So basically I used Nadum every encounter I've co.email in with the law and pitbull is what he is ...anyway my biggest case in 2013 I was facing 9 to years for drugs , and gun charges including conspiracy don't ask me how but he turned it into a nine month sentence time served dude does his homework nd he's HUNGRY ...he had me home to see my son born ...enough of my story ...if u must know got my man on stand by with the way these cops are playing like best nd smartest money I've EVER spent!

If he is your court appointed child’s advocate in child welfare, you're in trouble. He's been on our case for 3 yrs unfortunately and has never laid eyes on our 7 yr old. No checkin, conversation, nothing. He sat in the last hearing scrolling videos. Another lawyer looked him with disgust. Kids in foster care need advocacy and he seems to not have an ounce of care. Im not sure how the judged allowed him to say and do nothing for 3 years without asking if he's even seen the child. The system itself sucks, but with court appointed attorney's like Mr. D'adamo, the kids suffer more. If I can give less than 1 star, I would.

Can’t recommend Jason enough! I was in a terrible living situation, when everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. I ended up being charged with several erroneous charges, including a serious felony charge. We had a jury trial scheduled for next week, and at the last minute Jason convinced them to drop all the charges. Throughout the process he was focused, calm, and helpful. I hope to never be in a situation like this again, but if I am, I know who I’ll be calling!

It's hard to put into words on how professional and hard working Hope is. My case was extremely complex and one of kind in many ways. Every step of the way I was informed on the status and not once was I ever sugar coated. Hope was there anytime I needed to speak with her or was unsure about something on the case. Went to meet this man after firing my first lawyer because he wanted to settle before reviewing the case and got to consult with Shaka the first day meeting him was greeted and hugged. The next day after hiring him was told to come into the office to sit down with staff and to prep my defense. He moved faster than any other defense attorney I know and he showed up to court ready to defend me. He kept it real about the odds of certain charges and helped me put together mitigation he did not let the prosecutors bully me into taking a deal and gave me my life back. He fought a crazy fight with me and did not give up on me instead he fought even harder when he thought that the prosecutor was being unfair and got me a fair outcome. I highly recommend this man who I call a BROTHER after defending me aggressively to make sure I was given a second chance at life. I really don't have the words to properly express to my dedicated & relentless law firm. My lawyers worked hard & tireless to get justice, fair & equal treatment for me in my accident case of 2019. The accident left me totally permanently disabled. I ended up with a total of 14 major injuries in my body.
I was totally disrespected by all levels including law enforcement in the area where the accident took place. The attending officer didn't report the facts surrounding the airbag deployment in my transport. The ambulance service, didn't apply appropriate medical equipment like a neck support or a back brace, I had major injuries in the neck & spine as well as 7 other areas of the body. The hospital that I was taken to for treatment & care was a disaster. There was no licensed physician on duty in the entire emergency room. I was not checked out properly in a fully licensed emergency room at a fully accredited & licensed hospital in 2019, whoever heard of such poor treatment & care in a fully functional hospital.
My case was truly a very long hard & difficult case made so intentionally by workers comp claims adjuster & attorneys, only to be proven wrong by my attorneys that really knew how to professionally take All! of the right steps in the right order to prove my case.

Andy's legal advice, representation, time, dedication and results are the only positive to come out of my criminal matter. I was facing some serious charges and Andy helped me to help me achieve a much better result. He stuck with me every single step of the way, he always followed up with me when he said he would, and was 100% correct every time he gave me his opinion and he was always honest in his assessment (even when at times it wasnt what what I wanted to hear). Stephen was exactly the lawyer I needed when we reached out to him following my incident. He was very good at explaining the different options we had for contesting the case and also the likelihood of success and time lines. He's extremely personable and did well with the negotiations that were required.
I was charged with 6 offenses and was able to walk out of the courtroom with 2 offenses on my record and the main one reduced in severity. A very good result.
Stephen was very professional in all respects but particularly in the courtroom where it was obvious he was in his comfort zone. There were a few requests we had of the judge which were a little bit outside of the norm and Stephen handled them very well. We were able to get conditions added to the court documents making the probation part of my sentence much easier to handle.

John came to visit me In jail on a Sunday with sweats and a T-shirt I’m thinking ok he’s gonna say what he has to... do he begins to tell me how I never should have been arrested I. The first place and how by law the case has to get thrown out in preliminary, I’m thinking too good to be true, so I say to him “ Listen Man U don’t have to gas me up just be real with me “ he looks me dead in the eye and says I got 8 questions that’ll have this case dismissed!!! . Fast forward to preliminary I lie to you not he put the cop on the stand asked him roughly 7-8 questions then turned to the judge and says “ yea your honor I don’t think this is enough to move to trial I ask that the case be dismissed!.. the judge says “ yea I agree I don’t think so either, case dismissed... by the way he has beat about 5 of my friends cases by now..! 5STARS

Walsh took my case and I thought his price was high. Then he told me he was charging that much because he was trying the case and I was going to be found not guilty. This was a serious gun case and he seemed like it was a sp ending ticket. We went to trial and after about 5 questions the judge found me not guilty. I couldn't believe how easy he made it look.

I was in an unfortunate accident and had a severe foot injury which lead to prescription drug abuse and one thing lead to another and the next thing i know I am living the fast life purchasing drugs in the inner city, something I would have never ever imagined myself doing. Before I was caught I have never had any police contact ever not even a speeding ticket so was scared for my life. Mr Long heard my story and for the amount I had on me(a pretty hefty amount after payday) Mr Long helped me and worked to get my charge dropped to probation with my record expunged afterwards, besides a very minor hiccup I entered a program and accomplished it and continue to attend meetings today. I feel that getting caught that evening most likely saved my life, and thanks to Mr Long my record is back to clean and so is my life. I was charged with stealing a cell phone, the phone took a picture of me! The person then filed a case! However, the police didn't investigate, they just automatically filed charges! Mr. Spade presented all my evidencecas a landlord being retaliated against from an ex tenant! The DA withdrew all charges in 12 sec in the courtroom! The false accuser is now in prison!! He is not only a good lawyer, but after 11 years of knowing him, i consider him a friend!!

I am ending a legal issue in which Mr. Spade represented me. He was quick to meet with me to review my case. This is the first attorney that has integrity that is impressive. He was in the Courtroom when I was about to argue my motion to the Court. He saw I was representing myself and walked over to me. Outstanding hands down, I must admit I definitely had my doubt. My son kept saying "no mom we're going to keep her, let's see what she can do."
My son was charged with gun possession and fifty other charges broken down from one. My son's bail was set at 200,000 Ms. Lauren was able to get him released on house arrest. Lauren Wimmer was on point in and out of the court room. She 100% knew the law. She was always available day, night and weekends. Although, not a part of her job; She provided emotional support for my son and myself. She was always 100% with her wording and we really appreciated and respected her for this. No sugar-coating, false hope etc. Lauren provided assistance on an unrelated case involving the same son, while on House Arrest and was hired to assist with this case as well.
All charges were dropped on both cases due to Ms. Lauren knowledge of the law and the street culture of Philadelphia.
