My wife spoke with Jd. Strong today during a 30-minute consultation. He was excellent! He listened to her concerns and immediately provided her with resources to address them independently. Jd. Strong mentioned receiving 14 calls this week on the same issue from other folks. I highly recommend Jd. Strong; he is transparent, ethical, and knowledgeable. He also said, "If you encounter any issues after discussing them, call me back, and we will address them."

I hired them cause they were all I could afford after my ex walked out with our savings account. They managed to get the job done but they're were condescending, barely communicated, canceled phone meetings if they just didn't feel like answering my questions, didn't keep me appraised of the progress and were rude and nasty and belligerent when I followed up. They seemed to care more about being buddies with my ex's lawyer than representing me fairly and fighting for me. It was a traumatic divorce already made worse by their attitude. If you can afford any other lawyer, do it. Don't use these guys unless you like being abused and are really desperate for your divorce to be finalized (I was).

Laura Parker recently represented myself on a injunction order filed. She did a great job at quickly presenting details to the judge to have the case dismissed. She arrived well equipped with past cases to present and had enough information on the complaint to be prepared should the judge have taken further steps to hear the case beyond her initial argument.

I’m writing this as a warning for special needs parents who are looking for legal help. We contacted Shay almost two years ago, needing help with a special needs trust and a birth certificate issue. She said she could handle both for us and we paid 3k up front. During the next 18 months, we had to consistently call her office for updates regarding the trust. It took over a year for her to finish writing it, and then when we finally received it, we found she had written the wrong name down for guardianship. A big error!
As for the birth certificate issue, it never got fixed. We would call her office every few weeks for an update. But finally, we just stopped calling and we haven’t heard from her in over 6 months. This entire experience was horrible for us! I’m shocked that her rating is as high as it is on here… We paid her 3k and baaarely got half of what was promised.

I was highly recommended by a former Circuit Judge in Orlando to contact Mr Yates. He immediately took my call and put me at ease immediately. After his investigation into the matter he agreed to take my case. I never met him in person and everything was done via phone and computer. I paid with a credit card and he kept me posted with phone calls, texts, and emails. He handled both matters within weeks (court schedule ) and I never had to appear at court. He got both matters handled and didn’t charge any additional monies for services rendered. I always have attorneys whether tax, business, etc but I wish Tad Yates could replace them all. His assistant Kathy is the best and she too keeps you totally informed. If you have a criminal matter there is no one that could come to his services. I went to Matt after the first attorney I hired had worked my case for months. The end result was an offer from the state that would cause me to lose my license forever. I talked with Matt and after he reviewed the case he thought there were still arguments to pursue. I took a chance, turned down the offer and hired Matt. He filed many motions and kept at it. In the end, the judge dismissed all charges. Matt knows the DUI laws and I trust he will do everything he can for every client. He was responsive and realistic throughout. He never promised miracles. He knows the law and that's what you need in a lawyer.

My daughter, Natalie Asport and I were referred to Clint Moore, Esq. from the attorney general's office and the Florida Bar Association due to an insurance claim we filed during Hurricane Ian. As of today, we have not received the funds awarded to repair our roof due to the roofers alleging that Natalie had signed a contract during the claim. We found out that the roofers forged her signature, and we reached out to the attorney general's office for assistance as the attorney handling our claim revealed a conflict of interest with the roofers.
