It’s incredible to read the other review that had a negative experience with his law firm Because it sounds just like my story. Lack of action, the feeling like you are begging or asking for something rather than paying for service. The lack of thorough explanation about the legal process and the simplicity of time your actual consequences seems to be a trademark of this lawyer. I am now confused because I don’t know if he was working for the DA office or if he was there to represent me and fight for my innocence because looking back, there was always a deal on the table, There was always an option of simplicity, as if he didn’t want to be bothered with this issue. I completely understand the result of those actions because a simple search and reading of the legal system lead me to understand the consequences of his lack of action, a convicted felon, taking the time to explain or looking into other options rather than a quick deal that he prosecutor to get out of the way. I’m not here to ask for anything from the justice system or from this man I’m here to prevent you from making a mistake if you’re reading this for an actual lawyer says if you feel like your second home then go ahead and hire him

I met this man a couple years ago when a friend of mine needed help and I'll tell you what from back then he was amazing but I ended up getting into some trouble and as soon as he received the phone call he jumped into action I used his bail man and I was out within a few hours and I had Mr Chris retained before I even was released I can sell you one thing about him when it comes to his clients he does not play around with the case that I had pending I was looking at doing many years but this man right here made sure that I received a phone call from him today with the best news ever that my case was dismissed I can never thank him enough too bad I can't make a cheesecake take in anymore but if you are ever in need of a great or one of the best I should say criminal defense attorneys call this man right here.
I know when I went in to speak with him he told me just sit back and let him work his magic and sure enough today was the day that made this whole rest of this year all because of two words that he said to me which was case dismissed but as I said if you want the best criminal attorney around see this man right here and if I could give 10,000 Stars I would!

I can't even begin to put into words my review for the ME Law Firm. I seriously could write a book. You know it's just a tough situation when you need to hire an attorney. Regardless of who's at fault or what is going on. It's a very emotionally tough position to be in. Adam Russo, Jon Eichelberger & staff are nothing short of amazing, wonderful people. Every email, phone call or text was handled with the upmost respect and treating us like human beings and not just another number. Although our situation was not unique, it was very stressful to say the least. It was nice to not be judged but to be told, everything will be okay and here's the plan of action and for it to be actually true. We were kept informed consistently, never kept in the dark, given great advice and able to speak to a live person. I wasn't sure if I wanted to write this review but decided to because I thought Ms. Coffman's approach was disrespectful. I was okay if she couldn't help me. It was not okay to completely criticize me in more ways than one. There were a few troubling aspects of my case, one of which on the surface is completely not okay. However, the action was a bit facetious but also motivated by fear. She also said people are probably scared of me, which is not true. I work everyday as a substitute teacher and the students say I'm their favorite! I have friends, good friends, who know I'm not a violent person, and know who truly who is truly at fault in my case. Then, she started to criticize my inability to pick up on the legalese, saying she has had people with less education understand better than me. I was nervous in part, and I've never had legal problems in my life! She also made references to other things I will keep private but she criticized as well. To be clear, attacking potential clients is just unacceptable. I can understand having a concern or two, but making multiple attacks is derogatory.

I heard this quote at a point in my incarceration. Those thirteen words really changed my life, mainly my state of mind. Those words gave me a push to stay positive and fight no matter the circumstances.
In May of 2005 at the age of eighteen, I was arrested and charged with 2nd degree murder along with a few other related charges. Only a short time of five months I was tried, convicted and sentenced. I received a 30-year w/a 25 mandatory sentence to the Florida Department of Corrections. This is where the battle of my life began.
I went through multiple attorneys and every appeal possible. I went all the way to the United States Supreme Court and was denied at every level. It wasn't until I hired Ms. Paula Coffman in 2018 to file a newly discovered evidence post conviction motion (my last shot) that I was granted an evidentiary hearing in 2019 and then later a new trial in 2020. So after 15 years of fighting, w/God on my side and Ms. Paula Coffman representing me I was finally able to get my case heard and granted some relief.
The highest form of giving a human can offer is "Inspiration", so I pray my story will "Inspire" someone to never give up and continue to fight no matter what.

I was sentenced to 69.45 months in the D.O.C. I hired Paula Coffman in 2018 to Appeal my sentence. After serving 13 months she got my charges dropped completely, and got me into a treatment program instead. She fought extremely hard for my freedom and she will for yours as well. I was arrested for a DUI and was really worried about having a criminal record. The next day, a Sunday afternoon, I looked up lawyers on the internet and found Mr. Cairns listing. I called expecting a voicemail to answer but to my shock it was Mr. Cairns himself who answered the phone! I had a BAC of 2.0 and really worried that I was going to get a DUI charge. Mr. Cairns was able to get it reduced to a reckless driving charge. Never look for the cheapest attorneys because here’s what you can expect: attorneys, who don’t answer the phone when you call them looking for an update on your case, attorneys, who do not update you on your case throughout the process, attorneys who show up late to your court dates and make you look like a fool, or attorneys that call you with the first plea deal at the state offers you and tell you that it’s the best deal you’re gonna get After charging you an arm and a leg for a retainer fee and promising you that they would fight for you tooth and nail.
Well, with Adams and Luka this is not the case for sure when I hired Adams and Luca to take my case, they were very quick to respond with the upmost respect and care that you can provide a customer with, furthermore, they were able to achieve more results in the first day of consultation with them then my previous attorney was able to do in six months, in addition, they were very communicative throughout the process and kept me updated on everything that was going on with my case, I met with my lawyer two weeks after they took my case to discuss the progress and review the case. After about an hour and a half of reviewing the content and discussing the case, the end result was leaving the office, very confident and happy with the choice I made in legal council. This whole law firm is outstanding!!! Make sure you do your legwork, though. The more evidence that support your side will make their lives easier; they will make the best arguments for your case. Not every case can be won, but this firm is hands down, 5.0!
In June 2023, I retained Ms. Benton to represent me for a time-sharing/child custody case…We won that case! Ms. Benton was direct and fair. She was excellent in arguing my case and I was relieved that it worked out in my son’s best interest.
