I had moved out of state and needed a lawyer back in Minnesota, I contacted Mr. Myers and he was able to take my case and start on it right away. He was always just a phone call away and kept me updated almost daily. He was able to get the case dropped and was able to finish everything in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mr. Myers to anyone in Minnesota and possibly out of state.

Beyond ethical. I wanted him to do something that he made clear he would not do, however, he took a look at my case and made multiple suggestions as to how to win and as he says "achieve my objective"!!! And he did. He took an approach that even the judge had never seen. Not only did we, actually he won, nothing went to my criminal or traffic record. HE IS AWESOME... Mr. Berris represented me for two separate cases, the first time for a DWI defense and then a few years later for a driver license cancellation challenge. For the first offense, I was grateful for his expertise and negotiating a very favorable outcome on a guilty plea. What was almost an inevitable 60-day stay in the Plymouth work house, turned into a 90-day electronic home confinement and daily breath monitor… On the second charge, we effectively sued the State of Minnesota with a bench trial in my home town (I lived in a County seat) — and I testified for 50 minutes before Mr. Berris, a deputy State Attorney and a District Judge… Mr. Berris did such a great job in the proceedings, that a few weeks later the judge ruled to dismiss the charge and grant me immediate reinstatement of my driver license. Fifteen years (and no offenses!) later, I am writing this recommendation from Iowa just to give praise to the best attorney I’ve ever met in my life. Thank you so much Mr. Berris, if you ever read this and possibly remember these cases.

I recently used Marc Berris for a DWI case. He was really great. My last lawyer sent a different lawyer to court with me and had his legal assistant call me when I left messages for him. Marc did none of that. He handled every past of my case, was quick to return calls and reply to e-mails, and got me a much better outcome than I had expected. I had gotten Marc's name from a friend and was very glad that I did.

When I was arrested a close friend gave me Marc Berris' name. Though my friend had not used him personally, he had heard him speak when he was a student and remembered him several years later. I am glad he did.
Marc was able to meet with me almost immediately, and we spent a lot of time talking about what had occurred and what could be done to make the situation better. Marc didn't pressure me to hire him, and I actually took the time to meet with two other lawyers. After doing so I knew that Marc was the right choice. One of the other lawyers actually gave me totally incorrect information, and the other was trying to rush me out the door almost the minute I got to his office.
We made several court appearances and Marc checked in with me before each one. When he received all of the police reports he sent me a copy and then met with me to discuss the ways that they were accurate, the ways they weren't, and what our best course of action would be. At every step Marc made me feel like his only client, though I know I was far from it. When I left messages for Marc they were returned the very same day, every time, without exception.
In the end, the outcome was better than I had expected. Marc even sent me a note to thank me for my business. I have sent a few people to Marc since then, and every single one has been as pleased with him as was I. Avvo's rating system only allows me to give him 5 stars in my rating, but if I could give him 500 I would!

I was facing several consecutive Dwi charges, Tyler worked it out so that I only had to do 10 days instead of doing two 90 day and 180 day sentences consecutive. He is a truly amazing man and definitely know what he is doing. I refer everyone I know with criminal matters to Tyler every time.

I cannot recommend Mr. Bliss strongly enough! I was charged with a sex crime that I did not commit and no one would take my case except Tyler. I worked with him for one year and throughout my trial his professionalism and skill in understanding and defending me throughout was simply unmatched. You may find lawyers that speak well and lawyers that will promise outcomes but it just doesn't mean jack until you see them in action during a trial! Mr. Bliss absolutely spanked the pants off the D.A. in my case and put to shame a District Attorney who has been trying cases for at least 20 years longer than Mr. Bliss. I was found NOT GUILTY of all counts and I owe it to Tyler's undying devotion to my case.
He knows what he is doing he is dedicated, he cares, he is honest, he is knowledgeable, and he is committed to his clients.
He won't lie to you and promise outcomes but he will fight like a dog for you. He ALWAYS answered my phone calls - he always took the time to talk to me. Christa is amazing and she coordinated me to work with Jessica Rugani a former prosecutor that works for the firm now. Jessica was detailed, precise, knowledgeable, and worked very well with the prosecutor in my case. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome. Jessica did a great job communicating with me and helping me understand my case and helping me process the information.
I had a previous lawyer who really screwed up and I was not happy and Jessica and Christa took over my case and so I was very worried that I’d have a bad experience but everything they said they were going to do, they did. The outcome they said we were going to get, we got.

After many years in the family court system, I finally found an attorney that would best represent the needs and wishes of my children. This lawyer not only knows the law extremely well but she is a great human being. She helped me multiple times over the years with obtaining my green card, fighting false allegations and traffic tickets. She helped me on obtain my green card through VAWA and is currently helping me obtain my citizenship. What I love about her, is not just her knowledge and thoroughness but her desire to serve with love and compassion. She is a truly empathetic human being with a heart of gold. I am truly blessed to know and work with Chelsea. Without her, I would have lost the privilege of raising my son and being the independent woman I am today. Chelsea Anderson is a brilliant lawyer who has shown me great understanding and empathy during my challeging divorce and false criminal charges alleged by my husband's sister so he could easily get custody of our infant son. I was accused of hitting both the child and sister in law and Chelsea Anderson diligently worked to prove the false allegations while helping me explore other immigration alternatives after my husband withdrew his green card petition in the last minute and filed for divorce and full custody of our baby. Ms. Gaborsky from the first phone call, to this day has been thorough, professional, and returned all calls. Has been informative and very productive. She is currently representing my husband in a trial still pending. I know and have confidence she will win this trial, and has created such a relief from my husbands depression and nervous facing such serious false allegations. I am excited to write the review of her winning this case, but as for now she is winning through her attention to detail, attention to her client "my husband", and has kept in close contact with us and our family. I retained Kelli in 2015 for a misdemeanor drug offense. She reached out to me before I found her listing, and kindly agreed to meet with me at a convenient location right away. When we met, she thoroughly explained to me the legalities of my case and what I could and could not expect going into the court room. I thought I had studied my rights, but she was experienced enough to recognize the facts of the case going in to provide a plan that would have a reasonable chance of success. She didn't promise me anything that she could not deliver, but gave me an honest assessment of what our options were.
After the trial, I must admit that she delivered a favorable very outcome and I couldn't be happier! All for a very reasonable price too! Highly recommended for anyone seeking help with a petty drug offense.

