Mr. Fleming, "Andy", has given me a sense of security and safety since our first meeting. I am currently filing an age discrimination complaint with the EEOC against my employer.
The troubles began in September 2006 and I am still employed and I think that it is because of Andy's intervention that I still have my job as a Registered Nurse.

I showed up to Ms. Nunnery's office without an appointment looking for somone to help me with a Worker's Compensation case. She informed me up front that she did not take Worker's Comp cases but she had me sit down and she reviewed all of my paperwork and explained to me what the terms meant, what I needed to do, and answered my questions. She was honest with what she didn't know and said she would look into a few things for me. A week later Ms. Nunnery did call me back with answers for the questions I had asked as well as recommendations for two attorneys that she had spoken with to make sure they could take my case and had experience in my particular injury. This was all part of her free consultation with me. If I ever need legal services in the areas she does practice I will definitely be giving her a call!

About a year ago me and my wife hired Jennifer to represent us in a family court matter. During one of our first phone calls while going over a lot of the information for our first court date Jen was very knowledgeable about the outcomes of the case. She warned us ahead of time what the possible outcomes could be, the best options to take, and things we should do to make our case go as smoothly as possible. She had a very proffesional attitude going into the court. She met us there, went over our reports, discussed with us and made sure everything was correct. Made sure any discrepancies were brought to the courts attention and had them fixed. There was many times my wife and I were not so happy with the courts opinions and actions, but she reassured us that if we were to do everything the court was asking of us, things would turn around. And they certainly have in our case. We as parents are not always perfect, we went through hard times, and a made a few mistakes on the way. But when it seemed like we were going to loose our family and everything was falling apart Jen was there to help make sure that didn't happen. Not to mention that her relationship with the local attorneys and the district attorneys made the line of open communication very helpful. She was able to work out a plea deal with them for us so we kept our family together and were able to prove to the courts that we loved our kids more then anything in the world and would do anything to prove it. A year later, everything is being wrapped up, and we are still a family and still able to kiss our children good night, every night. Jennifer's dedication to my family will always be remembered, and we will always be grateful for what she did for us. She was very affordable and was straight forward with her pricing and there was no hidden charges. She did everything she promised she would, and a lot more. So Far the Only Lawyer to Get Me a Good outcome Simply by Following my Directions. I do not know why previous attorney's were unwilling to tell my side of the story or discuss my medical condition; my motives, and the plaintiffs motives. The judge agreed with me and I got a conditional discharge.
Michael was Chosen by Suffolk Legal Aid so he was chosen randomly, as far as I am concerned.
I wanted to represent myself but the Judge ordered a 730 Exam for trying to speak to him in between attorneys.
Michael was able to get me certified competent as well. Suffolk Legal Aid was unable to do that. They were also Unwilling to speak to the Da or Judge on my Behalf. Michael was not Timid in that regard.
However, I shouldn't have to threaten to leave a Bad Review to get an attorney to follow my instructions.

In August of 2014, I was in a bad car accident involving myself and a tractor trailer. Minutes after the accident took place, I realized that I had broken bones, and had other injuries as well. Which in turn, would lead to a long road to recovery, as well as seeking out legal help regarding what had happened. Immediately, I reached out to John Wegerski III. From the moment he agreed to take on my case, I had one of the best experiences I could have gotten. Not only was he doing everything he could to help me win my case, he would go above and beyond to make sure I was, in general, doing okay. After 10 years and 4 different public defenders, Donna was court appointed to me for a very complex court case with my children's father. She was up against three other lawyers (including the county CPS lawyer) and never once was intimidated! She not only made sure the court understood that we were looking out for the best interest of the children, but she also helped me to navigate appropriate communication with a confrontational co-parent. I learned more on how to deal with "him" than the 8 years of therapy I was in!
Detail oriented is an understatement - if you want someone who knows how to actively listen, read a room and strategize in the best interest of your family - she is your go to.
I never want another lawyer and will always request her if court appointed/hire her if funds allow.

Donna was assigned to me by the court when I took my ex boyfriend to court for custody. He took my son for a 6 month visit out of state and decided if I wanted him back I would have to move to NY from AZ and live with him and his parents. I tried to file in AZ for custody but since my son was in NY for 6 month it made him a resident. Donna was very professional, organized, kind and dedicated to helping me to get my son back after not seeing him for a year and missing his 4th birthday. I was able to get joint custody with me having placement. I got charged with aggravated harassment, 2nd degree comm/alarm. I decided to hire this lawyer as a risk, and he was VERY forth coming with my case with honesty, integrity, and dignity. He was very honest about the outcome of the case although he doesn't promise anything, but can lessen the charge to a much lower degree.
I went to court and this fantastic was able to lower the charge from Misdemeanor Class A to ACD (Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal); I gladly took it and I was overjoyed!!! No fines, community service, and/or prison time! FANTASTIC LAWYER! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR DISABLED PEOPLE!!!!!

Ray Dague helped me when I was falsely accused as the aggressor in a street fight. He literally saved me from even going to court and got my case dropped at the grand jury level. I was a kid and I was scared. He have me comfort and treated me like family. To this day I cherish this man and would trust him with my life. When I see him I treat him as a dear friend, as he is. I owe him more than he could ever have charged me, which was very reasonable.
He's mature, caring, slow to speak and quick to listen and has a very calming presence and he is a family man. Quite frankly the man inspired me when I was younger and still does. Mr. Chatwin is a hidden gem I stumbled on years ago, and he has helped me out immeasurably over the year with my traffic issues (most notably a lead foot in my youth..). When I got a ticket for the first time in over 10 years just a few weeks ago, I was so relieved to see he was still practicing. Not only was the whole mess over fairly quickly, his swift and exceptionally competent action likely saved me plenty on my car insurance. His rates are very reasonable.
