I cannot in good conscience recommend Attn. Tigue for anyone who needs fast resolution. I retained Stephanie to assist with my divorce and child custody and initially (after my retainer of 2500 was paid) she was responsive. However as time went on it would be days before she returned calls or emails, she did not take initiative and I often had to prompt her to get things done. When the safety of your children and assets are involved this is not acceptable. When I asked her to assist with child support I was required to pay a separate retainer and she was responsive for a day and then went back to ignoring my questions. I have had to show up in court pro se because my own attorney never responded. I asked for an itemized bill at least 15 times and never received one. I chose Stephanie based on a recommendation of a friend and they too are experiencing the same issues. She seems very nice however I truly would never recommend that anyone retains her.

Josh Camson is a wonderful attorney who isn’t afraid of a challenge. I found Josh doing a google search when trying to have my name expunged from the child line registry in PA. I incorrectly and unfairly was indicated as perpetrator in 2007 . I was very young and afraid to fight back because of the fear of losing my son. I thought that if Bucks county children and youth would indicate me when I clearly did nothing wrong after the other person admitted that my son was in their care that they would certainly not hesitate to do so. After calling many attorneys who specialize in this I began to loose hope because they all declined to take my case or did not call back at all. Josh called me personally and spent about a half hour discussing what I was trying to do, and the history involving this incident . I also had a timeline for when this needed to be done by (02/01/2020). Mr. Camson was empathetic , understanding , and confident he could help me and decided to take my case. I am so glad I found Josh on google. He was prompt replying via email, when I had an urgent issue he would call me back immediately. I was very anxious about this whole process and worried I would not have my clearance in time for my deadline. It is with great happiness and gratitude that I express how happy I am with all Mr. Camson did for my family and I. My hearing was yesterday 01/31/2020, he was on time , well prepared as we prepped the day before via phone , but most importantly , Josh helped me WIN MY CASE! I will recommend him to anyone in this predicament . Josh Camson is your best chance at receiving a fair hearing and trial with Child Line in regards to having your name expunged , not only did he fight good cause but he also proved to the court that this case was incorrectly investigated and came to an incorrect conclusion which enabled my name to be removed from the registry effective immediately. I requested my new clearance online last night and was able to view it the same day because of how Josh pushed the importance of this. Thank you SO MUCH, I will eternally be grateful for how you helped my family move forward.

My husband was facing extremely serious charges. We knew that if my husband was convicted of these charges it would devastate our family and change his life forever. He is confident without being arrogant. He is intelligent, but explains the law in a way so his client and others can understand everything. He can truly make people see things from his perspective. Marakay Rogers helped me with a child custody case recently. She was honest and upfront with me about what we would be dealing with and our chances for success, although they were limited. To keep this short and sweet, I wouldn't recommend this women to anyone. She us unresponsive, unprofessional, rude and just plain wrong. I read these other reviews and wonder if relatives wrote them about her. If shes currently your lawyer. GOOD LUCK.

Do not recommend at all, you never talk to your lawyer only the legal assistant. They get you by saying you can get this grand amount of money for you to only get pennies while they get their $6K fee for basically doing nothing. They do not fight for your rights they are only out to get paid.

I would not recommend hiring this guy. He makes a lot of empty promises and says he has a lot of connections but then cannot deliver. He funnels all communication through a third person and you will not be able to get a hold of him. He does not reply to emails and beyond the initial meet and greet where he takes your money you will not hear from him. He did not do a single thing and the case just sat their collecting dust.

I contacted the law office through a google search after I received a letter from Pendot that my driver's license had been canceled because I fraudulently applied for it. After sending a copy of the letter to the office, William Goldman himself and his associate Brian Schuster were on the phone with my wife and I. Immediately, we knew we had made the best choice. They pounced on the case with passion and genuine sense of urgency to have my case resolved and they explained the strategy and the step by step approach to us. We felt very confident with everything. Within 10 days, an emergency hearing was scheduled for a case that would likely take weeks to months to get a hearing date. I thought we were going to have only Brian in court but I was surprised to see both of them. That was power representation! Most of the work was done even before the hearing with the Pendot prosecutor and I felt at peace with what I was seeing. In conclusion, the Judge issued a letter ( supercedeas) to enable me to drive while they work to completely clear the errors that may have led to the false charges. I can't be more grateful to the Goldman law firm. The whole experience was professional, respectful, and very communicative. He was very funny as well which helped a great deal to make us relaxed and assuring. Look no further if you need help, they're a power house with laser focus and that's what you need to face Pendot.

Hired Bernard for a custody case. Ultimately lost custody. Bernard is much more concerned with how he is viewed with judges and peers than he is with the best interest of his client and the child. Not assertive when he needs to be. Money and how he is perceived is much more important than the true well being of a child. Would definitely not recommend!!

