We had a great experience working with Satveer Chaudhary on my spouse's visa change of status process from J2 to F1. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and helping us fill out the forms in the best way possible. We could always contact him directly and receive almost immediate responses from him (not an assistant), even after hours and on some weekends! I’m not sure if other lawyers would provide that level of service, especially with no extra charges. We also appreciated how thorough he was, staying in touch not only when the approval letter arrived but also during our trip to India for stamping. We truly appreciate his time and support throughout the process and highly recommend his services.

Finally getting around to this. This guy is useless, wouldn’t let him near a divorce proceeding unless you have golden uterus syndrome. This guy no matter what you put in front of him always sides with the woman of the divorce. Absolutely disgusting, should have his license removed

Being is a situation of being wrongfully terminated out of the blue by DHS was devastating and there was a number of us all in the same situation together. I was looking at 5 years in prison for felony weapons charges, and the original plea bargain was 3 years in prison with my first lawyer. So I fired him and retained Arthur. When everything was said and done, with Arthur's representation, I was sentenced to 8 months in the workhouse and 5 years of unsupervised probation. Arthur's communication was above and beyond what I expected, and he even met with me on a Sunday. I had a very minor criminal issue that I hired Mr. Oleisky for. Although it was very minor, I could tell that Mr. Oleisky took it as serious as any other case. My first contact with Mr. Oleisky came through a consultation form I filled it during a weekday night. He replied to me within the hour to set up a free consultation over the phone the next morning. I was extremely impressed with how fast he replied to me and was not expecting a reply until the next day at the very earliest, if not later. The next day we spoke about my case and he never put any pressure on me to hire him as an attorney. He spoke to me about the best options to defend this case and gave up several options I could go with without hiring him or any other attorney. He came me a price at the end of the conversation of how much it would cost to retain him if I wanted to hire him. In the end, I ended up hiring up the next day. He kept in communication with me every step of the way and got the ball moving on things right away. In the end, he was able to get my charges reduced to what I wanted and I was able to move up with my life. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a criminal defense attorney.

I can not say enough good things about the level of professionalism of this lawyer. Unfortunately I have had to use lawyers for many different things ranging from family law to criminal law. Bob is very professional, responded to all of my concerns frivolous or not. There is not a place or person in the entire criminal justice system in this city that does not know and respect this lawyer. He is very knowledgeable and he can weigh out several different factors you may not be considering including which judge you have or don't have etc. In my last case I even considered hiring a "celebrity" lawyer because the stakes were very high. I decided to stick with the solid results I've seen in the past with Mr. Oleisky and couldn't be more happy with the results. To me it's a clear choice and I would not hesitate to call this guy if I have ANY legal troubles again!

Wagner, Falconer and Judd, Ltd. helped me very much in my recent case of an unjust terminatinatiin with a company I had been with for almost 2 years. During that same period of time, I saw 7 different score managers come and go with only one if them having effective management skills because he had 21 years experience with the company and was a very effective manager. The large corporation I was a part of had been experiencing tgevresult if the high management turnover and had recently let 400 people go on division and corporate positions. When I was let go, I contacted Wagner, Falconer, and Judd through my Prepaid Legal Program and was put in touch with Lisa, an attorney who provided excellent guidance for what I needed to do to to deal with a trumped up charge of violating company driving rules that actually were false and attempted to decline my unemployment benefit for my post work done on the case where I had received the great work from Lisa ( and also Job Service in Sheboygan. On December 17, 2021, I was accused of committing a crime I didn't do. I was slammed with 2 counts of Felony charges. I found Jennifer Speas to represent me. When I got to her office to meet her one-on- one, she was already prepared. She had analyzed my case and she was ready for a defense. She made a move to dismiss the charges but I had the most difficult prosecutor at that time so she refused to dismiss. Jenniferr was always ready for Trial because I insisted not to settle for any plea that would ruin my life. Jennifer also brought in another Defense Attorney who is equally good. She didn't charge me for it. She paid him from her retainer. She and the co-counsel were bent on defending me with everything they've got. They kept fighting and fighting for me.
We started the first trial in December 2023 but the judge dismissed the jury on day 3 because the prosecutor kept hiding information from the defense.
We were ready to start the second Trial on August 12, 2024. The new prosecutor dismissed the case on August 8, 2024.
I highly recommend Jennifer Speas for your defense any day. Don't think about it. Just hire her.

Wagner, Falconer and Judd, Ltd. helped me very much in my recent case of an unjust terminatinatiin with a company I had been with for almost 2 years. During that same period of time, I saw 7 different score managers come and go with only one if them having effective management skills because he had 21 years experience with the company and was a very effective manager. The large corporation I was a part of had been experiencing tgevresult if the high management turnover and had recently let 400 people go on division and corporate positions. Dear Reader,
Choosing a lawyer in a divorce is a difficult decision, the outcome of my divorce effected 1) the custody of my two kids, and 2) my financial well being once the dust settles. Most lawyers I interviewed wanted a retainer "NOW!" I went into Lisa's office and I was an absolute mess, being on the side of not wanting a divorce but being forced to file for divorce was the most wretched thing I have ever had to do. I cried my eyes out in her office and explained what was going on, I honest to god was treated like a human and not a dollar sign. Lisa treated me as a friend and heard me out, keeping things very professional reminding me to take some of the unnecessary emotion out of the equation that could effect the outcome. How you handle yourself during this time is crucial in divorce, especially when your family custody and financial well being is on the line.
In my divorce things started out civilly with my now Ex wife, then once money, and her "rich" aunt got involved the claws came out... Lisa was very attentive to the other lawyers antics and she had some excellent alternatives which I never considered when breaking things down and trying to ultimately compromise. They are not in the game of checkers, it is a game of chess.
We ended up going to mediation and the mediator "Dolan Mediation" that's where Lisa found alternatives to me having to give my pension away, the mediator realizing that my medial benefit premiums were not my income (Difference of me paying 400 a month in spousal support vs 0) offering to pay for my children's hockey as a bargaining chip. I got 50/50 custody of my children (wish I had them 100% however I want what's best for the kids).
We have all heard "You get what you pay for" and it holds true with Lisa, she is a very fair priced attorney. I have heard of people going with the cheapest lawyer the find and at the end of the day my children, finances were worth the insurance of having a experienced lawyer who is going to give you the best possible result.
Nobody wins in divorce, its not a glamourous thing, nobody goes into marriage with the person they love the most looking to get divorced. Life happens and sometimes you are dealt a bad hand. The last year has been the worst year of my life times a million. I have started to rebuild and life has gotten substantially better.
After compromising the financials, I didn't have extra money as most people don't after divorce. Lisa worked with me and gave me options of a payment plan as well as waiting until I refinance my house so that I could pay off most of my debts.
I wrote this review because Lisa Elliot did a great job and the outcome that was most important to me came to fruition. That being said during the worst time of my life, I had someone who worked very hard for me and treated me with compassion and looked out for the best interest for my children and myself. I also want to let people who are faced divorce: With time you do heal, things get better. My best friend gave me a saying that helped me out and it is "The sun will rise tomorrow" meaning no matter what sh** you have faced and no matter how bad things get, the sun will rise tomorrow. Pray about it, make good decisions (don't bury yourself in the bottle), and try to take the high road... You will never regret taking the high road, things come back around on their own to people who lie, cheat, and are dishonest. I hope this review helps, I am sorry for what you're going through, remember "The sun will rise tomorrow"
