Gary Schwartz was recommended to us by one of his former clients. One of our family members was subject to a conspiracy that our entire family had to suffer for. This is difficult. I can't express how much Don West has changed my life. I would have lost almost everything due to one mistake. Good Afternoon to all my freinds in the Orlando area. Just to let you know theirs a great Law Firm in Orlando ! As a client i love the Quelity service they give me. As a client i went in front of a Judge with a V.O.P. case, not good at all. In my situation i really really felt i was not going home. It was not a violent charge in anyway but i did not see any hope in my case. I really thougth i was going to prision because of a dumb desicion that i had made in the past. I was referred to H. Manual Hernandez (Manny) by another attorney as I was being investigated based on allegations made that I had committed Elder Financial Exploitation.
This was unequivocally the worst fear that I had ever encountered. I could literally write volumes in this review regarding how well Manny conducted my case. I appreciated him never patronizing me by sugar coating issues. He always articulated very clearly the issues regarding my case. He was fastidious regarding being well prepared and was outstanding regarding how he respectfully interfaced with the lead criminal investigator, as well as numerous others. He consistently demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism. I felt that he was sincerely my advocate, not just my attorney. He always treated me with dignity and respect. Manny is extremely intelligent and has impressive credentials such as, having been a Federal Prosecutor for numerous years; he has a substantial knowledge of numerous areas of other legal expertise and is highly regarded by his peers. He is a credit to his profession. Manny is a very ethical attorney and I was impressed with his core values. Regarding his law firm, his paralegal is outstanding and as well as his investigator. I was falsely accused of Domestic violence on 3 counts while my wife was trying to steal my money and custody of our children. I hired Michael and he was amazing and went over and beyond the call of duty collecting evidence and filing extra motions and more. He does not evolve his personal or political beliefs with his clients or cases whatsoever even though we sit on opposite sides. He got my wife on the stand in front a of jury all day from 8am to 5pm and showed what a lying, cheating, thief that she was and had her impeached as a witness for lying and got her admitting to committing perjury and got the jury to deliberate a not guilty on all counts unanimously within 10 minutes.. He pretty much saved me and my children s lives. I did much research on the best criminal lawyer in Orlando and everyone said he was the best! I owe him big time! His fee was way under prices also! I have to start by saying that my situation was a bit of a conundrum from the start. I was doing a favor for a woman that I knew from my church by taking her daughter to the nearest retail outlet. Unbeknownst to me the young lady while in the Dept Store Shoplifts. I never enter the building. Doesn't Matter. I hired Laura not too long ago to help me with a Domestic Violence Injunction. Laura was always by my side and was on top of the case. She was there to answer my calls right away after dialing, whether at Midnight or Early in the morning. She did the same for any E-Mails sent to us, providing us with any documents that would be needed for the outcome we wished for. Then came the day of the hearing. She was punctual and there early, and she was sharp and was able to persuade the judge to go in a manner that is greatly done. Normally, Injunctions only last for about 1 - 2 years. I wanted to thank you and your staff for the work you did for me in 2008 on the David Anderson Case.
Using the evidence from the civil complaint, the State Attorney's Office in Palatka filed criminal charges against Anderson, which resulted in his agreement to plead "no contest" on charges of Operating an Organized Scheme to Defraud. Anderson will receive probation provided that he pays most of the civil judgment, on which he made the first installment on paying back to me yesterday.
Two other people whom Anderson defrauded were at the sentencing, and many others are aware that Anderson pleaded "no contest" to the criminal charges. These people are grateful, as I am, that Anderson did not escape the consequences of defrauding his customers (besides myself there were eight other customers who were similarly defrauded).
Most importantly, Anderson has been prohibited from using his business to harm any other potential customers in the future.
As a result of this experience, I have learned much about the way civil and criminal law works. I respect the good work that you and others in the legal profession do every day. Our society is held together by the idea that all of will receive a fair hearing under the law, and people such as you and your staff enable that to happen.
Thank you again for the good work by yourself and your staff. I am sure many residents of our area have benefited from representation by your firm, as I have.

Mr. White is a phenomenal attorney. I am a police officer and came to him after my department stabbed me in the back, lied and fired me. I knew what they did was completely wrong but no matter what I said, they didn't listen. Once I was fired, the State Attorney filed charges on me. I was getting it from every direction. My livelihood was on the line, I had been a cop ever since I was an adult. The initial findings in my IA would lead anyone to believe I was a bad officer and should have been fired. However, none of it was true but no one knew that and they just knew what was in the IA. I went to Mr. White for help. Once I explained my side of the story, he saw the evidence and saw how the evidence fabricated or skewed against me, he said lets get them! I knew he was the attorney for me. His background as cops cop and attorney was awesome to have. All I wanted to do was huff and puff then call the admin a bunch a bad names. Mr. White took care of it for me so I didn't! He took the City to arbitration over my termination and won. He was able to tactfully point out about the errors and lies the Chief said. I eventually got my job back and was paid all my back pay for the time out of work. As the way the cards played out, I actually went to criminal trial AFTER I got my job back. Mr. White won again. After my adult son was in a near-fatal fiery crash, Mike Reese was outstanding in representing him for Social Security benefits, quickly moving his case to a successful SSI hearing.
