My case was solved in the most impressive and fastest way I thought it would be. We were supposed to have court in January. When I hired Smith and Eulo they sent me Scott Messinger and Isabella Vicentelo. These two worked fast to get my fiance out of jail and not only that but they got the case dropped, in other words, no more court, all that in less than a month. There were 3 charges and all of them dropped! We could not believe! I never met my lawyers in person and I was never able to thank them enough. Ms Smith assisted with preparation of my parents wills,Powers of Attorney, Living Will, Health Care Surrogate. She advised them what actions should be taken to expedite estate settlement when the time came. Her advice was spot on, and I was able to settle their estates without incident when the time came. I’m writing this as a warning for special needs parents who are looking for legal help. We contacted Shay almost two years ago, needing help with a special needs trust and a birth certificate issue. She said she could handle both for us and we paid 3k up front. During the next 18 months, we had to consistently call her office for updates regarding the trust. It took over a year for her to finish writing it, and then when we finally received it, we found she had written the wrong name down for guardianship. A big error!
As for the birth certificate issue, it never got fixed. We would call her office every few weeks for an update. But finally, we just stopped calling and we haven’t heard from her in over 6 months. This entire experience was horrible for us! I’m shocked that her rating is as high as it is on here… We paid her 3k and baaarely got half of what was promised.

As a human, a great reputation is one thing we all can control. This was something Deon helped me keep, and for that, I will always refer him as a great criminal defense lawyer for life.
I was in a position of being falsely accused of theft, which could have resulted me in federal prison for several years. In the very beginning, I do recall the stress I encountered and I can for sure tell you that having Deon on your side made this entire experience very uplifting, and empowering.
While explaining my side of my story, his solutions were immediate (Gave me solutions during my explanation haha, that's how quick). Before we even finished our call, I already felt that everything was going to be resolved due to the confidence, energy, and reassurance I received from him. With the court system backed up due to COVID, the length of my case extended 6-7 months. To imagine my experience without Deon, I can very well predict that those 6-7 months would have been very stressful on my end.

Mr. Richard Hornsby is one of the greatest, Attorneys He is his father's son. No doubt . I found him excellent. I used his father early on in the day when he was still with us. And now I used His son Being Richard Hornsby. I read some of these reviews which I thought were very cruel.I think peopleneed to learn the difference between a straight Out forward black & white hard working attorney instead of putting him down as some of these reviews, I saw and I believe the reviews were the same exact person just by the writings on the wall .Mr. Hornsby is very black & white straight forward very quick with his words Boom! He don't want to hear Nothing but the facts. Okay, I get it. Hey, I drove him crazy too. But I gotta say something this man works. that's the kind of attorney you want straight out black & white. No bsing. Hes a hard worker and he does have time for everybody. It's just that he's fast and he's quick at the tongue. But that's a good thing, because when you get a attorney like that. You know something is getting done and he got my case Done in just a few weeks and now I have hired him for the second time as of today being December 14th 2024.. So if you want an attorney that works hard and is fast and quick at the tongue and straight out in black & white. Hes your guy! No white picket fence here. You sounded like you might have been a bit confused through your review and your case I read Mr Hornsbys rebuttal back to you and I thought it was excellent. And it also thought it was very mannered. And it also thought it was very professional not nasty just straight out and to the point! So I'm just gonna say this. I hired him again today. Like I said earlier and I would hire him again and again and I'll keep referring him. Not that he needs it because everybody wants the !Richard Hornsby just as they wanted his father! . I was so happy to be able to get him.

Win Win! I hired Mr. Richardson on a drug charge. He went through the evidence from the prosecutor and told me the police probably overstepped and he was right. We went to court hearings and did well ... case did not go forward and the state had to drop it. Now Mr. Richardson is working on cleaning up my record. I cannot say enough great things about working with Mr. Richardson. He always called me back and spoke w my family to ease their minds along the way. He let me make regular payments too.
Attorney Richardson has a great office and great staff...is close to courthouse (in Orlando) I highly recommend Mr Richardson. I sent him a friend who got a charge in Daytona and they are happy too.

