In a criminal case he Never reviewed the discovery, never discussed the issues of taking a plea vs going to trial. He works with the prosecutions side not yours. Did nothing for the case and he admitted he did nothing for the case. You would be better off defending yourself because you will get convicted using Watkins…the worse attorney because he just doesn’t care…and his oath to defend was him crossing his fingers behind his back!

I hired Attorney Watkins for a simple matter; someone wasn't truthful to a police officer and I was surprised when I discovered I was being charged at the magistrate office. I had a free consultation; he was thorough, attentive and very organized. I hired Attorney Watkins to represent me at my hearing; but my hearing was rescheduled for months later. Not only did he remember my case; he was prepared, he spoke on my behalf and all charges were withdrawn. Attorney Watkins also dispelled false information; I was being accredited with another woman's criminal record because she had a similar name! I would hire his office if I am in need of another attorney and highly recommend him.

Went with my newly married grandson, his wife, my son, his wife and little girl, another grandson( that takes his dates there) my daughter and myself. Orders were across the board and all were excellent. My son and family are going to add this place to one of their regular favorites. They eat out at least 3 times a week

I wouldn`t recommend to work with Lidia as long as she has a very poor customer service. Sometimes she was very rude over the phone talking to me. She couldn`t get time to call adjuster from other insurance for over 3 month and every time was finding new excuses. I guess my case wasn`t valuable enough for her. I will never use her services again.

Ok I was going trough a divorce filling. The case was failed against me and marriage, custody, child support, spousal support, property split all was at stake. I was looking for the local lawyers and first one I found was a completely different type. He was knowledgeable but very aggressive. His fees were never disclosed and happened to be a way high. He was pushing for a trial with very uncertain perspectives considering a luck of desire from my now ex-spouse to cooperate. Frustrated I came to Lidia. She offered a very different approach. She suggested to negotiate with my spouse and explained how can the matter be solved in a peaceful way. She told me that most of the people who go trough a divorce do eventually agree on something and it is a way better to pursue this approach from the start as every hour of a trial will cost a fortune. Even it represented a certain risk I agreed with her. It happened to be that this strategy worked. Negotiations were not easy but with Lidia help I was able to show what is guaranteed to me by law and could not be disputed. Eventually me and my now ex spouse agreed and we managed to divorce without a trial. I got a great deal on custody. My child support payment were determined by the state law. All other things been resolved by the mutual agreement that satisfied us both. Lidia fees were more than reasonable. She did a lot of work. Answered all my phone calls and responded to millions of my emails. Also she made multiple changes in the initial agreement to satisfy my ex-spouse demands. Not to say that at the moment I hired her my paperwork was very much messed up by the previous lawyer and Lidia and her stuff had to do a lot of additional work to bring things in order. Overall I am more than happy about my experience and would recommend Lidia to everyone. Be afraid of lawyers who do not disclose their fees and push you too much for the trial. Trial is a costly process and very good for lawyers. Not for you. But Lidia is very upfront about the cost and she was always advising the most economically sound solution. Do not know how to express how much thankful I am to her.

Had a case with car accident, commercial truck rear ended to my car and hired them. After a year all they could offer is 1000$ Minus their fee. Yes I was going to doctor for treatment and they treated me. The car was totaled on papers and nobody paid of towed the car, also they were supposed to take care of the property damage. Be aware make sure you will get what you expect.

I faced theft charges that came out of nowhere and caused a great deal of stress and anxiety. Due to a past incident on my record the charges I faced became more of a burden to defend against. Attorney Misko was my second attorney – my original attorney had told me my chance of beating the charges against me were slim and to expect about 1 to 3 months of jail time. I interviewed a few attorneys and based off of Steve’s responses and confident manner my gut led me to choose him. One of the best decisions I ever made. Steve took time to research several angles of my case to provide the best defense at my trial I was facing. Steve was able to make enough of a showing of innocence and reasonable doubt that my case never went to trial. We were able to arrive at a settlement where I would pay a fine which would have been much less than the cost of going to trial – even though Steve could have made more money going to trial he made this happen because it was in his client’s best interest. By paying the fine the DA dropped the charges allowing me to avoid a stressful and expensive trial that would have required expensive expert witness and in the long run cost me far less than it would have to go to trial to prove innocence. The case had been dragging on with the original attorney for close to a year, Steve has it resolved in months for me – and probably saved years of my life due to the stress it was causing. While I hope to never need the services of a criminal Attorney again in my life, if I did need them there is NOBODY I would rather have at my side than Steve Misko. Steve, I cannot thank you more or your attentive, knowledgeable, and proactive manner in which you handled my case.

