This attorney ruined my life intentionally.
He did not investigate the facts in my case. He stated to the judge that I commit a crime that I am totally innocent of. Watching this attorney work was the worst part of my experience with him. If there is a rebuttal to this story I will show the true context of his statement.

I first came across Justin’s profile for his bikes, tattoos, and similar content as mine several years ago. Long story short, I ran into some legal trouble for a dui, but have used justin multiple times for other legal purposes and have won. Justin, also known as kpac, is the only, and only, lawyer that has answered every call, text, and voicemail I have ever left him no matter how many times I have reached out through social media, direct number or email. I have used him for multiple cases, and he has never judged me or each situation and has always been very honest each situation and each possible outcome. Kpac is worth every penny regardless of his charge and I not only look at him as the most honest lawyer but as the brother I never had. He is the first person I always reach out to in times of need, answers to my questions and confusion (unfortunately). He will not leave you wondering what is going on. You may think hiring older is better but justin 100% knows what he is doing and I never had to question him, his proceedings, how he goes about things, or his team. Definitely put him at the top of your list if you are juggling lawyers.

Our son recommended Kiran Mahal to us as he just completed his will under his guidance. We met with Kiran and were impressed with his knowledge in his review of our will. After meeting with two attorneys to represent me, it was clear almost immediately Phil was the right representation. The retention process was easy, his schedule and staff was very flexible and I really felt like Phil truly cared for me as his client. He was very thorough in his analysis and provided me with winning counsel and also just generally explaining state laws which can be very confusing. Marital agreements are not the easiest of conversations to have, and Phil provided me with guidance and ethics in that area as well. I would absolutely recommend Phil for any family law needs.

Working with this lawyer was a refreshing experience. I recently found out that years ago I had been frivolously sued in small claims court by someone who made a meritless claim. This person used it to try to enter a civil judgment against me. Frankly I had no idea how to handle the situation. I was scared and confused. I called a bunch of law firms trying to figure out what I needed to do, and most of them just left me feeling even more scared and more confused. Then I called the law offices of Thomas D. Kenny, and I had the complete opposite experience. Every single person I spoke to treated me with kindness and respect. They helped me understand exactly what was going on and what I needed to do to resolve it. They worked quickly, communicated clearly, and got me the exact outcome I was looking for. The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. At that point, we knew they had more interest in our comfort level and goals than simply collecting a payment. Once on board, we were assigned to Kyle Adams, who had the knowledge and expertise in this area of law and whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made himself available in the evenings, weekends and on his direct cell via telephone, Zoom, as well as in-person simply at our request to ensure my son was comfortable, even though he was over 2 hours away. Kyle's client-centered approach made a significant difference in his case, from a thorough investigation, supportive evidence, and his skillful negotiation helping him achieve a quick resolution to obtain our desired outcome of a withdrawal of the claim. Rizwan is a personable individual, but I wouldn’t trust him with serious matters. He earned his law degree later in life and seems to still be finding his footing. What stands out most is his expectation to haggle. He demands a high fee; a much larger, well-established law firm with multiple offices and a team of lawyers handled the same work for a third of Rizwan’s asking price. To make matters worse, he charges a non-refundable consultation fee, something most reputable firms don’t do. His office was in poor condition, and there were no other clients present. It’s disappointing—while you may want to support him due to shared cultural ties, his approach feels exploitative.

I had Mr. Steeson in 2014 and he did a great job on my case. I was looking at 1-3 years I sat in jail for 5 months and when I went to court all charges were dropped. He was very firm with the case, he always kept me updated with everything when I called him. He fought for me til the bitter end and I couldn’t think him enough! If you are a nurse/nursing student with any kind of legal issue at all you need to call this man. Not only did I get my nursing license before some of my peers, its unrestricted and I did not have to enter into any monitoring program. We had an initial consultation on a Saturday morning over the phone and he explained exactly what was going to happen and what I had to do. I'm not sure if Rich ever sleeps, he was sending emails to the board for me at 5 in the morning. He texts back almost immediately and makes himself available to take calls anytime. I would have lost the job I had lined up and my career would have been significantly impacted had I not hired Rich. I can't thank him and Jessica enough.

After getting into some legal trouble - the nursing board wanted to suspend my license. I reached out to Rich immediately the day of and he held my hand through the whole process.
Rich was always responsive the same day usually within 2 hours or less. Communication is everything and I never felt I was left hanging for answers. I felt supported through the whole process.
