I was not even a client. I posted a question on this website and he answered me. When I e-mailed him with a full length explanation he called me and told be exactly what I needed to do. He then called be back again to tell me more of what I needed that he had remembered. I am very thankful that he would take the time out of his day to do this.

I would highly recommend Tom from Cesta Legal. Filing bankruptcy has to be one of the scariest financial things a person can go through. There is no way I would have gotten through it with out Tom. As a Federal Government employee, I became the target of an Office of Inspector General (O.I.G.) criminal investigation. I found Ian Friedman after doing research on several sites for a Federal Criminal Defense attorneys in Cleveland, Ohio. One thing that I was impressed with was his success rate at jury trial. I looked at other attorneys but was shocked when I read reviews about them "dumping" clients in the middle of their case. Ian had a lot of client reviews who stated that he supported them throughout the entire case. I could not find one derogatory remark about his skills and abilities. After doing a Google search I came across some of his interviews on popular television shows such as The O'Reilly Factor and Piers Morgan.
Next, I set up an initial consultation with Ian and his team. He made me feel very comfortable and confident that I had met with the right person. The thing that separated Ian from other attorneys that I spoke to was his honesty about his retainer fee. Most attorneys will give you a low figure to "hook" you into retaining them, then, they will bilk their client with fees. My co-defendant was given a low retainer fee but our out of pocket costs ended up exactly the same. After the initial sticker shock, I spoke to my family and we decided that Ian and his team were my best option. He was absolutely worth every cent!!!
Ian and Mark Devan started the pre-indictment work and engaged the AUSA. After meeting with the AUSA they devised the best strategy to address the case. They found a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and had an independent opinion written based on the known facts of the case which was supported by case law and policy. The AUSA called three (3) grand juries for testimony and had over a dozen witnesses testify. The final verdict was a "No Bill." There were times, when I thought that I could no longer handle the stress of the situation. Ian always told me, “Don’t worry about it. I’ll handle it.” Or “let me worry about that.” I truly believe that the outcome would have been very different if I would not have been blessed with Ian, Mark Devan, and Brad Wolfe on my side.

The beginning of my case I had 8 charges pending against me. 2 felonies and 6 misdemeanors! I was a little nervous but at the end i was satisfied with the result. Michael is what everyone should seek in an attorney. While I am not proud of the fact that I have needed to work with him more than once (DWI and Domestic Violence), there is a reason why I have worked with him more than once and will not even consider anyone else should I ever need to again.
- Michael has driven outside of his typical coverage area when I needed him the most.
- When there was a no contact order in place and the other person nor I could do anything to have it lifted at a time, Michael helped us make it through until it could because bills still need paid, kids still need a ride to and from school, people still need to make it to work, and life still continues on.
- Michael has helped me obtain documents and/or provide information requested by employers to keep my current or get a new job.
- Last but certainly not least, Michael understands that things happen to the best of us and has been there for me on a personal level just as much if not more than on a professional level.

I am writing this review to help people looking for a lawyer TO STOP! I was in trouble with a serious traffic offense, stood to lose everything I had. Colin was available to me 24/7. Even texted to just check in. Although there was a wait time with court appearances, he went in to stand up for me. I have serious anxiety. He told me he would take care of it and to stay home. Eventually, when my SENTENCE DAY came, again he went to bat and I was given a 50 dollar fine. Something that could have ruined my life forever was fixed by Colin. Forever indebted.

