I’m not sure about any of the other lawyers but do not go to Crystal A Yautz. She literally charged me 2,000$ and didn’t do the one thing I asked her to do which was to get text messages that says that I threatened somebody. She literally took the easiest way out possible! She has zero litigation skills at all!!! I will now hire a new lawyer and keep you guys posted on the out come. This lady once again is a terrible lawyer!!

I think most people review most attorneys after their case is over and they’ve gotten the outcome they wanted but in my case I’m writing post preliminary hearing where Michael didn’t get his normal outcome of throwing this case out as it is in Delco. What I will say that Mr Diamondstein has been relentless in my defense and has gone above and beyond. He keeps his distance and he has his moments like anyone else but don’t let him fool you he cares and he has compassion, just the right amount , but make no mistake he’s a killer and he shows up for you every single time. He doesn’t bitvh about fees and money he goes to work and he knows the law and he has gone the extra mile for me, and even if the desired outcome isn’t perfect I’d recommend MJD to anyone up against it . He’s one of a kind , he won’t hold your hand and he tells you that but he gives you what you need to suit up and be positive. You’re a good man MJD, I won’t tell anyone …TJM

It has taken me a few years to write this review. One of the previous reviewers said that Gregg Cotler is the attorney of last resort-well maybe that is true but if you can help it, why wait. I hope people read this review and realize how critical it is to engage the right attorney. Gregg Cotler deserves the highest attorney rating and anyone who is going through even half of what my family experienced, should, without question, retain Mr. Cotler. One or two word platitudes regarding Mr. Cotler simply won't suffice. Mr. Cotler represented my company and my family at a time when everything seemed lost and we were literally running out of any hope. For many years, we ran a small family company. We paid our employees quite well, we treated them as family members, and never in our wildest dreams would we ever have suspected that one of those employees would be responsible for stealing more than a half a million dollars from us and was ultimately responsible for destroying our entire business. We were alerted to the theft by our credit card company but it was Mr. Cotler who figured out what really was going on inside our company. Once he deciphered and disentangled the criminal scheme, he walked our family through the criminal investigation, taking us to the best group of detectives in our county. Then he counseled us through the criminal trial, penalty stage and restitution agreement. He met with the defense counsel, the detectives, and with the judge and, he developed an amazing criminal and civil litigation strategy. On the civil side, he negotiated a settlement with our insurance company and filed suit against the employee for damages. His litigation skills were so sharp that he basically forced the defendant to choose settlement which included the sale of her personal home. His overall strategy and plan for helping my family was nothing short of miraculous. Where most attorneys would have only been peripherally involved in the criminal case, Mr. Cotler orchestrated the best possible resolution for our family. It is my understanding that in most cases involving embezzlement by an employee, that employee either receives a jail sentence and then probation or just probation. Although restitution may be ordered in many cases, the enforcement of those payments is almost non-existent. In our case, the former employee actually received 21 years house arrest which was primarily based upon the monthly calculation to repay our family. It was such an original and novel plan that it instantly received national attention and we were contacted by both the television and newspaper press. I have read some of the reviews previously written about Mr. Cotler and I hope that I can add some helpful and significant information. If you are looking for an attorney who can review and write contracts or negotiate business deals, you certainly can hire Mr. Cotler. However, you probably could find a fair number of attorneys in your community who could handle general business matters for less money. Mr. Cotler is fair minded when it comes to hourly billing but he is not the least expensive attorney around. No, the most important thing that I could say about Mr. Cotler is the fact that he is one of a kind and if you are looking for an attorney to help solve complex and serious problems, he gets my highest recommendation. He has that very rare quality of being a great listener combined with the highest level critical thinker and possesses a unique analytical mind, the empathy of a saint and has a seemingly endless energy reserve. He is an incredible litigator and he can out-work a team of big firm lawyers. If you can afford his services by all means hire him before the other side does.

John Masselli received $7,200 for representing me. He then sent me a bill for $426.00 stating I owe him for a ride to Wilkes-Barre. He never told me he was charging me. Some attorney's are extremely greedy. Becareful who represents you.

