I had an outstanding warrant from a while back on a misdemeanor charge. I now live in Florida so I needed to hire an attorney that could facilitate the release of the warrant as well as see if there was a solution to this whole nightmare. I started to search and came across Ryan McAllister. I reached out via email to several attorneys at that time and honestly Ryan was the only one who responded that he was willing to help me out. I didn't act on matters immediately because I was saving up to pay Ryan as well as any court associated costs. Once I did have enough to move forward I again contacted Ryan and provided the information that he needed to proceed. Ryan took time to research and find out what was going on. It turned out the warrant was no longer in effect as of March 2019. Ryan was able to get all this information very quickly and delivered the excellent news. in all this I still had not given Ryan a dime. I then asked Ryan what is the charge for his assistance in this situation and to my absolute shock was told there would be no charge. Ryan was just happy to be able to give me the great news. If you need someone on your side who is a go getter. Ryan is your guy. I hope to never need his services again but should the unfortunate need arise, He'd be my only call .

I began working with Ryan and the group (Susan) back in December when I filed for Divorce. To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect going in... there was a lot I didn’t understand and truly never expected to be in this position let alone being the one to file. Ryan met with me and I was instantly at ease in a way that I was no longer in this alone. He was detailed, honest, didn’t push or want anything more than what I wanted. Unfortunately, as time passed things did become complicated and a little frustrating... but both he and Susan handled everything with professionalism and grace. I contacted attorney Sebald in March of 2021 regarding a series charge/crime. The consultation was very informative, thorough and laid out up front. To cost, the process, possible outcomes, what I need to do, etc. He was very honest and upfront and showed not only he cared about my case, the outcome but about me and my life. In July my bail was $100,000. Thanks to his expertise he got the bail dropped which allowed me to be free. He worked tirelessly and relentlessly on my case for over a year. He was there to answer any question or hear any concerns. I originally had 28 charges and he got them down to 11. Thanks to his dedication, hard work and experience, rather then doing several years in state prison, I got probation, which I was originally told wasn't an option, and gps ankle monitor. I highly recommend and encourage attorney Sebald for your legal matters.

Had gotten a DUI at the end of junior year. Was having many concerns because I had gotten an internship across the country in a state were I needed to drive to work every day. He was able to push my court dates back until senior year, so I would be able to have my license for my first internship. This gave me peace of mind! And my internship never found out about my DUI.
Come senior year, he was able to get me ARD and my license was only suspended in PA for less then 6 months when it was supposed to be more. Considering all the substances (CLASS I included) in my body at the time arrested, this was great news.
Ronald Saupe then took care of my expungement process. I graduated from college and considering I travel for work a lot, Ronald Saupe has been very patient with me and how long I take to respond sometimes. He said he mailed me my expungement papers (at my mother’s address) but they were returned to him. I did see that email the same day and gave him a new address (and offered if he can scan them and email them to me), and I still never received them. I will contact him today again via email and ask for them again. This is the last important thing I need so I can forget about this incident.
This was all done for a reasonable price too!

Having no experience with the criminal justice system and being in our mid 60's we asked our Farming organization for a referral and hired an attorney in Harrisburg who did not communicate with us and did not know the law and certainly did not know the Centre County justice system. After being fed up we looked at reviews and Tim's stood out. We asked for a consultation and in minutes Tim understood the issue and formulated a strategy. Tim spent an entire hour with us and would not charge us. However, Tim did not take our case because we were in the process past the preliminary hearing stage. I wish we would have found Tim from the beginning. He offered great advise that our attorney would not take and he offered to talk to our attorney if he would call him for advise on the Centre County personalities. Hire Tim, he knows the system, has great strategies, returns calls and explains everything. We wish we would have known what to look for in an attorney but we were scared so we took a bad recommendation. Now my husband will be pleading guilty for raising animals in the wettest year on record in a natural way that face book people found offensive and we simply can't afford to go on with this criminal justice process that is anything but just and is unbelievably expensive and has put us under incredible stress, worry and fear that has harmed our health and well being.

Went to meet this man after firing my first lawyer because he wanted to settle before reviewing the case and got to consult with Shaka the first day meeting him was greeted and hugged. The next day after hiring him was told to come into the office to sit down with staff and to prep my defense. He moved faster than any other defense attorney I know and he showed up to court ready to defend me. He kept it real about the odds of certain charges and helped me put together mitigation he did not let the prosecutors bully me into taking a deal and gave me my life back. He fought a crazy fight with me and did not give up on me instead he fought even harder when he thought that the prosecutor was being unfair and got me a fair outcome. I highly recommend this man who I call a BROTHER after defending me aggressively to make sure I was given a second chance at life. Bernie represented my son in a case 7 years ago that had a satisfactory conclusion. With the decision of the courts it lead him to the sobriety he enjoys now. Recently he was attempting to rent an apartment in another state and he was turned down because records showed he had a felony. This was incorrect so we contacted Bernie for advice. I contacted Mr Qaqish after I received a traffic ticket. I was looking at getting four points on my license for my first offense. Andy's legal advice, representation, time, dedication and results are the only positive to come out of my criminal matter.