Mr. Harding has been such a blessing as I have navigated through this difficult process. I can not comprehend how much time and detail must go into his thorough research to ensure the best outcome for myself and his other clients. I was charged with OVI. After vetting several attorneys, I chose Mr. Rudes to represent me. Mr. Rudes is very professional and straight forward. He explained to me what the possible consequences of the OVI charge would be and what my options were. Mr. Rudes said "tell me what you want the outcome to be and that is what we will shoot for. Because I could not drive, Mr. Rudes came to my home to discuss my case. He gave me a questionnaire to fill out which was very thorough. Mr. Rudes asked me a lot of questions about my background, my family and the circumstances leading to my OVI charge. On the day of the pre-trial, Mr. Rudes presented my options after he had spent a lot of time researching my case and then talking with the prosecuting attorney. I was surprised by the offer presented to me on the pre-trial day which was dismissal if the one-year ALS (adminstrative license suspension as I refused the BAC text), reduction of OVI to reckless operation, fine and 3-day alcohol intervention program.
Mr. Rudes wanted me to take my case to trial as he believed the officer who charged me with OVI had no reason to pull me over and the circumstances surrounding my OVI were questionable at best. I decided to take the plea deal and get everything over with the day of the pre-trial. I walked out of the courtroom with my life back; I was able to drive again!
Had me personal circumstances been different, I would have followed Mr. Rudes advice and taken my case to trial. In the end, Mr. Rudes did exactly what he said he would do. Mr. Rudes worked hard for me, not as just another client, but on a personal level.
I highly recommend Mr. Rudes to anyone facing a OVI such as I was. Not only was my outcome good, I feel I have gained a new friend.

Attorney Rudes represented me for an incident in which I refused to take the breathalyzer. Attorney Rudes helped me to plea to Reckless Op 2nd offense. He helped me establish restricted driving privileges for 6 months and I attended the DIP program which was also court ordered. Upon the end of my 6 month license suspension I realized there was still an ALS against my drivers license that required a $475 payment. Both Attorney Rudes and I did not feel that was correct . Attorney Rudes took this matter before the Judge and he agreed with Attorney Rudes despite the prosecutor’s objections. I know have my driving privileges back and I can’t thank Attorney Rudes enough!

As an owner/operator of my business as a truckdriver, I found myself in a situation that eventually put me near bankruptcy and a record on my license. I was out of work for many months and was going to give up my fight when I met Terrence. I met him after hearing him speak and all is history from there. My fiance hired Rhys for an assualt charge which they wanted jail time but he fought with the prosecutor and was able to get it down to probation and fines which he was happy with. In December of 2015, my daughter made a mistake. She got involved with the wrong person, and ended up accused of a felonious assault and theft. I found Atty. Jones's number in the phone book, called his office, and he saw me that afternoon. He also introduced me to his associate, Atty. Ron Yarwood, and the two of them took care of my daughter's case. They immediately took steps to get her out of jail and released on bond. They informed us of her legal rights and liabilities, and kept us informed of the progress of her case. They educated us from the beginning on what my daughter's risks were, and negotiated hard on her behalf. From the outset, they told us that they had no fear of going to trial, if that was what her defense demanded; but in the end, they were able to negotiate her sentence down to 2 misdemeanors, with her punishment being only a year's probation.
I was very gratified over the fact that they quoted me a fixed fee at the beginning, and never asked for any more fees as the process went on. I also found them both to be very accessible. I contacted them by email and phone on numerous occasions and they always replied the same day or the next. I always felt that they had my daughter's best interest at heart, but they also never let her forget how serious the trouble was that she had gotten into. I am extremely grateful to them for their time and expertise as well as the outcome they were able to negotiate for my daughter. I fear that, with a less competent team, the outcome could have been substantially worse.

Attorney Cartright-Jones was able to find major flaws in my dui case and was able to get the suspension and dui dismissed in a month. People who complain about her pricing, truly mind-blowing! People should NOT bargain shop when trying to fight for custody of their children, the outcome will be less than desired.

I ran into trouble when people that I barely knew jumped me and then filed a false police report. There was eight of them at the scene and me. I had no proof besides my word. I have never had to deal with the stress of a DUI arrest, nor the stress of paying court and lawyer fees. A relative referred me to the Meranda Law firm and after I explained the details of my case my lawyer, Ed Itayim went to work. It was a long 6 month process where the case was continually rescheduled due to requested information not provided by the prosecutor.
