Been trying for weeks to obtain transcripts from this guy. Wasn’t a good performance for trial. Seemed to be constantly searching for papers during trial. Stumbled frequently. His final arguments lacked commitment and preparation. Wouldn’t recommend for criminal proceedings.

I hired Shane and I regretted it. His office would reschedule appointments last minute. There have been a few instances when I arrived at his Camp Hill office for an appointment to find it closed. He forgets what you have told him and repetition becomes necessary. He keeps smoking that smokeless cigarette and seems uninterested in what his client is going through. He comes late for appointments. He came unprepared to the Court and lost my case. In my opinion he used to be good but not anymore.

Carlos was hired to do a job that he did not do! During the consultation, Carlos more or less gave a car salesman pitch and convinced my family that he was the man for the job! Carlos did the opposite of what he said he would do. Better yet he did what he felt like he wanted to do on his time and in his own way. He was more for himself and the money and less for helping my family member. Ironically the issues I had with him are the same issues other clients had which led to him being publicly reprimanded by the Supreme Court for the lack thereof service he provided on behalf of the client. My family left countless voice messages and texts to which Carlos would barely respond unless it was regarding his payment. Literally, 8k is down the drain because we decided to seek representation from another law office and they were able to do more within a week than Carlos did in the eight months he was retained. When we did talk to Carlos he would say what sounded good at the moment to get us off the phone and turn around and do absolutely nothing. Honestly, I would not recommend him to anyone and if you do go with his services don't be surprised by the horrible service you receive. Carlos's service is equal to buying a bad car off of a used car lot after being convinced it was the best thing on earth!

I was referred to attorney Medoff in September, 2022. Upon contacting him regarding my situation he took the time to discuss my options and explained exactly what needed to be done. He answered all of my questions and provided me with excellent legal advice. We agreed upon a price which was very reasonable and I was able to easily make payment via my Visa Card. Jan was my first ever actual attorney. Our landlord was trying to screw us over because all three of my children ended up with elevated lead levels because of the peeling paint and they're constantly sick because of the amount of black mold in the home. My children's pediatrician ended up calling the department of health and within 3 hours he was retaliating. This man was trying to sue us for $12,000 basically so that we would have to pay to repair the mold and whatnot. We didn't know what we were going to do. A very good friend of ours recommended his attorney to us and I could not be more grateful. We called him, sent him our stuff, he reviewed everything, and came 150% prepared to the hearing. We ended up walking away not owing a penny and not even having to pay rent for this month because it's inhabitable. If it wasn't for him we would be paying the full $12,000 because we don't know the law like he does. His personality is a bit strong, but I feel that's needed in a good lawyer.

Awful experience after being a client for many years, and I could not recommend them to anyone. I was charged over $1000 to end services for some simple trademark renewals. The attorney of record changes had already been made, meaning there was practically nothing left to do. If your business needs patent or trademark services, I would avoid Metz and find more personal services elsewhere.

A so call person name Joelle Shanesy said she is a partner with this law firm Lamb McErlane but she is not you can go onto the website and see for your , this not so honest person worked for three law firms in the year and now she is here at Lamb McErlane ready to steal more money but this time I did not follow her to this law firm.
She promise to call me back and she don't, kept telling me that she is going over my case and she didn't but bills me for time that she wasn't working on my case and I have all the proof to show it.
For 5 months Joelle didn't even get a discovery done for a simple divorce case but billed me $2600.00
So I will tell you , your friends and family to not hire her as your lawyer she will lie and if you lie you will cheat and if you cheat you will steal and she did .

My son had never been in trouble, my entire family comes from law enforcement/attorneys. One night he innocently made a bad decision that would have him facing a felony charge. My world was shattered. What about his future? He was going to school to be in law enforcement. Now what? I contacted a few lawyers but none of them made me feel comfortable that this could be processed fairly, especially since he had never been in trouble. Jair Novajosky was a relief after interviewing many lawyers and when one was asked if they would defend my son as if he were his he laughed at me and said,"he is facing a felony!", as if there was no hope. Jair laid it all out for us; the cost, the process, explanations for delays and what the DA was thinking. And he was reasonable with paying a small part of it before it was over. He has his own family and I believe he is empathetic to those who just made a stupid mistake and knows that everyone deserves a second chance. It isn't possible to walk away with no punishment but he made it so it fit the crime. I definitely would hire him again although that will never be necessary again! Thank you Jair!

