Bruce has represented me in a two Federal Probation Violation cases, a major State Case, and continues to help me with an appeal. If you decide (or the evidence is so stacked you have no choice) to take a plea, he is who you want. Bruce has the connections and where-with-all to negotiate the best deal possible. He managed to negotiate 2 amazing deals, helped me avoid 2 additional Federal Indictments, and is still helping me with my legal matters after I served my time.
His client service is amazing. If you are going to have to do a little time, he is who you want. Every time I called from jail or prison he answered the phone, no matter what time of the day. What is more, while incarcerated, my identity was stolen, and Bruce helped me restore my identity and get my credit sorted out for no additional fees; he also continues to help me with an appeal.
If not for Bruce, I wouldn't be writing this review for another 10 to 15 years.

From the beginning, Nicole was very respectful to the defendant and to our whole family. She listened attentively as the defendant recounted what had happened on the day of the car accident. She put us at ease by explaining in a very down to earth manner, each step in the legal process and what we could expect in the months ahead. She gave us her email and said that if any of us had questions along the way, we could email her. Whenever we emailed her, she responded in a timely manner. On the day of the pre-trial hearing, she explained all that would happen in the court room and gave clear instructions to the defendant. I think that helped put us all at ease. Nicole advocated on behalf of the defendant and was able to get the charge reduced. We are very grateful for her thoroughness, her professionalism, and the way she cared about us.

I was facing charges for my second DUI in four years. Todd gave me great advice along the way and explained things in an understandable way. He had my file heard before a judge at a settlement conference to increase the odds of a favorable outcome- and it worked. All parties had reached an agreement and I left the hearing very relieved. Todd could've dragged out the process and charged me more, but he got things done very quickly. He didn't charge me a dollar more than other attorneys would have, and he has more experience than the other attorneys I was considering. Five out of five.

I reached out to Kelly regarding my wrongful conviction for domestic violence which was preventing me from owning/possessing a fire. If it wasn’t for my love of hunting specifically with my dad I probably would’ve gone on with my life but instead I explained my situation to Kelly, she sounded positive about restoring my rights. Took a few months but the wait paid off. I now have my conceal carry and the joy of being able to purchase weapons. More importantly I get to hunt with my dad without looking over my shoulder. Chris handled a case of mine over a year ago, and throughout the year, some things came up that Chris really had no responsibility to address as he had successfully done his job with a fantastic sentencing outcome but he always took the time to follow up with me. I've had another criminal attorney who was supposed to ranked very highly and the fact is after the case was over, I couldn't get a word out of him unless it involved paying more. Chris is a stand up attorney, remembered the facts of my case for an entire year and when he was able to help, he did so, and as a secondary outcome, we applied for and got an early dismissal from probation and on my record a year after. Chris is by far the best attorney I have worked with and I highly recommend him. When I am able to get my case expunged in two years, Chris will be my immediate go-to.

I am from out of state and was charged for excessive speeding and careless driving. I had no idea how to approach the situation as this was my first charge ever. After a frantic Google search for the best traffic violation representation in Minnesota, I found Ginny with her extensive CV and rave reviews and I can say, she did not dissapoint! I would just like to say that as my court appointed attorney Virginia (Jenny) Barron surprised me as I wasn’t sure what to expect. She went out of her way to read my medical records, get letters from my doctor and even contacted an expert in COPD which was the main part of my case. Robert Manson was referred to me by a very good friend of mine. She was extremely satisfied with his work with her brother’s divorce proceedings. Based on that referral, I had the utmost pleasure in meeting with Robert Manson to discuss my divorce issues. I hired Robert (Bob) to represent my daughter and I in Family Court. I was seeking full legal and physical custody of my daughter. When Bob and I first met, we were quickly able to see my situation was in dire need of legal assistance. As a single father, this was by far the scariest thing I have faced in my life. Bob was able to take a pragmatic approach, explain to me the processes within the court system, and guide me through litigation with confidence. There were false claims of abuse and Bob was able to not only deal with them, but to bring an emergency motion that granted me temporary custody. As a trial lawyer, I couldn't have been more pleased with Bob's professionalism, knowledge and legal advice. Bob represented me in court on several occasions leading up to and ultimately throughout a 4 day trail. Bob's experience and knowledge of MN state law was key in our outcome.
I was awarded full legal and physical custody of my daughter and mother had to do supervised parenting time. My situation deserved this outcome, but Bob was the individual who brought the argument to the court and ultimately won the case. He chewed up mother's expert witness. He also represented me in post decree matters and was always responsive and on point. His fees were reasonable as well.
I have since referred my friends and family to seek Mr. Manson's services if they find themselves with any family law issues. They have all been as pleased as I was with his services.

If you are looking for serious criminal defense, look no further than Jim Ventura.
I met Jim after I was arrested and charged with illegal possession of firearms and illegal distribution of explosives.
Since I had prior federal convictions for both of those things, I was looking at the prospect of dying in federal prison.
By far, the gun charges were the most serious as they would have mandated a prison sentence of 10 years or more.
Somehow, Mr. Ventura got the gun charges dropped. This is simply unheard of. And I was not caught with my grandfather's .22 rifle and 50 rounds of ammo.
I was found in possession of numerous guns, (again) including an assault rifle (again) and almost 10,000 rounds of ammunition (again).
Given these facts, and my criminal history, Harry Houdini could not have made those gun charges disappear but somehow Mr. Ventura did the impossible.
Not only did he clear me of significant mandatory prison time for the guns, he got the prosecutor to recommend a greatly reduced sentence on the explosives charges!
In the end, I was sent to a cupcake low security federal prison for 18 months, instead of Gladiator School in a US Penitentiary, where almost everyone goes when convicted of explosives violations.
In short, Mr. Ventura SAVED MY LIFE and I will be forever grateful to him.
