Highly recommended. I got there name from a google search when I suddenly needed a lawyer. They had great reviews and responded immediately when I needed time-sensitive counsel with a family matter. Thomas McKinley is an excellent lawyer, very clear in his communications, reassuring and compassionate. Lawyers are always expensive but I found their rates reasonable. He was able to communicate directly with the DA and save me a lot of footwork and time, and was able to get the matter resolved without me having to deal with the court directly and provided great reassurance throughout. Well worth the money and I will call him first if I ever have any other needs

I can’t not recommend Aaron Sontz enough! He is an amazing lawyer, very smart and dedicated with years of experience. He was always available when I had questions about the case If not he call back within 30 min. Yes I was nervous about the outcome of the case because who we was up against but Aaron Sontz told me he was confident we could win the case and did just that. I have been with the firm for about two years as my divorce is taking time due to the other party. I started off with one attorney and due to maternity leave, Bethany stepped in to get the process moving after my retainer was given. I was then assigned to Chrystal. She has explained everything well and took charge of my divorce. She won the APL for me. She answered every question I had timely. The outcome of the divorce with child support and alimony is fair, considering the laws. She will also work on my custody. To be truthful the divorce process is expensive (depending on your situation), but the experience that comes with the firm is worth the cost. The firm has been very workable and most importantly truthful with me.

I sat in jail with a bond set 200k for simple and 5 k for DUI (3) assault and intimidating witness, from a known abusive ex. Drug dealer. A police officer I sued a year prior finally pulls me over in another jurisdiction under no legal way no legal reason to pull me over. He stated that my back window was covered with a plastic he couldn't see through which was one that I bought at AutoZone and this was in Westmoreland county he then said he traveled me across the bridge for 4/10 of a mile to clock me to make to see if I was speeding I suppose he came to the conclusion I was going 34 in a 25 which would be impossible to prove because there wasn't enough space for him to actually properly conduct that speed check and that was established in the courtroom in front of the judge and the judge still allowed this man to leave the courtroom lying and I know courts got a lot to lie about but if I'm innocent until proven guilty nah. in a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee . Judge mears's Office Mike warrick and Ferrell h okun and Weaver. Basically ruined me

Was not hired , thank God. This individual and his office are the most condescending and rude people I have ever experience while searching for legal representation. This guy doesn't let you talk, he cuts you off and makes you feel like you are making up a story. His secretary and her favorite phrase "like I already told you..." is a total clown. She can't even remember what she said and didn't said but she's too eager to use that phrase to look down on others. They need called out on how trashy their customer service is.

Was facing serious charges by an employee of a local VA facility which is supposed to help veterans but instead got me charged with a crime. I did not even know about the charges until I got a letter from Mr. Taiani. I ended up pleading guilty to a summary charge. I felt relieved once I hired Mr. Taiani and that he could cross examine my accuser if need be. I had to bring my own treatment papers to court about treatments the court ordered because some that I emailed to this firm were not printed out but that was probably an error from the secretary but I am happy with the outcome and Mr Taiani is familiar with the local court and we had a good outcome. It was a relief to have Mr Taiani as my attorney I felt like I was no longer going to be jerked around by any VA employee or anyone else. You pretty much have to have an attorney if you are going to be involved in VA healthcare because a federal union protects harmful employees that is criminal in and of itself.

Bill was hired on an appeal case in Montgomery County PA. This being perhaps the MOST crooked county in the state. Bill was able to win on the appeal having mandatory minimums removed during re-sentencing. Unfortunately the same unfair, spiteful Judge ran the terms consecutive, which in essence confirmed the "death" sentence of 17-50 years on a 70 year old man, for minimal drug amounts. The System is rigged and crooked but if I had anyone in my corner, I'd want William Jones.

Bill Jones is a well spoken attorney who will listen to your situation and give you the best advice possible. Even though in my situation there is unfortunately nothing that can be done at this time. My experience with attorney David DeFazio was nothing but the best one could ask for. In my dire time of need when police officers had falsified information and made a false arrest, attorney DeFazio did not falter at any moment. Being a sole practitioner he was always checking up on me and giving updates on my case. I never felt like I was alone throughout my entire case. The Shrager law office gave my case to Heather Kelly. Do NOT hire Shrager... they talked down to me, like I had no brain, yelled at me for following up when they told me to, treated me like I was a criminal and the office smelled of ego. I had no choice. So glad they "sold" the case to Kelly. She treated me the EXACT opposite. Took my phone call, listened to me (every time I needed her too), treated me like an innocent (I was) human being! My case was not complicated and the end result 95% would have been the same without her but Im so pleased she was there by my side. She has a calming presence about her.

Represents me currently. Was willing to communicate and strongly consider and act upon my advice. Filed the motions that I instructed him to. Was very effective during plea negotiation and obtained the correct plea offer from the commonwealth due to his motion for suppression of physical evidence due to lack of jurisdiction. Also, was able to get a hearing before judge Jeffrey A. Manning regarding my bail an probation detainer. Judge lifted detainer and allowed me to return home on electronic monitoring. This guy does his job. Judge Manning was attentive and not falling for the commonwealth's lies.

He managed to get what would have been a nearly life ending number of criminal charges bargened way down, and the remainder resolved via ARD and a reasonable bit of community service. On June 15, 2007, Attorney William C. Kaczynski entered his appearance in the case entitled Commonwealth of Pennsylvania vs. GEORGE D. WALLS, CC # 200214218. I was incarcerated in SCI Albion, Pennsylvania due to a wrongful conviction. Attorney Kaczynsk, filed a Supplemental Post Conviction Relief Act Petition requesting the trial court to grant me a new trial for several reasons See: Commonwealth v. George D. Walls, cited as: 993 A.2d 289 Pa. Super 54 (2010). The trial court (Honorable Judge Kathleen A. Durkin) rejected my PCRA Petition for new trial. HOWEVER, Attorney Kaczynski, filed the above cited appeal in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. The Superior Court REVERSED & REMANDED with instructions agreeing with Attorney Kaczynski, that my Due Process Rights were violated. The case went back before the Honorable Judge Durkin who summarily dismissed my (PCRA) Petition without a hearing. Attorney Kaczynski aggressively argued that I should be granted a new trial because of prior Counsel (Ernest H. Sharif) & (William A. Brandstetter, II) was ineffective in their representation of my case. On February 11, 2011, my PCRA Petition for new trial was granted. On May 20, 2011, I was finally released from the wrongful incarceration due to the diligent work of William C. Kaczynski, Esquire!
For more than 4 years attorney Kaczynski put in so many hours to make sure that I'd get my day in court and then had the wrongful conviction reversed.
Finally, On May 10th, 2011, the Honorable Judge Kathleen A. Durkin granted the Allegheny County District Attorney's request to "nolle process" the entire case. I am a free man today thanks to Attorney William C. Kaczynski, Esquire.
I greatly appreciate having Attorney William C. Kaczynski represent me. I wish all attorney would work as hard and diligent as this attorney! William C.