I have dealt with lawyers before and by far Mr Novajosky was the most unprofessional, arrogant and had to be guided as to what his agreement was for his services all along the way. He still did not do what he had agreed to in our conversation. He sent no correspondence and forgot court appointments that we had to remind him of the day before the hearing. I would rather represent myself than use this lawyer.

This lawyer Is unreliable and that's just one of the things he is . John capaldi blocked me because I got him assigned by the court and been trying to contact him for months now to meet up . John does not even text me back or pick up the phone . Last time he picked up the phone was the day of court meanwhile I was contacting him endlessly for him to hear me out . I didn't know what to bring to court so that's why I was trying to contact him for him to say on the day of court he don't believe me that the hospital put the drugs in me ( I now got the proper documentation that proves they did ) and he still will not meet up to see what he's representing and he likes to call you a liar about the things that happened to you but he also doesn't want to help you in anyways or give advice on how to obtain anything or what to do in regards to your case . He wants to blame me for him not answering me for months but anyone that has a losey lawyer that doesn't do anything or even text back would be very upset to . I told him about unsupervised and how I heard if I get this home assessment that I could have unsupervised he told me to get the home assessment call him back when it passed and he would petioned for unsupervised as soon as I did that the next week and got a hold of him he changed everything he said and said there was nothing we could do til next court my court date was suppose to be in March but it got changed with no notice to April . This lawyer still hasn't had the courtesy to tell me it has been changed yet . He argues about the things your doing correctly and doesn't want to give you credit for it instead he will ruin your case because he walks in knowing nothing . He's horrible . Hell use the excuse he's super busy but I've sent texts weekly multiple times over a month and he doesn't want to reply with anything rather he's getting mad at me and blocks me because I'm coming to him for some advice and the proof the hospital did that . He's not good at what he does and that's the honest truth cause he's been doing it over twenty years and still in the public defender association . I'm going to fire him next time in court because he won't dismiss his self from this case and I even told him if your to busy and can't handle my case withdrawal but he won't but he also won't work with me at all . I've tried . This is the worst situation ever I tried to tell him about the corrupt case worker he doubted me called me a liar then in February she got fired . I'm beginning to think he's like a body double he's just there to make it look good but he's actually not good at all and let the caseworker that got fired play me like something I was not . I been trying to work with him but he makes it hard and he makes it harder to obtain my child back with his representation it would probably work better if I didn't have him and just myself . I need another lawyer this one's a joke .

I had an in person consult with this attorney last month that did not go well, she was quite rude and insensitive to me. The results of her consultation (I later learned from another legal representative) were misquided and inaccurate. She threw some legalese language at me that was not applicable in my case. So it was a waste of $500 of my time and money.

Father wins custody!!! My husband and I went through a very long and difficult 7 month custody battle trying to obtain primary custody of my step-son. I hired Abby after having a bad experience with another attorney, who made me feel like he did not value my input related to my child's custody arrangement . Abby always made me feel like my case was a top priority for her, really listened to what I was looking for, and helped me to navigate the process to optimize the outcome for my child and limited the contention that can typically arise in these types of things. Abby also went out of her way to meet me during times/days that would work for me given my nontraditional work schedule, which I really appreciated.

We had hired Ms Leeds for one of two cases. She knew the date scheduled for court but the morning of is when she decided to let everyone else know she had gone on vacation. Court was rescheduled and when I arrived she was offended I didn’t know her face and entire hearing discussed with her DA buddies what they were gonna do.... she knew nothing of her clients case which she had in her hands and looked at it like it was supposed to talk to her. She did not at all represent her client, I had to give her the death stAre or speak up myself to speak on her clients behalf. Also, instead of dealing with the charges she misinformed her client to get him to agree to continue... HE HAD NO CHARGES AND SHE CONTINUED IT! Most likely to get her greedy hands into the next charge in which she was to charge more but the first was paid in full and not yet dealt with... Not only did we have this horrible unnecessary experience. She was absolutely almost impossible to get a hold of by phone, text, email even Facebook. She has all clients paperwork. ALL ORIGINAL PAPERWORK no copies were made! Did I mention she failed to write up an agreement of services? What lawyer does not have some type of written agreement with their clients?? We fired her about a month ago But we still try to call her for the inmate only proof of innocence alas, still No reply from Ms Abby Leeds. We don’t even know if she knows she was fired!! Completely and totally unprofessional in any and all standards and we will be contacting the Bar Association as well as others!

