Debra Mehaffie and her law farm is very unstable. Two attorneys quit in a matter of one month. There is no professionalism and Debra talks over you. There is no accountability. Do not hire this law firm to represent you in any matter. She is also money hungry and the billing department is not correct when sending statements. If I could recommend a 0 it would be negative 0. The treatment and tone of emails from this law firm and Debra Mehaffie herself is disrespectful in so many ways.

Whenever I’m in need of a Lawyer I know that Mike Carland always has my back. If he tells you he knows what to do, you can trust him and not have to worry about anything except what is agreed on in the court room. As long as you follow his direction you will be very satisfied with his help. He gets to know you personally and cares about each individual he helps. He deserves more than a 5-Star rating if there was an option, I will never look for legal representation elsewhere.

Did absolutely nothing to help me with my DUI. In court just stood there and let the judge give me my sentence. Only did ARD paperwork and collected a check. I hired Mark 22 months ago. I asked him from day one to not take my case of it was not a valid case. He assured me that Is was. He dragged it along for 22 months assuring me that I should proceed. For the past three months I was unable to receive a call back from my attorney or his girlfriend/secretary. I was told by someone on the office that he was busy with bigger cases. I received an impersonal email this week stating that they were dropping my case. He takes advantage of clients when they are most vulnerable. Please do not use this lawyer.

He went out of his way to ease our minds, this was a very hard time for our family and he would email, call or text me evenings, weekends it did not matter to him.. I was injured and will have long term problems from my injuries. I received a recommendation to see Hillary and Mark Strauss. Until then I was depressed and felt no one cared enough to help or would take the time to listen to my problems and thoroughly assess the situation. I've worked with Monica on a number of cases over the years, and I can say with absolute certainty that she is one of the best immigration attorney in the Philadelphia area. During the initial consultation, she lays out your case step by step and in great detail. She lets you know your chances of approval and/ or denial, and the reasons why. She tells you what to expect during the process. She doesn't give you a false sense of hope and she definitely doesn't tell you what you want to hear. She tells you the truth and not some sugar coated version of the truth. She also doesn't make you feel helpless. She lets you know that your cooperation is required for the case to have a successful outcome. I've never met an attorney so thorough and efficient. She responded to all of my inquiries in a timely fashion (even after getting paid). Some lawyers pawn you off to the paralegal after they paid. That definitely was not the case with Monica. If you want someone who will diligently represent you, Monica is the lawyer for you.

Ms. Singh is an excellent immigration attorney. I needed an immigration attorney to advise me on hiring a foreign national at my organization. After speaking and working with Ms. Singh, I find that Ms. Singh is well versed in her field. (and that's an understatement). When working with her, she's not one of those attorneys who will tell what you want to hear, rather she lets you know the risks involved when filing any case and your chances of approval and/or denial. She lets you know up front what documents you will need and the time frame. She didn't make the process sound rosy and easy (like some other attorneys) and always kept you abreast of your case status. If she wasn't too sure about something, she would let me know that she would have to do some research and let me know. Some lawyers sometimes are afraid to tell you they're not sure of something. As a matter of fact, upon meeting her, she let me know that she will always respond to any email or phone call within 24 hours and she honored it. I was always able to get in contact with her. She sometimes contacted me on the weekends, which is way above and beyond what I was expecting from any lawyer. My cases were handled timely and efficiently. With all the immigration hoopla going on these days, it's hard to find an immigration attorney not trying to take advantage of you. I recommend Ms. Singh to all my business associates and family members.

I highly recommend Anthony Bittner. He helped my father with a school bus violation ticket and demonstrated absolute knowledge of the law and an excellent ability to explain the process and possible outcomes to my Dad with patience and confidence. He had a plan A, a Plan B and even a Plan C and was fully prepared for Court. Anthony got an amazing result with Plan A. Mr Bittner took my case driving without a license DUI suspension which is a mandatory 90 days in jail, got it dropped to a failure to present a license no jail time and no further suspension time. The man could of strung me along and got more money out of me, and he let me know from the beginning that more fees could be possible yet he is trying to get it resolved without that, and he did... Mr Bittner handles his business I'm telling you!