Rich was amazing! I had gotten a DUI, just about the dumbest mistake I could have ever made. Rich was honest with me from the gate. He was very informative and kind while dealing with me and my case. He walked me through the entire process calming my nerves the entire time. Always answered my calls, texts, and emails. He was friendly and professional. He got me a great deal, and after was able to have the case sealed. I can not thank him enough for everything he did for me! Would definitely recommend, he is the go to guy in Delco!

Rich was great. He explained everything clearly. He told me from the beginning he could not promise me anything, but he would use every option possible to keep me out of jail. We ended doing an open plea and Rich spoke on behalf about who I was, and why I did not deserve jail. The Judge listen and agreed with Rich. I am very thankful for everything he did for me.

Rich never believed in me… I wasn’t a felon before he made me sign a deal that I didn’t want to.. now he made me sign a deal for 21 to 58 months and I wasn’t on probation and I got a drug dealing charge without selling it to a C.I .! I believe that I would have probably received a better deal with a public defender than with him . He charged me 8,500 to go up state anyway. I am an addict, NOT A DRUG DEALER! Not to mention I’m a single father to my 12 yr old daughter her whole life! Which now I have to leave to be with family. I needed rehabilitation NOT incarceration!!!

Attorneys and staff at this firm are the utmost professionals, and they are good at what they do. They represent without judgment and I felt informed the whole way about the legal processes and well-prepared, and made sure I knew what the realistic outcomes might be. They didn't just say "oh yeah sure slam dunk" and collect their fees, they were honest about their assessments. They're nice, honest, good at their jobs, and compassionate about the situations people sometimes find themselves in. My issue was resolved in my favor, which wouldn't have been possible without their knowledge and help. High recommend!

I hired Alex for my husband drug case. Seemed like a decent guy at first. Talked a good game. 5,000 in his hand from day one! He became the worst attorney. He was very rude and arrogant. yelled at me more than the DA. No motions was put in. We waited 6 months for notes of testimony from the preliminary hearing. Which my husband requested day one of him being hired. Gave him 6500 just for to make it seem like he got the best deal possible when he did no work. Would not recommend for a criminal attorney. He was selling my husband out to the DA the whole time in my opinion. He will take your money!

Alex was able to deliver the best possible outcome in my traffic case. Without going into details, I was facing a minimum of a six month license suspension; we were ultimately able to plea down to charges that did not result in any license suspension. I couldn’t be any happier with the level of support and ultimate resolution I received relative to the cost of Alex’s services. Should I require legal services in the future, Alex will be my first stop, and I would gladly recommend him to friends/family.

Early 2019 Amanda didn’t offer to meet her new client(me) before the case, didn’t contact me before that morning, showed up for my hearing late, did not introduce herself, was completely unprepared, and seemed lost during the case being heard in front of the judge, responses seemed uneducated. Still waiting for the return of my retainer ???

Really not the best lawyer unless you are willing to become an informant or work with the DA, so basically you have to put your safety in jeopardy in order for him to come out with a win. He won’t fight for you he’ll take the easy way out and take you money

Owen helped me tremendously, lets's put it this way, I was in jail with two different criminal cases pending, one was old and the other recent. I was looking at fighting my case in jail because of the complicated situation I had put myself in by not showing up to court back in 2016, on top of new charges I got via the arresting officers on that warrant. I prayed intensely to God for freedom out of the ACJ and He decided to use Owen to answer that prayer. I'm with my loving wife and amazing kids now rather than being stuck in a cell trapped in a state of anxiety wondering what's going to happen next. he will defend you with knowledge and experience, I had a judge that wasn't going to let me go free and a district attorney pressing for the same thing, and yet despite both of those things working against me Owen was the man for the job. all that being said if you find yourself having to fight against criminal charges and for ur freedom then I recommend praying to the Lord first and then calling this attorney.

