Highly recommended. I got there name from a google search when I suddenly needed a lawyer. They had great reviews and responded immediately when I needed time-sensitive counsel with a family matter. Thomas McKinley is an excellent lawyer, very clear in his communications, reassuring and compassionate. Lawyers are always expensive but I found their rates reasonable. He was able to communicate directly with the DA and save me a lot of footwork and time, and was able to get the matter resolved without me having to deal with the court directly and provided great reassurance throughout. Well worth the money and I will call him first if I ever have any other needs

My family has tried many of the "big named" lawyers only to get brushed off, ignored, and eventually ...railroaded (we get in trouble from time to time). We were referred to maknoon only to find that he has his click of clients that he takes great care of...and they seem to take great care of him. He is very down to earth, hits the books, and prepares to win. He takes the time to explain everything and seems to care. A little expensive but if you don't jerk him on money, he will fight like a dog for you. He actually seems to fight for himself because he doesn't appear to like the system. He is a little confusing at times but put him oin front of a jury and he dominates.

I was hit from behind in an auto accident in October 2021, and although insurance paid the medical bills and gave us the "value" of the totaled car (which was far below the actual replacement costs), I was still far worse off afterwards. Wayne's group helped take care of additional loss of work and negotiated a reasonable settlement. Since we were just coming out of Covid restrictions, these things went slowly, perhaps in part because the other driver was out-of-state, but Wayne & his team remained dedicated to seeing it through, and we received a better settlement than I had expected.

Family member ended up not going to court, and Rebecca negotiated a fair deal between the spouses. It was a difficult situation between a couple in their 70’s. Todd was realistic, easy to talk to, and gave us peace of mind. Hope to not need their services in the future, but would definitely recommend to anyone in a tough PFA situation. Bernie represented my son in a case 7 years ago that had a satisfactory conclusion. With the decision of the courts it lead him to the sobriety he enjoys now. Recently he was attempting to rent an apartment in another state and he was turned down because records showed he had a felony. This was incorrect so we contacted Bernie for advice. He and his staff instantly acted on this on our behalf. They looked up his case, judges ruling, PA law, composed and forwarded a letter to him and the rental agency, and personally called them. My boyfriend needed a lawyer and we called Schragger and Associates and explained the situation. We made an appointment and met with Lyle. After explaining the situation to him and hearing what he thought we decided to hire him. It was the best decision. He instantly made us feel at ease and assured us he would do whatever it took to help the situation get resolved. Our first visit we also met Erin and she was so amazing that day and every time we were there or had to call the office. They always made us feel at ease and that they were doing everything they could for his case. She would return my calls and even gave me her cell so I could reach her on weekends. Lyle was a superstar and when the case finally went to trial we were so nervous. We came out of the court room with all charges dropped. I never even thought that was a possibility! Dan was incredible with handling my divorce. My divorce seemed like it would have been simple (uncontested, no children) however it ended up being anything but! The customer and opposing council tried to use discrimination and disabilities as part of their claim. When we first saw the law suit, we were discourage at our chances to say the least. I reached out to Mr Wymard shortly after getting into trouble with a friend. Mr Wymard assured me that while the charges were "trumped up," there was still some risk to the case against me. After reviewing all of the facts and speaking to several witnessed, I was assured that we would have good chances in a trial. While I was still nervous about the situation and the impact it could have on my life, Mr Wymard's confidence made me feel better about the imminent proceedings. To my surprise, my attorney had been working in the background to have the case thrown out, and he did!