I was involved in a Auto accident back in 2018 and I wasn't sure if i needed to hire a lawyer but the injury i sustained to my knee forced me to hire a Lawyer. Bernard was Recommended to me and the experience was amazing. The moment I walked in for my appointment I was made to feel at ease and welcome. Bernard treated me with respect and explained the whole process to me in simple terms and gave me advise on what I needed to do during the proceedings. I was made to feel confident that he knew what he was doing and that he would work tirelessly to get a justified result. He did not disappoint, I knew that the process was going to take a long time and there were long periods time that I didn't here from him and then out of the blue I would get an email or personal call to update me on proceedings which again left me confident that we were going in the right direction and at ease. i felt he that he is the expert here so I would let him do his job and not pester him to try and hurry things along. the case was settled in Dec 2019 and i received a better that expected settlement. I hired Jill on a two occasions and both were criminal. Jill did an amazing job in both cases. The first case I had all of my major charges dropped which would have resulted in jail time. The second case, Jill did another amazing job. I was looking at a few years in a state facility and Jill ended up working with the DA for me and getting me into a treatment program. Jill is a very knowledgeable person and she goes out of her way to please all of her clients. I, in fact chose Jill over a lot of other high profile lawyers because of her track record and from recommendations from other lawyers in the area that are personal friends.

I hired Attorney Galloway to represent me in a criminal matter. I was charged with assault, harassment, and theft. It was a big misunderstanding and when I tried to clear it up, they wouldn’t reason with me. I was going to hire a public defender but I seen Roy recently in action, and decided to hire him. Roy will fight for you, not against you. He won’t sell you out behind you’re back like a lot of attorneys do. Representation really does matter, He was able to get all the charges dropped at the preliminary hearing stage. If I would have went with a public defender my case most likely would have been still open. As soon as Roy got there he talked to the DA and they decided to withdrawal the charges. I appreciate you’re time and help again. In this industry I hope not to have to call you again but if need be I will hire Roy instantly. Thank you again. Don’t wait until it’s too late, if you are in need of legal representation, get this man on you’re side. You won’t regret it!

ARM Lawyers is an excellent law firm that I highly recommend. ARM may be a "small town" firm, but it had no trouble crossing swords with a multi-million dollar public utility in my case. I was very impressed with my attorney Brett Riegel. Neither Mr. Riegel nor I know much about taxes. In the middle of a rather intense settlement session, Mr. Riegel was able to get immediate answers to complex tax questions simply by calling another ARM team member. The tax advice I received saved me from paying an additional several thousand dollars to Uncle Sam. It pays to hire good people. When you hire ARM you don't just get an excellent attorney; you get an outstanding legal team.

Ryan made a lot of promises to me that he could not deliver. For example, he said the case will be wrapped up in 3 months. It didn’t. It took 9 months and with loose ends. He promised he’d call me the next day. He didn’t. Not the next day or the next. He promised to send me a document. He didn’t. I’d ask again. Again he promised to send it. He didn’t. It’s a repeat pattern throughout the case. I found him to be negligent with the case, even incompetent.

Do not hire her. Melinda does not keep you updated or inform you of anything going on with your case. She would not respond to calls, emails, or texts for weeks at a time. I would end up asking my ex what certain papers were and what I needed to do. She works at the pace that is convenient for her. It would take her months to send one letter to my ex’s attorney….but as soon as I fired her, the motion to be removed and done with me took her ONLY ONE DAY to get handled. I’m not sure who I hated more during this process, her or my ex…it was a tie most days. Save yourself the frustration and don’t use her. Hopefully I have saved someone from going through the torture I went through. 💞

Stay away from this law firm. Maegan hired our company to do an emergency service water remediation. She apparently decided that our fair price was too much and she would just pay half. If she acts like this with contractors, what will she do when she gets her hands on your money...

I must advise against the legal services of Linda Lewis. Her conduct and communication skills fell far short of professional standards during her role as probate lawyer for my grandmother's estate. Regrettably, her actions led to division within my family. Ms. Lewis was consistently difficult to reach by phone and failed to return calls that could have addressed important questions. When she finally called back months later, after we contacted the PA Disciplinary Board and they instructed her to reach out, she only had excuses for why she didn't return the calls or schedule meetings. Furthermore, her written correspondence lacked the professionalism expected of a legal practitioner. It is deeply concerning that an individual with such questionable ethics is permitted to practice law.

The Johnson Firm has been incredible, they have represented me for years. My situation has been a very complex case for years, but Chris and all paralegals and staff stuck with me and fought their hearts out in court me my daughter and I. They never gave up and have been incredible and for years they have gotten me everything I have asked for in court they don’t miss a beat. The Johnson firm is by far the best firm in the area. After 3 court hearings with pike county Cys and fighting to get my now 11mth old out of foster care and my 12 yr old back with me and my husband, we hired Matt. The very first hearing we had with him as our lawyer , my kids were at my grandfather's house that day and we had visitation whenever we wanted as long as my HOA was there. 4 mths later, my kids were returned home with me and my husband. I honestly don't think that without Matt this would have happened as quick as it did because Cys was really messing with us up until we hired a private lawyer. I can say best money ever spent. And we always got a response in a quick manner and was always available when needed. Thank you so much!!!!! Definitely worth it.
