When searching for lawyers for my fathers DUI case, I came across several lawyers but from the few that I spoke with over the phone or in person, no one came close to David. Noah is an outstanding attorney. He communicates promptly (which is RARE) and clearly. He is skilled at negotiating plea deals and knowledgeable about what is or is not a fair settlement. Sadly, I've had to engage a fair number of attorneys in the past and Noah is at the top. He walked us through every step of the process, providing sound advice along the way. Bruce has represented me in a two Federal Probation Violation cases, a major State Case, and continues to help me with an appeal. If you decide (or the evidence is so stacked you have no choice) to take a plea, he is who you want. Bruce has the connections and where-with-all to negotiate the best deal possible. He managed to negotiate 2 amazing deals, helped me avoid 2 additional Federal Indictments, and is still helping me with my legal matters after I served my time.
His client service is amazing. If you are going to have to do a little time, he is who you want. Every time I called from jail or prison he answered the phone, no matter what time of the day. What is more, while incarcerated, my identity was stolen, and Bruce helped me restore my identity and get my credit sorted out for no additional fees; he also continues to help me with an appeal.
If not for Bruce, I wouldn't be writing this review for another 10 to 15 years.

I reached out to Kelly regarding my wrongful conviction for domestic violence which was preventing me from owning/possessing a fire. If it wasn’t for my love of hunting specifically with my dad I probably would’ve gone on with my life but instead I explained my situation to Kelly, she sounded positive about restoring my rights. Took a few months but the wait paid off. I now have my conceal carry and the joy of being able to purchase weapons. More importantly I get to hunt with my dad without looking over my shoulder. Would recommend Kelly if you are in a similar situation situation hands down!!!

Chris handled a case of mine over a year ago, and throughout the year, some things came up that Chris really had no responsibility to address as he had successfully done his job with a fantastic sentencing outcome but he always took the time to follow up with me. I've had another criminal attorney who was supposed to ranked very highly and the fact is after the case was over, I couldn't get a word out of him unless it involved paying more. Chris is a stand up attorney, remembered the facts of my case for an entire year and when he was able to help, he did so, and as a secondary outcome, we applied for and got an early dismissal from probation and on my record a year after. Chris is by far the best attorney I have worked with and I highly recommend him. When I am able to get my case expunged in two years, Chris will be my immediate go-to.

He is very honest and knowledgeable not like the others that i contacted that day. He took the time to walk me through my case (a very minor traffic incident) and explained me why it is not worth to retain any lawyer for that matter. I found Matthew through a Google search that led me to a referral site. Not knowing a darn thing about finding lawyers I put in my information and Matthew was the first one to respond; my request was answered in about 20 minutes. From the very first phone call and until my issues were completely resolved he has maintained an excellent level of professionalism, fast responses, and an understanding of my specific needs. Even after resolution he has kept himself very available to answer any question that I've had. My case was resolved as best as possibly could be expected, and even before we knew the answers I was left feeling safer and in more control. Matthew kept me educated as to what was going on and why, and provided a great action plan for me to follow to best resolve the case. I would definitely recommend his services again - and did. I referred him to a family member whose case was also resolved excellently despite the different nature of the issue. I feel I got incredibly lucky to find Matthew, but luck was only part of it. I do not and will never regret my decision of having Mathew Thomas Martin represent me as my Attorney concerning a criminal case charged against me for what I beleive was a false accusation.
According to the District Court, my offence level was Misdemeanor, and the Charge was Disorderly Conduct-Offensive/Abusive/Noisy/Obscene tending reasonably to arouse alarm, anger or resentment in others. Charged for the maltreatment of a vulnerable adult for what I believe is completely not true. The report I received from the Police, coupled with the pictures, and complainant witness story did not truely tally with what I believe happened. I wondered how I could come out of the unfaithful charge knowing I had no way to prove them wrong. I contacted my Attorney Matthew Martin and explained the inccident in great detail. He believed me, I trusted him, and we moved forward. He allayed my fears and gave me confidence stating that his investigations and follow-up of my case will be thorough and without baise. However, he prepared my heart saying that the case was a serious and daisy one, but not to be too worried but be cheerful. He worked very hard and tirelessly, making phone calls, collecting materials such as photos from police, 911 call, and creditable statements from various sources. His investigation was thorough and we went to court four times. He argued my case with professional skills and expertise that brought about a successful end result.
I am a happy man today, and very grateful that he was used by God to bring me out of a problem that would have otherwise brought me unimaginable hardship, sorrows and unecessary sufferings.

Sam filed a lawsuit that requested a full refund from a contractor who was supposed to fix a broken sewer line. Six months after the job was complete, I discovered another break in the line and other problems. Sam won a full refund. An attorney where I work said it is very difficult to win cases against contractors, but Sam did it!

Sam was recommended to us by a friend after my boyfriend got a confusing traffic ticket that required him to go to court. Sam was courteous right off the bat, and went out of his way to explain what everything meant and keep us informed through out the process. He was able to get my boyfriend out of the ticket completely and also was able to get the court date moved so we didn't have to deal with it the same week we were moving. The day of, my boyfriend didn't even have to set foot in the courtroom, Sam took care of everything. Afterwards, he followed up with us. Going to traffic court felt like it was going to be a total nightmare, and Sam made it as easy and comfortable an experience as possible. He was also very reasonably priced. I would recommend Sam to any of my friends or family, he is great!

I am a business owner who has lived primarily out-of-state since 1981. I have a second home in Minnesota. My situation occurred in 2017, after a cop harassed me for nearly an hour in a parking lot. Unfortunately, this occurred in a suburb whose cops are notorious for harassing innocent people. I was "guilty" of driving with expired plates, and knew it; I'd been out of town working, forgot to renew the plates on the car I keep in Minnesota. I apologized to the cop but he continued harrassing me. Oddly, he did not write me a ticket.
