Went to apply for my LTCF and was denied and didn’t know why, contacted Giaramita law offices and they found out I had an outstanding warrant from 11 years prior that was never served that I didn’t know about. They walked me through everything I needed to do, got the warrant lifted and appealed the denial, by the next month I had my reversal letter and walked out with my LTCF. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and all thanks to this firm for all the help! Great people, would highly recommend to anyone going through the same issue of LTCF denials!

After 17 years, he got my gun rights restored! Though not an overnight process it was quick and painless. He looks at every detail of your case and was so prepared that there was no question that the rights should be restored. I had paid a different lawyer years ago who took my money just to tell me it’s not possible. I wish I would have found Attorney Giaramita years ago!

I met Michael at a seminar he conducted for US LawShield for Morr Gun Shop, I was impressed with with not only the presentation but with Michael. He took the time to speak with me afterward, answered all my questions, so I joined. Over the years, if I had questions, I called his office or e-mail him and he would respond either by phone or e-mail and help me out. I had applied for suppressor and it was denied due to previous legal that was supposed to have expunged. I already had a suppressor, multiple concealed permits all after the previous expungement all over a span of 40 yrs. I appealed the denial and was again was denied. I was at a lose as to what to do. I spoke with Morr's, asked whether LawShield could help me out. They me to call Michael and ask his advise. they were spot on. He not listened to my problem but agreed to look into it. It seemed like only a week and he got back to me. Not only did he agree to help me, but he gave a discount because I am a LawShield member. He kept in touch with me periodically to let me know what was happening. turns the county in which I reside said I had a record. When fied suit for them to produce the record, after 1 year they admitted that no record existed. Mike stuck with all the hassles, saw it through at no additional cost. My class 3 dealer, Morr's Gun shop said it was both the longest application approval and the shortest. From the time I initially applied--3/22, until I finally got it approved--8/24, when I completed ATF account and filed it, it took less than 48hrs. all I can say is I owe it all to Michael and his relentless attitude. I tell everyone about him and LawShield ,he's the best!!

I retained Mr Walker for a case that my son was involved in recently and was initially nervous based on the fact that we did not have any experience dealing with the legal system and the process seemed long, drawn out and uncertain.
But during the entire process, Mr Walker was calm and consistent while walking us through the process. As we got closer to the end of the case, Mr Walker’s strategy became more apparent which decreased our stress level and led to my son’s charges being dismissed.

Let me start off by saying this, Mr Walker is a life saver.
I'm 34 years old and have never been in any sort of legal trouble until April of this year. I spoke with several attorneys prior to speaking to Mr Walker and decided to rock with him because the consultation seemed more genuine.

I was arrested and jailed by New Hope PD for driving under the influence of drugs. I had consumed no alcohol or drugs and there was no evidence of such. Compulsory blood and toxicology tests eventually would prove my innocence. Not only did Mr. Klein believe my version but he got all charges dismissed including bogus traffic violations used to establish probable cause for the initial stop. When other lawyers wanted $5,000 retainers Ellis charged a very reasonable fee for what he did. Thank you Ellis.

If you are dealing with a family matter, I highly recommend working with Tina Corr.
Pricing: Tina Corr was fair and consistent with pricing. Her contract was straightforward and easy to read. Prices are reasonable and billing was explicitly spelled out ahead of time so no surprises.
Personality: Tina Corr was wonderful to talk to. She gave me the truth even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. She read everything I sent (and I mean read, not just received) and she responded mindfully to all of my concerns.
Efficiency: Tina Corr was responsive (almost always within 24 hours via phone or email!) and efficient with paperwork. Everything was filed correctly on time if not early. I never felt like my lawyer left me hanging.
Flexibility: Tina Corr was able to respond specifically to the unique needs and requests I had for my case. I think family cases can be nuanced and mine was no different. Tina Corr was able curate the work on her end to suit my specific circumstance. I attribute this to the fact that she's a good listener and perceptive; qualities that can be difficult to find in a lawyer.

If you don't mind chasing after people then they might work for you. But they think it's normal to emphasize that they're going to call you right back right now even though they (apparently) have no intention of calling you back that day.
After I followed up at the end of the day with the person who was supposed to call me he said he didn't have my contact info and (apparently) had no idea who I was. So it sounds like he was never informed about me to begin with, so I would have never heard back.
They tried to apologize and tell me I should still talk to them. At first I didn't want to but I decided to give them a second chance just to see how their legal advice sounded. That was two days ago, they just ignored and ghosted me.
That's not the kind of respect most people are looking for from an expensive professional. There are a lot of highly rated lawyers in Philadelphia, you don't need a primadonna.

Brian was the consummate professional, extremely communicative and accessible. Brian found the very best options and walked us through our choices and help us to arrive at the best choice for our situation. Brian was well versed in all letters of the law and has positive professional relationships with everyone throughout the legal process to also help streamline getting to our goal. Brian was very personable and had a good energy that showed a great deal of compassion. Those personal touches are often missed in these type of exchanges but Brian was extremely thorough and dotted every "i" and crossed every "t"! We felt confident in Brian and when dealing with the stress and confusion of any legal matter, having a legal soldier on your team is definitely a relief and a benefit. I fully recommend Brian as an attorney you can trust with your life or the life of your loved one. Prices were fair and customary based on what other attorneys charge for the same predicament.
Legal fees/attorneys are expensive, freedom isn't really free but I felt like it was money well spent, that's important too, especially in these inflated and difficult economic times. Brian ticked all the right boxes! We are extremely GRATEFUL for all of his service and support
I think he should run for Governor or something political and he'd have our vote!
Additionally, but maybe less important, he was the best dressed lawyer in court, great style and a great added representation for us and our case. It was a comfort that his self representation was a measurement of how he'd represent us.
It was important for us to leave an honest and forthright review because if you have an issue, you're going to need Brian. He's one of the good guys!

Attorney Carrucoli, is an amazing and phenomenal attorney! He was understanding of the concerns and struggles of single parents who are unemployed going through a legal crisis.