Caroline and her team represented me for a DUI I was charged with back in 2021 where the state trooper lied about everything from why he charged me with a DUI, because I was not intoxicated, to the reason why he even pulled me over to begin with which was unlawful. Caroline, Mary, Donna, and everyone who was on my case actually listened to me, believed me that I was telling the truth and proved it with video and by catching the trooper on the stand lying. This past over three years have been probably the toughest of my life, because of this stopping me from moving to Phoenix, and the care and compassion that Caroline showed toward me and what was right is incomparable and priceless to what I've seen from any other attorney that I've worked with. I retained Jill’s services in 2016 after my ex forced my son and I out of the house. Jill has been fighting for my son and I ever since. During the divorce Jill was able to find pin holes in the documents from opposing counsel that could have been detrimental to my future and finances. Her articulation is supreme in and out of the courtroom. When it came to custody court, Jill was diligent in ensuring we had all the documentation we needed, and walked me through the process with such patience. During the actual hearing, I was blown away with her performance! Kind and compassionate where need be, but also tenacious and dare I say tactfully ruthless when fighting for me. Mr FOGLE recently did my husbands and my will and living will. We had considered legal zoom, but other cheaper legal websites didn't protect us as litigiously and thoroughly with other states and likely wouldn't have held up in court. His hourly charges on my bill was a little more than doing it via the internet myself, but for the hours and time he put into our wills and the pages upon pages covering all our assets and last wishes were above and beyond any other lawyer in the region. He's also helped us with family members who needed criminal counsel in court and won every case including my divorce iwhich included a PFA, child support and the full custody I sought and won thanks to him when he represented me with in court (and won my cases), before doing our wills once we were eventually married were worth it. His cost for the hours he spent on the phone 24/7/365, in person meeting us in the office, as well as coming to our home with just a few hours notice to him and the hours he spent prepping before and in court were above and beyond our expectations! I would recommend him to any and all family and friends without hesitation for both my civil needs and family criminal cases rendered were worth every penny. He saved my life and worked with me on payment! He's the best lawyer and not your typical uncaring, money digging lawyer most lawyers typically are these days!!! He reminded me of the rainmaker! I cannot say enough about Steve, he is by far the best attorney I have ever met. We hear a lot about attorneys, mostly negative, but I have never heard a bad comment from anyone about Steve. My personal experiences with Steve have been nothing but good. If you are looking for the best deal, and you know you're guilty Steve will get you the best deal possible. If you feel you did not commit your crime and you are being falsely accused, Steve will represent you in the best possible way. I was facing a DUI at one point, and after reviewing the evidence, we were discussing a plea deal. Steve suddenly said "screw that, we're taking this to trial." We went to trial, and I walked out of the courtroom, having been found "not guilty". I can't say enough good things about Steve, he has been representing me for decades. It's unfortunate that I have continued to get in trouble with the law for that long, but it's always nice to know that Steve is on my side.

I hired V Erik Petersen after being pulled over for driving on a DUI suspended license with out-of-date inspection and emissions. Erik never promised me anything more than being there to help me navigate the courts in order to get the best possible outcome, and he more than fulfilled that. He was always available to discuss anything, including potential punishment options, throughout the entire proceedings (which could have been up to 60 days in jail) and always pointed us towards my goal of no jail time. Erik assisted me in working with the arresting officer and the presiding judge in the prolonged 1.5 year case, going well beyond what his flat fee covered. Ultimately he was able to help me settle the requirements of the court and get all charges dropped. Though I never hope to use his services again, I absolutely would if needed. I would also recommend his services to anyone in need.

Mr Petersen may of been a good lawyer in the past, but seems like those days are long gone. Hired him for a civil case and got a very poor effort. Basically just goes through the motions to burn up the retainer and got nothing accomplished. The experience with Mr.Petersen is not much different than being robbed on a street corner.. Don’t waste your time or money.

