I don't even know where it's start! Lawrence and his team recently helped my wife and I with reaching a settlement when we both got stuck in the High Roller Ferris wheel. “Lee Hotchkin, Esq., recently represented me in a complex DMV felony case related to my hotly contested divorce, regarding a title transfer issue, related to attempting to repair a vehicle that I had purchased new in 2003 with community income… that was involved in a minor accident that the other driver admitted fault, mutually trading insurance information.
Due to COVID restrictions and courthouse closings, Lee Hotchkin was able to postpone the hearing for almost 3 years (with my approval) while strategically negotiating with the DA to plea bargain a trumped up felony charge that was filed by two of my older children, who were given my 50% proxy community interest in our estate without my consent, who never invested a single dollar in our LLC’s, nor the vehicle that it was titled under, all at the prodding of my soon to be ex-wife.
The complexity of combining a ridiculous exaggerated felony charge, with a seemingly never ending divisive divorce, involving over-emotional older children, was a potential recipe for a disastrous outcome… that Lee Hotchkin ultimately worked to our benefit… by pleading only to a minor misdemeanor, thus avoiding a felony trumped up charge and a time consuming trial…!

I am 60yrs old and had NEVER been arrested or in serious trouble until i found myself in a soap opera type nightmare with LVPD reading me my Miranda rights! I was being falsely accused of bullying & assaulting my elderly mother that I was caring for. I was scared out of my wits and having trouble seeing ANY way out of going to jail. Suddenly i went from loving daughter to an alleged abusive caregiver. My unethical, greedy brothers thought they might get cut out of our mothers will so they plotted (to the best of their ignorant ability) to discredit me and manipulate my mother into tossing me into jail and them directly into her bank accounts. I had heard of Amber months ago in passing. I NEVER thought I’d need a defense attorney. Thank GOD for Amber Fuhriman. I got on line and frantically searched for a defense attorney. I recognized her name and called. She answered. The police had gone to corroborate (or not) my version of events when Amber answered my call.
She listened patiently to my plea for help to keep me from being arrested. She quickly assessed my situation, asked a few important questions and then calmly extracted me from the abyss I had begun to sink into. She told me precisely what COULD happen next. Thats what happened. She explained what to do if and when it did happen, and as succinctly and concisely as a preacher on a pulpit would, she calmed my frayed nerves with facts. She allowed me to function in a calmly educated manner. when I felt like I was being railroaded she armed me with facts so that I didn’t fall into my evil brothers trap: Rattle me so I would melt into a puddle of tears, followed by outrage and indignation, my brothers pushed all the buttons that were installed in childhood, all fueled by age old sibling rivalries. My family, like so many, battled with a drug addicted child. The addiction led to criminal behavior. We never stopped fighting for our son for the 11 years of hardcore heroin addiction. Multiple times he was incarcerated for both petty and serious crimes. We hired Philip Brown to help on multiple cases over a period of 5 years. In each instance he prevailed in our son's favor. I had a Ticket for rear ending someone. No damage, no-one was hurt but I got an estimated $1100 fine for not having NV license plates and $250 fine for tapping the bumper. Went to court myself (which I do not recommend) and like a dummy pleaded not guilty. No other Lawyer would take my case. Vincent Ginn is my hero! He went to pretrial for me and reduced my ticket to $75 and no points! I recommend you hire Vincent the first time. Never go to court on your own! Thanks Vincent!

I had talked to three or four attorneys before being lucky enough to find Jherna. The first three or four were more interested in "fighting" to prolong the issue. I wanted to resolve it. Jherna tapped the brakes and told me to send her my rental lease. We had an issue with a commercial lease and she went above and beyond what I expected. It didn't end as I would have liked because the landlord was deliberately depositing our rent after the 5th to nullify the lease. They also had written what she called "the nastiest rental contract she'd ever seen". Later, she reviewed a "business interruption" insurance policy and said there were sections that were too vague that gave them a loophole. She advised I write an addendum closing these loopholes. I did and every insurance company after that refused to agree to those terms, meaning they were going to take my money but not cover any damages for "acts of god" "viruses" and "government shutdowns (9/11)".

