I would definitely recommend Lyn. I had Lyn file a motion for an early termination of my probation after I was told by parole and probation I wasn't going to be able to be released early. Lyn was very nice and very professional. She had my motion filed very quickly and about a month after our initial meeting she had already recieved the court order terminating my probation and dismissing my charges. Her price was very reasonable. She was very responsive and kept me up to date on every aspect of my case. If ever in the future I am in need of an attorney, Lyn would be the first one I would call.

I hired a lawyer Mike Aisen from this firm and boy did he make it such an easy experience! I am out of state and had some old charges from when I lived in NV. From our phone consultation Mike sounded confident in my case and made me feel at ease. Not once did I have to show up for court and he took care of everything. He e-mailed me updates and even called me directly with the outcomes of my court dates. He was able to dismiss my possession charges and even get them sealed! My other case he was able to negotiate down to just minimal fees to the court. He did all of this at a fantastic rate too. He set up an easy payment plan I could afford and was flexible with the payments. All I can say is it was a fantastic experience all around and I would hire him in a second if I ever had something else come up.

Adam is truly passionate about defending his clients; he loves what he does and is very good at it, he has a direct but calming energy a bout him. I had several heavy charges and was extremely shook up before meeting Adam. I was referred by a friend to Adam but had met three other lawyers before our meeting-I left all three of those other offices feeling super discouraged and that the process could take well over a year or two, costing me an enormous undo-able amount of money. Adam was beyond reassuring but honest and upfront about the potential ways he could work my case. Adam worked with me on how to go about everything the right way to get the best case scenario and in a timely manner (8 months). I was facing 15 charges that could of put me away for a very long time and after Adam refused to accept the first couple plea offers, he got my case dropped to 2 felonies with no jail time recommended (I am freee). I hired him as my attorney for an immigration issue. He was not only the most honest lawyer through out the whole process also, put a lot of efforts and time for my case. I hired Justin to handle a traffic citation that I had received in Dec 2017. He explained to me very clearly the actions he would take to get my legal matter resolved. Kurth law office has handled 2 of my custody battles and has been by far the most outstanding attorney anyone could ever ask for. He has gone out of his way to make me as a client feel like I've mattered. He knows the law well and pushes for what is right. He doesn't take no for an answer and always went out of his way to make sure things were handled. Even when he's busy he always has time for his clients and manages his time well. My cases have been long and drawn out and very out of the ordinary but Robert always was on top of every aspect of the case and knew the case inside and out. Went above and beyond in every instance. Retained for a felony criminal case, that was dropped to a misdemeanor thanks to his efforts! Worked around the clock to file appropriate motions, including late night visits, while incarcerated, in order to discuss details of the case. Have also retained him for a personal injury, car accident claim for a fellow family member, and he made the process as quick and painless as possible. Took care of every detail to where all the injured had to do was show up for her treatment, and then was later compensated for it. Would recommend him, with no hesitation, for any situation!

I went to Stovall & Assoc, since I needed an attorney out in Pahrump for a child custody case. Upon our first meeting I was very impressed with Lisa. She took a long time to understand everything and explain all my questions. While waiting for my case to be heard in court, I emailed her updates and she responded to every email within a day. She was excellent about this. The paperwork she drafted up was well written and concise. Sadly she went on maternity leave and had to hand off the case to another lawyer who did not have much experience. The guy was very nice, and I know will be outstanding one day, but the only complaint I had was lack in keeping in touch for the case when it was handed off.

This was my first accident lawsuit and I can’t thank kris enough! Me being a mother with 3 kids losing my job and transportation within a month of each other I was so stressed out and didn’t know where to turn..Kris contacted me not even an hour after being dropped off by my tow truck company he’s been on top of my case ever since! I wasn’t expecting it to settle so fast as I’ve read different stories online but Kris has made this process so easy for me. From getting me a rental car to helping with me getting access to the funds while my case was still in process all the way up to notifying me of the settlement payment which the insurance company paid and the max at that!