I did a lot of research and contacted several attorneys before I decided to meet with James Phillips. He was even recommended by some of the other attorneys I talked to. He demonstrated a very good understanding and proficiency with my situation and assured me that he would do whatever it took to obtain the best results possible. With professionalism and courtesy and a thorough knowledge of the legal system he was able to get my DUI charge sent to pretrial diversion. He was also able to dispute my DUI with the DMV so I received my full license back with no limitations and no penalties fines or points. Mr. Weart is an outstanding lawyer. So thankful, I was referred to Mr. Weart by my bail bondsman. From day one, he took on my DUI case. Explained the pros and cons of the situation and told me it was going to be hard, but I could do it. Even with the load of cases he had, I never once felt neglected. If I didn't receive a call from him, I'd received a call from his wonderful wife. Needless to say, you get what you pay for, my DUI was reduced to reckless driving without alcohol. Had an extremely complicated driving history and needed someone who could confidently manage a citation that was previously adjudicated 4 years ago. Polk County judges are notoriously prickly about hearing issues previously adjudicated. Jay managed to successfully accomplish what several attorneys claimed the odds were "remote" at best. I must say that Jacob has reconciled me with trusting justice, especially in Florida. I wish I had known Jacob when my husband and I were looking for a lawyer in 2013. Camy Schawm Wilcox and her team are some of the best family law attorneys in Central Florida. Camy handled my divorce and dependency case involving a termination of parental rights. I believe Camy is the only family law attorney in Central Florida who could have achieved the outcome we did, most attorneys in the area were simply not qualified or willing to take on a case this complicated.
Camy was on top of everything from day one and addressed every curveball thrown at us with speed and efficiency, (and boy were there a lot of them). Camy is very honest and straightforward with her thoughts and opinions. Personally, I love that! I never found myself wondering what she meant when she said something. I tend to be blunt myself and appreciate direct communication.
Camy can absolutely be aggressive in court when she needs to be however she’s also very respectful and courteous to all parties involved in your cases. Camy works very hard for her clients and makes it a point not to engage in unethical or unprofessional behavior. Even when the opposing side is engaging in this type of behavior Camy maintains her integrity. Time and time again, the outcomes in the end were a good reflection of her professional behavior. This certainly doesn’t go unnoticed by the judges or their assistants either.
To say Camy is a hard worker is an understatement!! She is a machine!! Camy and her team always communicated with me regularly. Camy even worked my case from her mother’s hospital bedside when it became necessary and it wasn’t uncommon to see an email come through during the evening hours. That said, when there’s nothing really happening (which happens a lot in the court system), Camy NEVER bombarded me with trivial things just to bill hours. If everything was quiet, then everything was quiet. This can be nerve wracking, however running up your bill with unnecessary questions and comments when there’s no reason would be nerve wracking as well.
Camy, associate attorney Leah, paralegals Gio and Shannon, and firm administrator Debbie are an incredible team of professionals who worked tirelessly for my family. They are absolutely the ONLY attorneys who could have done what they needed to do to protect innocent children from being placed in harm’s way due to a biological connection.
I highly recommend Camy and her team to anyone who needs a family law attorney or an attorney for a dependency case. I haven’t had a need for representation in any of the other areas of law that the firm practices in, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them should the need arise. Camy doesn’t take on cases in areas of the law that she isn’t familiar with and if something happens to come up that she isn’t familiar with, (as it did in my cases) she never hesitated to reach out to a colleague for assistance. That speaks volumes about her character to me.
My cases certainly were not considered “normal” circumstances and this firm fought long and hard for my family until we were ALL safe. For our family, they are Superheroes!! I still think of these ladies often and my youngest still asks about them and misses them too! After going through something like we did with an amazing team of “Superheroes” standing beside us throuought the duration, there is a fondness in my heart almost like that of family that just can't be explained in words. Thank you Camy Wilcox and Associates for all you do!!

I wanted to write this review of my incredible experience using Moses & Rooth Law firm. I was in need of hiring an attorney to represent me in Traffic Court for going 40mph over the posted speed limit which required a mandatory court appearance. I reviewed many law firms by analyzing their results measured against their cost. Moses & Rooth is extremely affordable in my opinion compared with others in the Orlando area, however, they stand well above all others with the favorable results they obtain for their clients. When I decided to use them, I called & spoke with the Firms Legal Assistant Danielle who provided forms to sign & had me email a copy of the ticket. That day, they filed paperwork with the court explaining they would be representing me. Covid-19 slowed the court system way down but Danielle was always available to explain what was happening and answered all my questions. The day before court I spoke with Attorney Moses & explained the need to have the ticket reduced, if possible, since losing my job was highly likely due to the excessive speed. Attorney Moses called me after the court hearing with GREAT news. He was able to negotiate with the Officer to reduce the speed listed on the ticket to an acceptable amount to my employer. He also negotiated for me to attend traffic school which meant no points went on my license. An incredible outcome in my opinion!!! I HIGHLY recommend using this Law Firm for their Professionalism and the results they delivered!!!