Jim represented me in a personal injury, car accident case. I was rear-ended by someone who was not paying attention and sustained major neck, shoulder and back injuries. A divorce judgement that needed to be moved to Nevada, alimony in arrears and current alimony all had to be resolved. I could not have asked for a better firm than what I found at Christopher Tilman's office. The interactions I had with Kathy and Paulina were excellent and calming. This was a stressful situation for me and I always got an answer, either by phone or email. My interactions with Christopher were illuminating and honest. I never felt ignored. You’ll trust him immediately. He knows how to calm you down and joke a bit at times but get serious at times when it’s required.
You can tell immediately he doesn’t “need” your business. Zero salesmanship. He is priced well below others who will smile, schmooze, then disappear as soon as the check clears.
Ted helped me with a DUI. My second. I paid my first attorney more than 5X Ted’s fee (for a simpler case). Ted spent at least 5X more time with me and he seemed much more prepared. The results were as good as possible with the circumstances and Ted could certainly charge a lot more (which I’m certain he knows). That’s just not how he rolls. Total class act.
Ted was referred to me by a mutual friend who is also an attorney and I’m so grateful I bit the bullet and told my friend the circumstances - it was worth the mild embarrassment for a top notch attorney.

Mr. Williams is the only lawyer I ever heard of who gives you honest advice even if that means he will not get your business. My nephew was in big trouble and instead of trying to charge my family thousands of dollars, he advised us to stay with our public defender who Mr. Williams knew and said was an excellent attorney. I've heard that Mr. Williams is kind of rich so he does not need to rip people off like other lawyers do.

I was in an accident and didn't think that Sgro & Roger did personal injury cases; I went to their website and found that they recently began taking on PI cases so I decided to give the office a call. I was impressed with how nicely I was treated by the attorneys, specifically Mr. Sgro and Meredith Weiner.
They made me feel like my case was just as important as the rest of the cases they must've been working on. Plus I got reimbursed for the cost of my medical treatment and damage to my vehicle. I'd recommend this office to anybody in the city.

Several years ago I worked with Tony Sgro on a small criminal matter. He and his associates were always on top of my case and never let anything slip. I met Mr Anello the day after a DUI arrest. I was feeling hopeless going into the office but during the meeting he explained what was going on with my case and my options so I left feeling confident that I had a good competent attorney. Along with the DUI charges we also discussed how the arrest could effect a family law case that I was involved in at the time and his knowledge about those matters were a huge help to me. I only had to meet with him twice before choosing a plan that worked for my personal situation to move forward with my life without spending years in court or becoming financially exhausted. After contacting other attorneys who wanted to charge me a consulting fee, I was referred to Alexis by a friend. I never really have understood a consulting fee. I feel the purpose of meeting with an attorney is an interview process to determine whether you believe that person would be a good fit and to decide if you choose to hire them or not. After contacting Alexis I made an appointment with her. Alexis is very friendly and outgoing. She's easy to speak with and communicates very well. During our meeting Alexis explained the benefits and protection that a trust provides. She outlined the entire process and disclosed all the cost involved. At that point I decided to retain her services. Alexis and her staff were in constant contact from that point on via email and they were always available by phone as well.
Planning and forecasting your future needs is not as simple as you made think until you have to do it. Alexis and her team clearly understood this more than I and were prepared to guide myself and my wife through it simplifying the process and easing the stress.

At first I thought I could represent myself in my custody trial. After finding out the hard way after a couple of the hearings, how stressful and emotional it is, I decided to find a lawyer to represent me. Ben is AMAZING!
I had a felony warrant that I have had since 2017. I called three different law offices before I called Bens law office, and all of them were in a rush and made me feel like a burden. I didn’t even feel comfortable asking any questions because I felt so rushed. It felt like they just wanted me to pay them their fee but not ask too many questions.
