1. Joel told me he had an expertise and charged for a consuktation in an area of the law not listed here at all. I pracice law in another state and needed an urgent question answered for a family memeber. it became clear to me after reviewing the notes and doing further investigation into PA law that his advice was not correct and asked for a refund, He not only refused but insulted me in the process. He said I didnlt understand and I said then send me a summary correcting my understanding with the case alw. he refused. a total waste of ntime and money . I Don't trust this man.

I was referred to Keith from a friend who is an attorney. I wasn’t sure if I needed his services or not but I wanted a consultation to talk to an attorney about a situation. Keith was responsive and efficient with setting up a call to discuss my case. Keith listened and was very knowledgeable about the laws. He gave me some advice and asked me to send him documentation to review my situation further. After a thourough review of the documentation I supplied Keith advised me that he would be happy to assist me but I really didn’t need his assistance. He encouraged me to file what I needed as my documentation was more than enough. I am so glad that I did as he was correct and I won my case. I appreciate his honest opinion. I was looking at 7 points and $1700 in fines which is bad for a tractor trailer driver. My attorney Mr. Daniel Hanifin was able to negotiate on my behalf and got things down to NO POINTS and $900 in fines and was able to get me a payment plan. WOW talk about getting the job done! I was hit from behind in an auto accident in October 2021, and although insurance paid the medical bills and gave us the "value" of the totaled car (which was far below the actual replacement costs), I was still far worse off afterwards. Wayne's group helped take care of additional loss of work and negotiated a reasonable settlement. Since we were just coming out of Covid restrictions, these things went slowly, perhaps in part because the other driver was out-of-state, but Wayne & his team remained dedicated to seeing it through, and we received a better settlement than I had expected.

Mr. Mays is by far the best lawyer around. We can't thank him enough for everything he has done for our family. My son was fighting for joint custody of his newborn daughter, and Mr. Mays exceeded everything we thought was possible. He was with us every step of the way, and was always very prepared and professional in and out of the court room. This review is a little overdue, but given our busy lives, I need to write it now respectfully.
Christopher Hemmel is extraordinary! I cannot say enough great things about him. I was/am (and will only be) a first-time DUI offender. I do not live in PA, and he handled my case without me having to spend money to travel back there. He quickly got my case lessened to the ARD program and less probation, and it will be stricken from my record once it is completed in a few months.
My only sadness is that we never got to meet in person. If you want a standup person who is kind and very efficient, Call Chris Hemmel.

Family member ended up not going to court, and Rebecca negotiated a fair deal between the spouses. It was a difficult situation between a couple in their 70’s. I was absolutely terrified and blindsided when I received notice that, after the welfare department waived renewal requirements for Medicaid and SNAP benefits in 2020, due to the pandemic- I was being charged with welfare fraud (having not appropriately updated them in writing with my salary change).
I received a form letter about a month later, advertising Attorney Lehman’s experience. Having no idea where else to turn, I called her office. I was fairly skeptical, but after speaking with her, I hired her, based on her calm, matter-of-fact demeanor, and reassurance that she could handle this case.
Although I remained anxious- as we only communicated over the phone and through email a couple times before the preliminary hearing- she more than deserves a 5-star rating.
The result was that I needed to repay the overpayment that welfare had given me, which is completely understandable. But when I’d first been notified of the criminal charges, and offered to repay whatever I wasn’t entitled to, the investigator stated that this wasn’t an option.
It had seemed like a misunderstanding, that occurred during a worldwide emergency, would mean a permanent criminal record, and possibly prison. Attorney Lehman was able to negotiate a dismissal of charges altogether- which I doubt would have happened otherwise. She provided not only legal expertise, but the reassurance and competence throughout this ordeal that was invaluable.

January 4th to February 5th is how long my boyfriend was in jail. One month, that's it! I was looking at 90 days in jail with 5 years of parole. Ed got me 72 hours in jail and 6 months parole. He may be more expensive up front, but he saved me hundreds of dollar on the back end. His fees were less than what I would paid in fines and court costs. Not to mention, he allowed me to get over this hump quickly and get my life back on track.

Mr. David Mckenzie is the person you want on your side when you are in a bad situation. I consulted him when i was going thru a lot of stress regarding my case. Can’t recommend Jason enough! I was in a terrible living situation, when everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. I ended up being charged with several erroneous charges, including a serious felony charge. We had a jury trial scheduled for next week, and at the last minute Jason convinced them to drop all the charges. Throughout the process he was focused, calm, and helpful. I hope to never be in a situation like this again, but if I am, I know who I’ll be calling!

It's hard to put into words on how professional and hard working Hope is. My case was extremely complex and one of kind in many ways.
