My assessment of the Lacey Law Firm is based on years of experience doing business with lawyers and law firms in my position as Managing Partner of CHARTOR Entertainment LLC (www.CHARTORentertainment.com ). My co-Managing Partner, Charles Floyd Johnson, is an attorney as well. 2017 I was introduced to Ron and Mark Lacey by Attorney Nikki Mitchell, Senior Partner in the Law Firm of Mitchell, Brown & Associates, LLC. I retained Nikki Mitchell to handle matters concerning my Aunt and Uncle’s estate. I was the Executor of my Aunt and Uncle’s estate, they lived in St. Louis, MO. Both my Aunt and Uncle had fallen ill and their only daughter (my cousin), with whom they had a difficult relationship, had taken legal action to seize their estate. Mitchell, Brown & Associates specializes in estate and probate law but I also needed to retain a law firm that specialized in civil litigation. The legal challenge from my Aunt and Uncle’s daughter took four years to resolve through Probate Court and civil litigation. My Aunt had Alzheimer’s and my Uncle served as her caretaker and caregiver until he fell ill. My Aunt and Uncle’s daughter testified under oath that my Aunt, her Mother, had designated her as Executor of her Mother and Father’s estate, despite the testimony of my Uncle who made it absolutely clear to the judge presiding over the case, that both him and my Aunt—prior to her Alzheimer’s diagnosis—had designated me as the Executor of their estate as stated in their Last Will & Testament and their estate plan. Ron and Mark Lacey were professional, tenacious, thorough, meticulous and represented the highest standards of legal expertise in civil litigation. They treated my Aunt and Uncle with the utmost respect, kindness and consideration. For four years, from 2017 until 2021, I traveled constantly from Los Angeles, where I live, to St. Louis for court hearings, depositions, meetings with Ron and Mark Lacey and with Nikki Mitchell, and to spend time with my Aunt and Uncle. Ron and Mark Lacey maintained constant contact with me and visited my Aunt and Uncle to update them on the status of their case. My Uncle died June 2018 and my Aunt died March 2020, but before my Uncle passed away he spoke of his respect and admiration for Ron and Mark Lacey. They successfully prosecuted the civil case against my Aunt and Uncle’s daughter. Ron and Mark Lacey flawlessly executed their due diligence by uncovering fraud, financial malfeasance and elder abuse on the part of my Aunt and Uncle’s daughter. I have written this review for one very important reason: It was long overdue for me to express the depth of my gratitude and appreciation to Ron and Mark Lacey and the staff of the Lacey Law Firm for demonstrating a level of professionalism that represents the very best of the legal profession. In closing, I reiterate a statement at the start of my narrative: My assessment of the Lacey Law Firm is based on YEARS of experience doing business with lawyers and law firms in my position as Managing Partner of CHARTOR Entertainment LLC. We reached out to Mark for planning our family Will and Trust, we really had an awesome experience with him learning about all the process and procedures that he explained us very clearly also gave us the right advices of which options to choose etc. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. I was referred to Anjali by a good friend at a time when I was making a big change in my career. Unexpectedly I had legal issues involving my ability to obtain a job that had been in discussion for quite some time. I really needed assistance with my healthcare employment contract. I was very concerned that it would be difficult to find someone that I could trust and had the same urgency to help to relieve my anxiety as well as help to resolve my issues. Fortunately Anjali was as trust worthy as my friend who had made the recommendation. She spent a great deal of time discussing my case with me from the moment she learned of my situation. Anjali Dooley is my attorney that I have known and trusted for several years. Matthew Radefeld is a skilled tactician. I brought him a 2 felony count case that carried a maximum penalty of 8 years in DOC. The case had various options for resolution however Matt held out and worked the file. After carefully navigating the complexity of the judicial system, and negotiations, we were able to come to an amicable disposition (no incarceration, no probation). Matthew Radefeld is not only an amazing attorney but a kind and attentive person to his clients. He is keenly aware of the law and makes it his mission to be the most prepared person in the courtroom. He will make sure that there is nothing that comes up in court that he is not ready for and able to handle. When hired, his clients are his top priority and will always be available. Like some other large well publicized St Louis defense firms, you will not be passed off to the newest law clerk and he will not strong arm you into a plea deal just to get the easy money. Mr. Randazzo is one of the best attorney's I have ever seen. I have had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Randazzo involving a Felony Assault. After meeting with several local attorney's one gave me Mr. Randazzo's name. The attorney stated that she could not handle the case but highly recommended Mr. Randazzo. When I to see Richard Hicks, I was upset about a bad business deal I went through. Things were heated and I really wanted to sue the opposition. Richard calmed me down and got me thinking straight. He told me to stay out of court and that I had very little chance of success with my case. Richard was a straight shooter and instead of just taking my money like a typical attorney, he chose to do the right thing. The problems from the business side ended up working out its own. If you ever needed anything legally, you should consult with Mr. Hicks.

