Diane has never rushed me or treated me like a number or a dollar figure. She always takes her time to listen to what I have to say, how I feel, then easily helps me with paper work or issues I may have. Dianne has been very helpful in contacting people on my behalf and in getting results I need to process my immigration paper work. She is a joy to work with and is personable. She also called me up to see how I have been and if I heard anything from immigration. Diane has never worried about payment for her services or overcharged me for services rendered. She cares more about helping people then fattening her wallet. Diane is someone I would recommend to anyone looking for immigration assistance because she is a dedicated fighter for her client's rights.

This is the first attorney that came at me with a "we can win this case" attitude. Very knowledgeable and positive. Always stayed in contact with me, and kept me up to date with any and all changes with the case. Once we went to trial, presented an awesome case and had the jury deliberate for only 20 minutes and come back with a 12-0 not guilty verdict. And just for the record, there was a video of this alleged crime, and his case presentation was so tight, I was still found not guilty.

Jeremy comes highly recommended. I researched multiple attorneys in Clark county and decided on Elizabeth Christy Law Firm because of the great reviews, and I'm glad I did. Jeremy was very quick, thorough, supportive, knowledgeable and responsive during this whole process. The process to which I'm referring is establishing a parenting plan and court ordered child support. The process took about 3 weeks, consultation to signed orders. Brandon helped a dear friend of mine, on a bogus charge that Portland Police created. The Bench Trial was a joke. The three 'witnesses' could not provide a clear eye witness account and there was NO supporting evidence. Mr. Calheim was effortless in making them look not only misinformed but naive as well. He was confident, quick, and VERY invested in helping my much older friend not be convicted for a crime he did NOT commit. I would say, Brandon is one of the very best attorneys in the city. Tara Herivel worked on our custody case representing my wife and our family against my wife's ex in a dispute over parenting time for our child.
There is so much to say about Tara - and all of it good. Tara has worked this case with our family for over two years. Aside from our own immediate family, nobody has stood with and defended us like Tara has.
Our custody case was very contentious, and it was often not without drama and craziness. But Tara was able to get us past all of that to really always be one or two steps ahead of the game.
Tara was more than our courtroom attorney. Tara guided us in every aspect of a custody dispute, inside the court and out. If ever there was a question as to how we should handle a situation, Tara was only a phone call away.
But in the court, Tara knew her craft, and was just wonderful at bringing out the truth. Being represented by Tara, we never felt for a moment that we were “taking our chances” with a judge’s decision. Tara was everything we could’ve hoped for in a lawyer.
I could praise Tara’s work for us all day, but this review is also to feature was services specifically were provided.
Tara was able to modify our custody agreement after showing to the court that the other party had very low capacity for effective parenting.
She was able to arrange supervised visitation (from previous unsupervised visitation) between other party and our child.
When other party was unable to comply with the court’s order Tara was able to show the courts that complete suspension of visitation was warranted.
Tara fulfilled every role in this case. I can’t say enough about how wonderful it’s been having her as our attorney.

This women not only believed me but proved it. They claim they were injecting children with Benadryl, but that’s all that big lie they were injected Children as young as five years old with clotpromazine hydrochloride Anyways, this place was so so terrible and they still have a corporation going, but this place is so terrible. Mr walls took on my case as a court appointed attorney. Being as it is, plenty of stereotypes float around about court appointed legal advice. With him, though, i found that he was very punctual. Wanted to make contact often and keep me informed as to new evidencial discoveries. In the end, after a long legal batte, i got what i considered a "victory" compared to my original charges. I couldnt have asked, or payed for, better representation and i will continue to reccomend Mr. Walls to anyone in need in his area.
