Mr.brown what can I say about this MAN? He is a man of his word, he looked me in my eyes and said I’m going to do everything in my power to help you. And he did.
Back story, I’m a 2 time convicted felon from chicago. I came to vegas and got picked up on gun charge, with my back ground I should have went to the feds or been offered 5-10 years. Mr.Brown got the hole case dropped. Hold on I’m not done yet. The state picks it back up a year later. Mr.Brown calls me he says don’t worry I got you.
Two weeks go past and Mr.Brown calls me and says the state said pay a fine and stay out of trouble. Mr.Brown not only frought for me, he checked on me to make sure I was staying positive and on the right path.

I hired Mr. Mueller for my son‘s defense criminal defense. He was 19 years old, his first offense and he was looking at prison time. Mr. Mueller kept him out of prison with a six month jail time. Not responding to calls or emails!
Took 6 months to file a SINGLE MOTION that used up the entirety of the retainer ($2500) and withdrew right away.
Took another 6 months to finally come up with a billing history that made absolutely NO sense.
Stay away at all costs!

My car collision case took about a year to settle after my family finished physical therapy. Byron got my first offense DUI closed and essentially all I had to do was pay a $500 fine no other punishments. And I didn’t even have to show up in person to court. The judge was super easy on me because Byron set me up to have all the requirement finished prior to the hearing.
Overall an amazing experience, Bryon was extremely helpful, friendly and always available over the phone.

Byron went above and beyond my expectations. This was my very first time dealing with a criminal case and as such knew absolutely nothing. The PD’s office did the least possible to explain or help us understand the ins and outs regarding my nephews charges/case. Byron spent over an hour on a Friday night explaining things in detail and making sure I understood what he was explaining. Although Byron was unable to directly represent us in this case, he directed me to a very good known lawyer for further assistance.
This dude is legit hilarious and tells you stories to empathize as well as to help you understand what he is explaining. As we know all the legal mumbo jumbo can get confusing without the proper education.
I have no doubt Byron would have been an amazing person to represent us. Unfortunately, we reached out a bit too late.

It was crazy how we met. Todd was an appointed attorney on my son's case and before I got to meet him in person. I had a client of his come into my non-profit organization to do court ordered community service. The client asked if I could fax over my information to his lawyer to show where he would be doing his community service hours at and duties. When I asked for his attorney information, the client said Todd Leventhal and I said WOW we was just appointed him as counsel for my son however we haven't met yet. What a small world. Needless to say, we finally met Mr Leventhal in person and he was very professional, told us straight up about my son's case and advised us on what way he was going to represent him and what we should expect. Todd didn't sugar code anything, he was straight forward and delivered on what he said he was going to do. Todd arranged a plea deal that made it possible for my son to be able to come home and be with his family. My son was facing 27 years to life and Todd had him out in less than 5 years. My son is now working and finishing his classes to earn a certificate in welding. If you are looking for an attorney that is a realist and keeps it real. I would suggest you contact this man because he really goes to bat for his clients. We sent plenty of referrals his way and everyone was happen with the outcome.

I was referred to Mr. Modafferi by a friend who had previously had excellent results with him. I called his office number, and was told by the peeson who answered the phone, that Mr. Modafferi was not available because he was in court, so left my name and number and asked for him to call me. In situations like this, hoping and waiting for call back is not what you want to do, however, I was pleased to receive a call beack from Mr. Modaferri less than 3 hours later. He was very friendly and seemed to be detail oriented. He then scheduled an appointment the next evening, which was actually after their normal business hours. After going through the facts of my case, he assured me that he would would make my experience as stress free as possible. This was an understatement. Gary was very good about returning my calls, and keep me up to date and informed with what was going on with my case. Gary won my case, and obtained a result that put the issue to rest for good. His rates a very reasonable. I hope that I never need his services again, but if I do, I will go back to him without any second thought. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I am a single mother getting on my feet. I had 4 traffic tickets from 7 7-10 years ago. The total for all for was right at $5000. I was in a horrible controlling relationship and didn't have a chance to start taking care of them until this year. I searched for traffic lawyers in the LV area, I am now in California. Since day one the staff here has been so helpful. I thought I would have to pay the tickets before I could even think about getting my license back. But a month or so in to the process they reached out that I could get my license. They contacted the court to have it released to the DMV and then the DMV did their part. Then within a week I had my paper license in hand. When they finally went to court, I figured maybe they'd get the total between all 4 tickets down to half. I was so surprised with the total between all for tickets was $771 dollars. I cried. I did 5 hrs of traffic school online through a company they recommended and when an issue arose with doing my certificate the staff at Mr. Maridon's office took care of it instantly. I thank them for making this whole ordeal so smooth and stress-free.

I must say dealing with the Maridon Law Firm has been a unique pleasure from start to finish, heres why..I had another atty prior to Maridon Law deal with an issue I had, long/short they completely screwed everything up. Feeling disparaged about my experience, I started doing research online and came across Joseph Maridon Esq.. I took a shot in the dark not expecting much after my last experience that ended horribly, and to my amazement Maradon Law not only reopened my case and fixed the other attys mistakes, they reduced my fine and somehow pulled off NO traffic school, though it was part of the expected outcome that I would probably have to! Maradon Law and staff treated me with respect and dignity throughout the entire process, and sent continual updates every step of the way. Fact is, drama free help like this is hard to come by these days. The atty even took my phone call about a more recent concern, and the conversation was very pleasant, informative and wasn't rushed. “Lee Hotchkin, Esq., recently represented me in a complex DMV felony case related to my hotly contested divorce, regarding a title transfer issue, related to attempting to repair a vehicle that I had purchased new in 2003 with community income… that was involved in a minor accident that the other driver admitted fault, mutually trading insurance information.
Due to COVID restrictions and courthouse closings, Lee Hotchkin was able to postpone the hearing for almost 3 years (with my approval) while strategically negotiating with the DA to plea bargain a trumped up felony charge that was filed by two of my older children, who were given my 50% proxy community interest in our estate without my consent, who never invested a single dollar in our LLC’s, nor the vehicle that it was titled under, all at the prodding of my soon to be ex-wife.
The complexity of combining a ridiculous exaggerated felony charge, with a seemingly never ending divisive divorce, involving over-emotional older children, was a potential recipe for a disastrous outcome… that Lee Hotchkin ultimately worked to our benefit… by pleading only to a minor misdemeanor, thus avoiding a felony trumped up charge and a time consuming trial…!
Although, my attorney Lee Hotchkin and myself BOTH believed that we would have prevailed at trial had we decided NOT to settle… I realized that this legal episode was not worth the resources, emotional toll, nor the expense, to prove our point and innocence while possibly bearing the potential legal liability and outcome of having to go through a jury trial… and by taking Lee Hotchkin’s professional expert advice, we were able to obtain the best possible resolution… for the least expense… whereby by pleading “No Contest”, I also avoid being sued in the future… and in one year, Lee Hotchkin will “SEAL” my criminal record… as if this nightmare never happened…!