I began using Vern Dawdy for all of my personal and business needs beginning approximately 35 years ago. He possesses great communication skills and is an excellent litigator. I’ve found him easy to contact and he always returns my calls on a timely basis. I’ve found him straightforward and realistic regarding possible outcomes on my cases. Additionally he possesses a gift for writing contracts, as verified in litigation.

Mr. Dawdy is a fantastic lawyer. He is well renowned in the legal community and sits on the state board of ethics. He is a no nonsense "straight shooter" who is not afraid to "roll up his sleeves" and work for you. Whereas many lawyers wont let their client have a say in their OWN case . Mr. Dawdy will listen to you, advise you on your options, and let you make the final decisions, if you so chose. Mr. Dawdy's down to earth and humble demeanor is very refreshing in the legal community. Mr. Dawdy is a fantastic "partner" to have on your legal team. hello, my name is Tommy and I was at the trial day one for Mr. Daly... I saw the unethical corruption that the prosecutor tried to present to the jury .. I was dumfounded that an officer of 30 years with zero write ups on his name was found guilty by a jury and he has to now have this on his record for the rest of his life.. UNBELIEVABLE. None the less, Timothy Hunsaker did a dang good job by defending Officer Daly and Mr. Hunsaker is a beast in the court room..

TJ represented me in a very complex and intricate case involving government corruption. I was a 30 year police officer who began calling out corruption within the Desoto Missouri Police Department. The chief of police retaliated against me on lawfully terminating me then having me criminally chargedfor use of force that was legitimate and trained.. Unfortunately, Jefferson County is known for corruption and the “good boy system“. So TJ had his work cut out for him. After four years of back-and-forth and several attempts by the Jefferson County Missouri prosecuting attorney’s office and intimidating me. I took my case to a jury trial. TJ was very instrumental and keeping me updated on everything. He listened and he conducted himself very ethically around people who wouldn’t know what the word “ethics“ are. During the trial TJ was quick to catch one of the states witnesses, a captain with the Jefferson County Missouri sheriffs department, who is the head of their detective bureau, perjuring himself on the stand. Unfortunately, as things go in Jefferson County, the jury did not render the verdict we wished, but it could’ve been much worse. I was charged with one count of felony assault and two counts of misdemeanor assault. TJ with the assistance of. Breanne Besheer was able to successfully argue my case, and I was not convicted of a felony just misdemeanors. It’s not the outcome we all wanted, but of course we all looked at that as a win for avoiding the felony. As stated, this case was very complex and intricate and involved corruption at the highest levels of Jefferson County government and the De Soto, Missouri Police Department. if you’re looking for an attorney who actually cares and conducts himself with ethics and will fight strong for you I would urge you to contact TJ Hunsecker.

Our family never had the need for an attorney before this incident. The prosecuting attorney wanted to send my son to prison for 10 years. Our son defended 3 women who were being treated badly (physically) by another man and in a fight defending those women, the man was hurt. I hired Mr. Graham to help me deal with OPM and the MSPB board after the denials for disability retirement and the filing of my appeal. As a disabled Federal Employee, it is very hard to find anyone who even deals with these situations, let alone someone who is as great as he is. He listens, he explains in normal language, he understands the stress and will go out of his way to respond quickly, accurately and in a way that just puts you at ease and makes you feel confident that he has your back every step of the way. He is NOT one of those money hungry, arrogant guys who does not listen and just wants you to pay. Also he WILL take the case on contingency!
