My husband was caught with distributing drugs and was facing a mandatory of 24 months in jail. We have two little girls and I automatically assumed my life would turn upside down. Unfortunately I have had to deal with a few lawyers over the years. I found Dan to be one of the best. His manner put me at ease. He answered my questions clearly and succinctly. When asked he clearly communicated what options I had and possible consequences to consider. His advice was priceless.
There are many lawyers out there but you would struggle to find one better.

This was the second time I hired him for a dui. The first time I hired him I was charged with my 3rd dui n driving while suspended. He got it dropped down to general impairment and 4 months time served Instead of 1-5. So when I got pulled over for an alleged dui which would of been my 3rd dui I reached out to him again. I went to see him and we went over the affidavit and he was confident with the case so hired him again and went to turn myself in. (I had a warrant for violation of probation for new arrest) long story short he got all charges dismissed at my preliminary which also meant I wasn't in violation of probation. Both times I used him I couldn't of I couldn't of asked for a better outcome. He's very good at what he does and I would definitely recommend him for anything driving related. Thanks again Michael!!

I’ve been using Mike as my lawyer for years now and every time I need him, he’s always there for me. This most recent time, I got pulled over for driving with an expired license. He arrived on time at the courthouse and got my charge pleaded down . He knows all of the local judges which definitely helps. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else Mike is the best bar none!!!! Attorney Gurwitz is focused, knowledgeable, professional and driven. If you are uncertain about a criminal matter and your freedom is on the line, I highly recommend Attorney Jacob Gurwitz! I was looking at 3+ years in prison for a crime I did not commit where a police chief in Brecknock Township, Berks County, PA was put against me by my neighbors. It was definitely a case where Eric Grunzig, police chief brecknock township, was very egotistical, assuming his accusations would hold fast to a jury and that it was the only piece of evidence he needed to win. Attorney Gurwitz put him in his place at my trial on October 23rd 2024. A jury of my peers found me NOT GUILTY. I originally had a public defender but thought it best to hire an attorney. I could have hired any other attorney but I am so very happy that I hired Jacob Gurwitz. If you are facing a criminal charge that you need help with, ask yourself. How much is my freedom worth? My son was arrested for a gun violation which carried a long sentence. My family have been harassed by one neighbor who spreads around his money and clout and targeted my son. The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. I received two citations on my CDL, I called MR. Zatko’s office and the receptionist was super nice and explained what I needed to do since the officer didn’t explain anything to me.
My court date was 11/10 and MR. Zatko called me personally and fully explained everything to me and got my speeding reduce. I will definitely use Mr. Zatko again hopefully I won’t have to.

I called the number expecting to speak to a paralegal or a Receptionist to set up a consult. Instead I spoke directly to Matt. We went pretty much right into a consult. He listened to me, reviewed what I told him and offered extremely helpful advice. Unfortunately, Matt can not handle the complexities of my case(mostly family law), but he did suggest some other attorneys and gave me some great advice.
I reached out to Matt a few days later to ask if he could send me some documents I had a hard time finding online. Matt promptly responded back and emailed the documents over to me.
I really appreciated how personal he was. He seemed very straightforward and honest. I would have loved to have him handle my case, but I understand the reasons he couldn't.
I will definitely use Matt in the future(God forbid I need him)

Working with this lawyer was a refreshing experience. I recently found out that years ago I had been frivolously sued in small claims court by someone who made a meritless claim. Mr. Kenny was nothing short of AMAZING! I was worried I would do jailtime because the victim had strong evidence against me but he ensured me that I'd be ok. He's truly a magician and great at what he do and he don't cost an arm and a leg!!! 3 years ago at the age of 22 I received my first (and only) DUI. I couldn't sleep at night thinking about my insurance rate doubling, not being able to get a conceal carry permit in the future, costs, etc. Attorney Marr was able to miraculously get the prosecution to drop the charges & I received no license suspension so my insurance never went up, truly nothing short of a miracle! I had another court case in a different county and she was able to have the county extend my ARD and that charge will be expunged !

I recently went through a devastating period in my life where I was charged with 2 felony charges and a misdemeanor related to my business. Attorney Miller assisted me and my family with a Landlord//Tenant dispute and resolved our issue. Upon my first consultation with him, he listened to my case/grievance and jumped right in to help me. I highly recommend calling Attorney Eric J. Mikovch should you find yourself in a situation where you need a defense attorney. I initially called his secretary for an appointment, and he called me back in under 30 minutes and asked me questions to obtain all the information he needed. A lifesaver may seem to be a strong word, but it is not when you are facing a felony record for life any potential jailtime. When facing a serious case which could have resulted in a felony record, out of talking to at least 10 lawyers, Mr. Masorti stood out the most. His intelligence, grace, and dedication will protect you all the time at any time. He will do work without ever giving you tension, with you not even realizing the work he is putting into the case. Out of multiple charges that would have made me a felon, Mr. Masorti was able to get everything downgraded to one single misdemeanor charge, that after one year of the ARD program (pre-trial invertion, probation) that only required a court check in online once a month, would get expunged. I reached out to Renee to get a second opinion on the expungement for my DUI. I'm in the ARD program and she is helping to expedite the expungement process. The attorney that represented me during my DUI trial said there was nothing else I could do to get the DUI off of my record early. Renee is looking at different angles and moving forward with helping to resolve this matter. I also received two summary charges that do not look good on my record for future job opportunities.