I was misrepresented. My docket did not have attorney lepley name anywhere on it. He felt pretty confident about my case. Knew all the details. Once I paid the 2500 (which I had to get a personal loan for that I am still paying on) his tone switched. And he offered me very little help . I then found a different attorney to represent me. And he got me a plea deal that lepley told me was no way possible. I have tried to contact the office via phone call, via email to see if I could be refunded some of the retainer since little no no work was done. And I have not gotten one response back. Very displeased with the service I was given by Mr. Lepley and his office.

This attorney was given substantial money up front to do legal work and submit papers. After two months of not hearing back, he claimed he would start paperwork that week. Fast forward 4 months and still no word from him and no work submitted- claims he expected the rest of payment before submitting papers- which was a change in terms. I asked for proof of work done- he would not show me anything nor would he reimburse me. This lawyer is not to be trusted.

Paid retainer by taking out a bank loan, as we did not have that much money in savings. She wrote a single one page letter on our behalf, which we had to edit for her. We decided not to take the civil matter any further and requested a copy of the billable hours on August 23, 2019 and a refund for our remaining balance. It is now September 26, 2019 and we have not gotten a response to the 4 emails and phone message we have sent her.

I hired John Kerrigan to represent my son, Coco Wallace, who was charged with first degree murder. Mr. Kerrigan took the case, handled the Preliminary Hearing, a Habeas Corpus proceeding, and trual in the Bucks County court of Common Pleas. After the trial, my son was acquitted of first degree murder, and also, the other counts of murder for which he was charged. Mr. Kerrigan did a great job for him. I was tried and convicted of Capital Murder and sentenced to life without parole. Thru out the years John has always believed in me that is should be released.
In 2002 I got in touched with John to get a letter from the Trial Judge and asked him to represent me for commutation from the Board of Pardons. He told me that he would represent me at the Public Hearing.
In 2004 I was granted a hearing, John also accompanied me to my interview with the Board of Pardons and was very helpful to me. On April 1,2004 I was recommended unanimous from the Board of Pardons to the Governor Desk for a signature .
On June 2, 2009 my sentence was commuted and I was released to a Halfway House for one year.
John has always been there for me thru out the years. He has always help me if I needed any legal advice.

I am a single father who made a horrible mistake, so I paid $1500 to mr Kerrigan to help me through my case. He literally went to court once, and had the case moved to trial and then tried to charge me again. So I paid $1500 to have him go into court and tell the judge it was moving to a higher court. That is what I could have done by myself. So now I am going to trial by myself because I cannot afford another attorney. Thank you sooo much for doing NOTHING. Keep in mind this is a MISDEMEANOR offense. If he cannot handle it for that money why is he a defense lawyer

Failed to effectively communicate with me. Mr. Reynosa allowed inaccurate information presented by prosecutor to harm me. Did not correct factual errors of my PSI. During the sentencing phase, he did not advocate on my behalf. Did not mention favorable or mitigating factor as well. The billing is highly questionable. Me and my family are extremely disappointed. I'd advise caution to anyone looking for representation from this attorney.

I was facing charges I got for retaliating against an abusive ex boyfriend. Attorney Dutko believed me and fought for me. He got my charges down to almost nothing and I am finally back in my chosen career field because I can pass a background check with flying colors. There were very dark days when I thought that that would never be possible again. My county dragged my case out for two years, and he stayed diligent the whole time. Ana Lisa Petrella is an extremely efficient, compassionate, and knowledgeable attorney. She got me through the very important process of dealing with child support successfully. Will you be charged for phone calls and emails? Of course. But her rates are reasonable and her experience is extensive, so she will not waste your time, or hers for that matter. I have nothing but great things to say about this firm. I highly recommend Megan DelVecchio. She was incredible during my divorce. She was direct with me, managed expectations, and fought for me simultaneously. She won my case (in my opinion). She responded quickly to my correspondence and didn't waste time. The firm's staff is professional, diligent, communicative, and efficient. I liked that they didn't tell me what I wanted to hear or waste my money on useless items. I was unfortunate enough to be part of Family Court for the past 16 years with my ex husband and my son who will soon be 18. But, was fortunate enough to have Dan Glasser by my side as my attorney.
