / anticipated my questions until I felt I had enough understanding.
Concern #3: What happens if I have a life changing event or there are issues after I die? They set up a process to deal with these issues.
Why did I want to get a trust? I was the personal representative for two estates. Probate is a tedious, expensive and time consuming process. The money I spent to establish my trusts is significantly less than probate costs.
In a short period of time I was able to make sure my estate could be settled quickly and easily.