When I went to see Owen a couple years ago I had a criminal case a needed a attorney. Man am I sure glad I hired Owen not only was he prepared but he made sure all my rights were respected treated me with the utmost respect and further more had my case for the most part dismissed. Terrible. Hired for a DUI case in Doylestown, took the money and ran. Did absolutely nothing and never returned phone calls. I had to hire another lawyer that would actually get things done and return calls. Will never recommend to anyone.

Being a professional myself, I did not take being advised so directly by Ms. Zilbering very well at first. But I can say for all her directness, all her advice was spot on. She is an attorney, and a good one, before during and after trial she was correct on all accounts and the judge said "not guilty" and that is all that counts so leave your ego at the door it wont help.

Very controling. Not out for your best interest. Makes many mistakes. Also over charges and double charges. Does not consult with you before proceeding. Waits till the last minute and doesn't give the full information. Regularly asks for postpontments. Charges for research. Also tells the client what to do, forgetting that she work for you not the other way around. Definitely won't be using again.

No one ever wants to have to go through a divorce, but if you do, Kristen and Shah Law Group are the people you want to call. They were always very responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and worked with me even after all was said and done. I always was able to speak directly with Kristen. I was never pushed off to someone else. I trusted their advice and they steered me in the right direction. I formed a great relationship with them and still feel comfortable calling with any questions. I have been trying to get some traffic citations settled in an appeal in Centre County Court for months now. Unfortunately, the whole ordeal ended up being a lot more complicated then I thought and I needed an attorney to represent me. Terry Hess was the most professional, honest and knowledgeable attorney I have come across in quite some time. He is worth every penny and more. I am hoping that I don't have a need for legal representation in the future but if I do I would absolutely use Mr Hess. He's a smart choice!

He represented me years ago in a divorce pfa that was being used as a tactic and not because it was valid. Lets just say Monzo didn't provide any type of argument to the judge he just went along with everything. He was more interested in talking to staff that he knew in the court than representing me. Take the money and run type of process.

Jeff did a great job for me and my family, without him I'd be in a very hard situation, very kind, thoughtful, and knows the correct course to take... He would ask my opinion on a matter for the court, and I trusted him enough to just defer to him... SO, I had a case that went on for just shy of 2 and a half yrs...DUI, (multiple offenses (this was a big deal for my family and I...)) He was there every step of the way, and his approach worked! Fantastic trial attorney, he got me 2 not guilty verdicts in under 12 minutes..... This man is what the reviews say.... While Jeff made me no gaurantees that it would end in my favor, he was straight up to me, and said ..." If I did not think you have a shot, I'd tell you to take the deal.... But I do believe there is a chance here.... How do you want to proceed?" That impressed me... As he could have promised the world and I'd probably have bought it ..... But he was honest, he did not tell me a percent of win, because he said that would be unfair to get my hopes up and the jury come back with an unfavorable verdict..... I respect Jeff's character, and his fight .... He is excellent at finding holes in the case and he does a fantastic job of creating doubt... Jeff Monzo helped me way beyond what he was paid for.... I hired Mr Elgart because I'd been charged with simple assault. I have Tourettes which complicated the case and Mr Elgart 1) disregarded my disability 2) over-charged me and 3) "made a deal" at the courthouse for a guilty plea without consulting me. ME who has NEVER been charged with anything in 64 years! ....! I had to end up hiring another lawyer, spending more time and money to try to reduce/expunge my charges which were in fact reduced. The entire time at the courthouse he was truly irreverent and completely unsupportive to me, his client.

I met Ron in an unusual manner. After being charge in PA for driving under the influence I hired another lawyer in the area to work on my case. Unfortunately that attorney caught COVID and ended up retiring early. So I met Ron who had only just received my file at my preliminary hearing. Although I had just met him, he had reviewed the facts of my case carefully and was very honest when I consulted with him. I ended up hiring him to defend me and he was able to get me 6 months probation and a $300 fine. He is an outstanding attorney and a fun person to talk to and work with. Thanks to him I am not in jail and I can spend lots of time at home with my cats.