Mike was referred by another law firm that just didn't want anything to do with my case. In a county that is notorious for creating criminals out of everyday people, Mike was able to take the sting out of their bite. He has the ability to 'dumb the law' down to the level that we normal people can understand it. Never in my life would I have ever considered being a scumbag attorney, but I would consider being the kind of attorney or person that Mike Reed is. He wont win every case in this county, its not his fault, this is a very biased county, but he will try, and he will have success. I am truly grateful to the years of work that Mike has, and on occasion, still gives towards helping me deal with the revolving door that some call Justice. Sometimes life isn't fair, and the law certainly isn't, but when you're frustrated with your case and your mind starts to spiral, Mike will reel you in and get you to focus on what good can come out of your fight. years ago. I was in an ugly divorce that had taken more then 3 years when I was rescued from the situation by Michael. I had to fire the first attorney for lack of everything and he showed me how to get the settlement that I needed to get the divorce settled. Since then he has helped my son , my sister in law, and my brother in law. In the last 40 years, I have hired several lawyers for different cases I have had, from simple traffic ticket, tenant-landlord issues, to divorce, and recently a civil law suit against PA State Trooper Police (for beating me up to bloody face, only for not showing ID, and that is when I was sitting in my car off the road in a private property, and was talking on my cell phone).
I found Mike Reed to be very knowledgeable and good in effective handling of witnesses in trial. In one-to-one contact/relationship, he clearly explained and educated me in every step of the process. He even, advised me in some of my other personal matters that had no relations with the case that I had hired him for (without any charge, simply, like a good and caring friend). In integrity, trustworthy, and personal belief of human valves, I found him an advanced person.
These words come from a man with advanced education, has his own engineering business, and has dad several poor experiences with some other lawyers. A man who Particularly, found most divorce lawyers to fuel the fire and prolong the case, so they can milk a lots of extra money from their clients, the two losers who want to legally end their sad relationship (I wanted to give my divorce case to him, but he was not comfortable taking the case from another lawyer in the middle of process). Also, I happen later to meet a lady who had Mike as her lawyer in the past. She said, "oh, Mike is your lawyer, he is a very good lawyer and can make friendship and honest relationship with his clients"

David Lewis did an excellent job preparing for and representing me in my ongoing divorce and custody proceedings. I appreciate his ability to focus on the important aspects of the case as well as his straight-forward approach to weeding out the emotional conflict that, in legal regard, has little to no bearing on my case.
David's approach to my case has been pragmatic. He is reasonable and direct and, more importantly, he has great instincts during proceedings. He knows when to press an issue, summarize an issue, and when to let something go.

Hands down the best lawyer to have on your side. David is straight to the point and informative, so all billed time in my case was progress being made. He also speaks with a confidence that is unlike any other in my experience. So, for problems that weigh so heavily they seem unbearable... please read my story about how this man can do more than just the job you need him to do.
One day I caught my spouse cheating, so I left her. Immediately afterwards, rather than coming to an agreement, I find myself fighting for my right to see my children. I couldn't eat or sleep. I took a couple days off work and scheduled six consultations to find a lawyer to handle my case. After four consultations I had a rough understanding of the situation and the action that needed to be taken. Then, I consulted with David. He had an immediate answer for every question I asked, and he never once turned to a book or computer for assistance finding information. He knew the court system like it was the back of his hand. Upon leaving his office I canceled the remaining consultation and informed the previous lawyers I had decided on an attorney. I paid his retainer to begin taking action and felt such relief that for the first time in three days I was able to eat a meal. Not only did David have the information, he gave it with a strong and resonating confidence. That confidence helped me rest at ease, because every time I presented him with a problem or new obstacle with my case I would leave his office knowing that everything that could be done, was being done. And, if something was uncertain or had low chance of happening he would clearly state exactly that. There was never any false hope, just straight-forward information. Several times there were challenges brought on by my spouse to deny me of my children even going as far as to file a PFA based on a story she had fabricated. I gave David all the information I had and he quickly spotted the flaws with her PFA. The PFA restricting me from raising my children was undone after ONE WEEK.
I continued to work with David for my child custody and divorce.
I now live happily with my children and owe it to him that I did not miss out on years of their life.

I’m not sure about any of the other lawyers but do not go to Crystal A Yautz. She literally charged me 2,000$ and didn’t do the one thing I asked her to do which was to get text messages that says that I threatened somebody. She literally took the easiest way out possible! She has zero litigation skills at all!!! I will now hire a new lawyer and keep you guys posted on the out come. This lady once again is a terrible lawyer!!
