Regardless of who's at fault or what is going on. It's a very emotionally tough position to be in. Adam Russo, Jon Eichelberger & staff are nothing short of amazing, wonderful people. Every email, phone call or text was handled with the upmost respect and treating us like human beings and not just another number. I recently had the opportunity to work with Rajan Joshi on a criminal defense matter, and I would like to share my experience.
Firstly, Joshi demonstrated a solid understanding of criminal law and was able to articulate the complexities of my case in a way that was easy for me to understand. His knowledge of the legal system and local courts was evident and helped me feel more confident in his abilities.
Communication was another strength. Rajan Joshi was responsive to my questions and kept me updated on the progress of my case, which I appreciated. It’s important to feel informed, especially during such a stressful time.
In terms of strategy, Joshi took the time to discuss various approaches and the potential outcomes. He was thorough in his preparation, which reassured me that my case was in capable hands.
As for the outcome of my case Joshi was able to get it thrown out and I was set free. He also was able to get me reinstated on a VOP in a short time.

I’m writing this as a warning for special needs parents who are looking for legal help. We contacted Shay almost two years ago, needing help with a special needs trust and a birth certificate issue. She said she could handle both for us and we paid 3k up front. During the next 18 months, we had to consistently call her office for updates regarding the trust. It took over a year for her to finish writing it, and then when we finally received it, we found she had written the wrong name down for guardianship. A big error!
As for the birth certificate issue, it never got fixed. We would call her office every few weeks for an update. But finally, we just stopped calling and we haven’t heard from her in over 6 months. This entire experience was horrible for us! I’m shocked that her rating is as high as it is on here… We paid her 3k and baaarely got half of what was promised.

I owed Jared Adelman my life I was facing serious felonies. Sometimes the justice system fails and bad things happened to good people. I was so scared a whole bunch of strangers would take way my future to have a public defender too! You hear all the time about overworked public defenders not being able to give it their all.