I had some estate planning to take care of and wasn't sure how to go about it. Eric Miklasevics is an attorney in my neighborhood that was very easy to work with. I felt very comfortable asking questions and he was able to work with me in a style that made sense. I'm 40, so this stuff isn't exactly what I think about all the time. Eric brought up good questions when I was figuring out my Healthcare Directive.
What's great about Eric is that, while he's very knowledgable, he doesn't present himself in a way that is intimidating or stuffy. My perception would have been that this would be an uncomfortable process that would make me realize just how much stuff I didn't have. I'm not a rich person, so "estate planning" for me was about taking care of my partner and my dogs when I die. Pretty bare bones, but I didn't feel stupid for asking Eric to do it.

My car was totaled in an accident just when I was in the middle of a stressful and busy time in my life. When I called looking for lawyers for my criminal case, no one seemed to want to listen to my side. They quoted me very high prices and didn't seem to care about what happened in my case. Being charged with a crime for the first time is terrifying.

I will recommend Rhia to everyone I know without hesitation. Her knowledge , experience and understanding of the intricacies necessary to successfully navigate the legal process were head and shoulders above my expectations.
My dissoulution with child process took over a year and a half. Choosing a lawyer was tough because let's be honest, lawyers have a certain reputation when generalized as a whole(Not Rhia). I found a lawyer who fit all of those stereotypes (Not Rhia) and promptly fired her in exchange for Rhia's services.
Rhia was responsive , communicated clearly (without all that lawyer babble) and at no point did I ever feel like she wasn't paying attention. She even worked through her maternity leave when my family experienced a crisis .
Every step of the way Rhia ensured I was informed and comfortable with each choice we made together. She presented facts, options, advice and so much more.
In the long preparation for my case , I compiled a truckload of exhibits and information , all of which Rhia reviewed analyzed and utilized in my case. I was very impressed with the preparation process.
Then we went to trial. RHIA KICKED ASS.
Part of me feels like I should leave it at that but I will elaborate. Rhia is an expert in the courtroom. She was calm cool collected and calculated. Every Direct or Cross examination of a witness exemplified superior preparation and excellent skill in uncovering the truths of the situation. Wow.
Words can't express how much Rhia has exceeded my expectations.

I have been in turmoil for over a year now since deciding to file for my divorce/custody case.

More than 20 years ago Michael Colich represented me in a large drug case. Most of my codefendants got very expensive attorneys in Minneapolis area. Mr. Colich handled my case for free. He had promised to do some pro bono work for the courts and when one of my codefendants attorneys called him out on the offer he accepted. After reading a magazine article about Michael Colichs high profile four acquittals in one year (one for murder) and visiting his very prestigious office, I realized why the other attorneys wanted him on the team. I ended up pleading guilty and got only 3 years for a crime that under the Federal Drug Sentencing Guidelines required 40 years to life.
I have often tried to think of a way to show Mr. Colich how much his help was appreciated. This review is the best way I have come up with so far.

Matt has been the most helpful, dedicated representation I have ever worked with. He has not only helped me with my proceedings in Hennepin court, but was able to help me navigate court dates while struggling with transportation. He really wanted to understand me as a whole, and not just read my file and make judgements based off of that. Fred and his lovely wife and wonderful staff are 2nd to none!
Classy people but not stuck up-they treat people fair and even though they are in Business to make money, they also will not over charge you. They have hearts they care for people and outcomes. They know not many people call them for the good times but mostly for low points.
These people are great-Fred is a nice guy but will say what’s on his mind and knows what he’s doing. He is THE best at what he does hands down!

This guy is no Public Pretender - he's so good, he could be a REAL lawyer in private practice. Everyone in the courtroom - the judge, the prosecutor, the bailiffs - they all seemed to be mad at him for doing such a good job defending my case - I was willing to take a plea on the assault but we ended up trying my case and getting an acquittal for breaking some dude's jaw. He never gave up, and I liked that.

We had to find a new attorney for the end of our case. We were referred to Ryan. He had a large quantity of work to do in a very short time. But from the first call to this day Ryan and his WHOLE team did and do everything they can to get it right. We left him in a hard spot because our previous attorney basically was unresponsive to calls and totally misrepresented and mislead us at trial. Ryan did 100 times more work in 2 weeks then our other attorney did in 1 1/2 years. Always responds to calls and messages. Has awesome support staff and team members that make you feel that you matter. Ryan and his firm are professional, yet very caring and get the work done! We really wish that we would have known of this firm to start. They are real law firm that go to all lengths to get it right.
To this day if we have questions or concerns, we can contact the firm and get information.
I can not say enough about Ryan and his Firm. They care and do the work.
