I was hit from behind in an auto accident in October 2021, and although insurance paid the medical bills and gave us the "value" of the totaled car (which was far below the actual replacement costs), I was still far worse off afterwards. Wayne's group helped take care of additional loss of work and negotiated a reasonable settlement. Since we were just coming out of Covid restrictions, these things went slowly, perhaps in part because the other driver was out-of-state, but Wayne & his team remained dedicated to seeing it through, and we received a better settlement than I had expected.

Family member ended up not going to court, and Rebecca negotiated a fair deal between the spouses. It was a difficult situation between a couple in their 70’s. Todd was realistic, easy to talk to, and gave us peace of mind. Hope to not need their services in the future, but would definitely recommend to anyone in a tough PFA situation. I reached out to Renee to get a second opinion on the expungement for my DUI. I'm in the ARD program and she is helping to expedite the expungement process. The attorney that represented me during my DUI trial said there was nothing else I could do to get the DUI off of my record early. Renee is looking at different angles and moving forward with helping to resolve this matter. I also received two summary charges that do not look good on my record for future job opportunities. She is helping me to appeal these charges when two other attorneys told me there was nothing I could do.

Bernie represented my son in a case 7 years ago that had a satisfactory conclusion. With the decision of the courts it lead him to the sobriety he enjoys now. Recently he was attempting to rent an apartment in another state and he was turned down because records showed he had a felony. This was incorrect so we contacted Bernie for advice. My boyfriend needed a lawyer and we called Schragger and Associates and explained the situation. We made an appointment and met with Lyle. After explaining the situation to him and hearing what he thought we decided to hire him. It was the best decision. He instantly made us feel at ease and assured us he would do whatever it took to help the situation get resolved. Our first visit we also met Erin and she was so amazing that day and every time we were there or had to call the office. They always made us feel at ease and that they were doing everything they could for his case. She would return my calls and even gave me her cell so I could reach her on weekends. I reached out to Mr Wymard shortly after getting into trouble with a friend. Mr Wymard assured me that while the charges were "trumped up," there was still some risk to the case against me. After reviewing all of the facts and speaking to several witnessed, I was assured that we would have good chances in a trial. While I was still nervous about the situation and the impact it could have on my life, Mr Wymard's confidence made me feel better about the imminent proceedings.