Judicial Ethics Alert It’s important to know that Magisterial District Judges in Pennsylvania are prohibited from practicing law while serving on the bench. This rule ensures that judges remain impartial and fully dedicated to their judicial duties. Here are some of the key guidelines: 1. Pennsylvania Code of Judicial Conduct Canon 3: Judges must avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety in all of their activities. Canon 4 and Rule 4.1(A)(8): Judges are not permitted to practice law. This applies to all judicial officers, including Magisterial District Judges. Practicing law while holding a judicial office would present a direct conflict of interest and compromise judicial impartiality. 2. Pennsylvania Rules of Judicial Administration Rule 15-206 (Magisterial District Judges): This rule specifically restricts Magisterial District Judges from practicing law or having any employment that could conflict with their judicial duties. This rule is designed to ensure that judicial officers dedicate their time and efforts solely to their judicial responsibilities. 3. Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board (JCB) Enforcement The JCB enforces compliance with judicial ethics and can investigate complaints about judges who violate these rules. If a Magisterial District Judge were found practicing law, they would be subject to disciplinary action, which could include suspension, fines, or removal from office. 4. State Constitution and Statutory Law Under Article V, Section 17 of the Pennsylvania Constitution, judges, including Magisterial District Judges, are restricted from holding other offices or positions that could interfere with their judicial duties. 42 Pa.C.S. § 3304: Prohibits judges from engaging in the practice of law or from conducting activities that could lead to conflicts with judicial duties. In summary, Pennsylvania law is explicit that magistrates or Magisterial District Judges cannot practice law concurrently with their judicial duties. If there is evidence of a magistrate engaging in both roles, it could be grounds for filing a complaint with the Judicial Conduct Board of Pennsylvania, leading to potential disciplinary measures.

I was referred to Mrs. Kelly by an attorney that felt she would be the best at representing me throughout my divorce. I am not a very wealthy individual to say the least. I am pretty much your typical middle class worker struggling to get by. Mrs Kelly was very understanding and very "real". John Foster is a real professional. I run a firm that buys houses from people who need to sell off-market, and one of the reasons is people in some kind of financial trouble, pending foreclosure, etc. John helps us serve these people well and has really impressed us with his responsiveness, competence and character. All of this and he is incredibly reasonable with his billing. If you need someone to help you navigate difficult circumstances, I strongly recommend John.

Unfortunately, I don’t have many positive things to say. John worked with me financially, however he was very uncommunicative, unresponsive, often going weeks without acknowledging that I sent him a text, email or phone call. My boyfriend also hired him and is experiencing the same issue. If you have an immediate issue, he is not the lawyer for you.

Some of the Attorneys in this law firm are con artists. Trying hard to make my friends give up their property to their client’s that has no legal right. I have never ever seen unprofessional attorneys in my life. I don’t know how many clients they have conned. They shouldn’t be allowed to practice in the US, they are rogue attorneys. I have been privileged enough to read the communications between them and my friends and I couldn’t believe my eyes. How do people like this get away with such blatant disregard of the law.

Brian Perry is a top notch lawyer who will get the job done, period. I’ve hired Brian on 2 occasions and each time I’ve come away with a sentence I never would have expected. A combined total from the 2 cases equaled 14 years in prison and over $35,000 in fines. Each situation ended up with a sentence of 1 year of probation, a minimal fine and court costs. I have used her (and have sent everyone I know to her) on more than one occasion throughout the years, and decided to join the other people on this list in saying something about her!!!! Though I haven't always used her for trouble, the first time I did! I remember being on the stand, and SO nervous and scared, I just froze. I looked at her, and I was in such a panic!!!! I will NEVER forget her just looking and me, and she just gave me a big smile, a wink and a nod to go on, and I immediately relaxed and just told my side of what happened. At that moment, I felt like my best friend had my back, and everything was going to be ok!!!! And, miraculously, IT WAS!!!! That was my first experience with her. My next, was my divorce. She absolutely understood the difficulty in it, and though I wasn't really up to the fight, she was!!!! It was almost like a mother lion protecting a cub!!! LOL!!! Though I didn't realize it at the time, I needed just that!!! Thankfully, she realized it though and took care of business!!!! Next, she represented one of the most important people in my life. My 83 year old father, and did it as if he was her own father- and for that, I can never thank her enough! I was so upset and she was just like....a Pitbull (or AGAIN, the mother lion) for no other words!!! She looked out for him EXACTLY the way I would have been in protecting him!!! My father was a Sergeant in the Marine Corp., worked the same job for 50 years, and has been married to my mother for 64 years, and is my absolute hero. When someone hurt him, I brought him to her, and she didn't take that lightly. She has ALWAYS gone to bat not only for me, but my family and my friends as well, no matter how big or small the issue was. I have to say, I am extremely happy and grateful to have her as my attorney!!! It's almost like when you find a good mechanic, MD, or Dentist, and you are loyal and trust them with all your important things. I am lucky enough to say, I can add her to my list of most important "go to," people in my life! I was arrested by police officers who did not understand PA gun law. They tried to ChatOn e with a felony, and having a gun with criminal intent. Never having had to hire a criminal attorney before, I was in shock when I found myself in the position of needing one. And fast. Fortunately, I have an attorney friend to whom I immediately went and asked "what do I do" and "who do I contact?" I met matt two years ago when I was facing most difficult time of my life. Kelly law firm has two of the most caring attorneys of our time. When I walked in there I needed direction I was so confused . Didn't matter when I called matt made time for me with a smile. I know it's not always easy to deal with some one who doesn't understand all the legal know how but it didn't matter matt and Evan explained the same thing to me ten times.
