I was pulled over for turning on red light and did not see the sign no right on red. North Tonawanda cop pulled me over and smelled alcohol and said I was drunk only after drinking 4 beers in 2 hrs he gave me 2 tickets and dwi charge. Mike got the DA to drop both tickets and drop my dwi to a dwai which is a traffic infraction.(( this lawyer is great))

I was caught speeding in an area where the
construction zone sign was hidden -
being from Canada I was not familiar with this area in Niagara Falls .I was facing a huge fine and points off which they report in Canada.I spoke to several lawyers and Michael was very well spoken confident and

My case started out with the public defender. He didn't spend five minutes with the DA before he came back and tried to give me some deal that didn't even seem like a deal at all. I called around to other attorneys, and it felt like they were asking me to sign my life away just to get them to go to court. I was in a panic. I met with Mr. Becker and he was honest and upfront. He spent more time with me in one meeting than I could have ever expected. He was very reasonable and worked with me on fees. What's more is that he kept going back to court and fighting on my behalf. In the end, I got a much better deal than I started with.

Nobody wants to leave their family for long periods of time no matter what mistake we make...sometimes the court system itself is the wake up call we need...and after watching my kids cry about my situation Frank was able to help me get my time offer from 6 years down to 1 year during motions...very thankful for that...but even more grateful that I still owe him 1500 and told him the process of paying him might take a bit cause I had other traffic cases I needed to pay and school clothes shopping to do for my children before I left which he was very understanding about...never been comfortable with putting the time of my life in anyone's hands but very glad I chose to put my life in Frank's hands...he did a very remarkable job and filed great motions on my behalf...never once judged me as a criminal or anything less than him...but judged me as I should be judged...a man with a family trying to survive the life were given...and I would recommend this man to anyone...thank you Frank

Mr Bannister was assigned to defend me in a custody case started by my ex-wife. The last time I dealt with a public defender I never spoke to or met the person until minutes before the trial. Mr Bannister called and texted me the day he was assigned. We had several conversations and met with me early on the morning of the hearing. Very professional and very caring about my case. Things went fantastic in court that morning and we were victorious. I highly recommend Mr Bannister and would definitely use his services again ( though I truly hope I never need to )

I came to know James Moschella quite well over the past few years. Mostly due to my propensity for being a man-child who didn't know any better and found himself in quite a bit of trouble on multiple occasions.
I was facing 2 felony counts and 1 misdemeanor. Even though I was a first time offender the District Attorney would not offer me a plea. Jim always stuck by my defense and not once did he encourage me to take the plea. Even if losing meant doing some time.
Jim was always up front that the likely hood of a full acquittal is very rare and made sure I knew the maximum sentence.
We went to trial and as hard as the DA tried to add charges and introduce different case law Jim was on point and always ready to rebut the prosecution. Jim is a fierce litigator and was well prepped with case law for everything that came our way.
Jim knows the law, is familiar with case law, and knows your rights. I knew I was in trouble and needed the best. So I hired him. Jim is professional and solid.

I hired Mr. Belgrave last year when other lawyers didn't want to take my case or their fee surpassed what I could pay. This case was from 2000 Real Estatate transaction and my original lawyer quit because I couldn't afford to maintain him. I spent thousands with no relief before meeting Mr Belgrave. Matthew contributed to my fathers release. My father was sentenced to life and once Matthew got his hands on the case, it contributed a great deal to the "time served" sentence my father received....after 22 years incarceration. I was provided with Orochena's information for a free consultation. I cannot be more satisfied with the quality of service. Though I did not speak to Mr Orochena himself, the gentleman who assisted with my concerns was of great assistance. My many questions were answered with not a drop of doubt left and I was presented with multiple options for my case (typically a conversation that will require a sit down and a fee with any other firm. Lee Huttner was recommended to me by another lawyer for a personal injury lawsuit in which I was a passenger in a car that was in an accident and the same lawyer couldn't represent both me and the driver of the car I was in. The whole process was daunting and scary at first but as soon as Mr. Huttner took over my case I felt totally at ease. I actually preferred him to the referring lawyer and immediately saw how knowledgeable and savvy he is. I am a city employee, in 2014 I was arrested for allegedly committing several felonious non-violent, non- job related criminal offenses. I had to find a lawyer who understood the plight of the average everyday working citizen who was a single parent minority living from paycheck to paycheck. I found him, Steven Questore. Upon my first in person meeting Steven set up a payment plan that allowed me to make affodable monthly payments as he worked on my case. I signed the retainer agreement, he had officially became my lawyer. I met with Steven on several occasions so that we left no stone unturned in my defense, most importantly he believed in my innocence. As I stated I am a city employee and any form of a criminal conviction could have literally ended my career, (I was already placed on administrative duty because of the arrest).
How would I provide for my son, pay for his private school, what would happen to
us if I lost all that I had worked so hard for my entire life? Scared is an understatement to describe how I felt. Steven understood this, he settled my fears and put my mind at ease. Steven worked on my case keeping me updated every step of the way. This went on for almost two years, it was not always good news, postponements, new DA's, new judges, offers to settle made by the prosecution that were just not acceptable. Never the less Steven always assured me "not to worry", he would often say "I'll tell you when you should worry." Fortunately, he never had to state those words to me. Finally, on July 7th 2016 a year and ten months after my arrest Steven Questore got what started out as an attempt at a Felony conviction down to a FULL DISMISSAL by action of the DA's office. YES, a FULL DISMISSAL you read it correctly. I got my life back and more importantly my career as a city employee remains unblemished. I emphatically encourage anyone who is facing what seems like a no - win situation to reach out to Mr. Questore's Law office, his assistants are always available and do an outstanding job of getting your messages to him. There was never a time that I had to lye in wait for Steven to get back to me, he makes you feel like your case is the only one that matters. Bottom line, he cares about who you are as a person and what affect this will have on your life. He sticks with you, no matter how long it takes, Steven understands the plight of being a minority in America and having to go up against the Justice System. I shudder to think of what would have happened had I not found Steven. As My title says My Lawyer Saved my Career.

James Meadows is a very knowledgeable and experienced lawyer. I got into a predicament myself and was my first time in which I had to lawyer up. A friend of mine gave me his contacts. The first time I met him, he assured me that everything was going to be OK. Even though you may not know any law technicalities, you can ask him anything and he will respond back, whether via text/email/call.
