After meeting with this attny, I felt for the first time after 3 years of abuse, that I will finally be ok. Ive come across no attorney that could handle my abuser or understand his covert tactics better than Victoria. Mr. Brown was my federal public defender. I was so impressed with his knowledge and drive, especially since he was a public defender. My case was very complex and Mr. Brown and his staff were very knowledgeable and always responded quickly to any of my questions or concerns. Stephen Begler is extremely lazy, incompetent and unhelpful. He gave me the run around for months and then when he finally did the job he was hired to do he copied and pasted a petition leaving the wrong name and information on the documents. He does not communicate or return calls. He wants to be paid to do nothing. I would never recommend this so called attorney to anyone.

I highly recommend Anthony Bittner. He helped my father with a school bus violation ticket and demonstrated absolute knowledge of the law and an excellent ability to explain the process and possible outcomes to my Dad with patience and confidence. He had a plan A, a Plan B and even a Plan C and was fully prepared for Court. Anthony got an amazing result with Plan A. Mr Bittner took my case driving without a license DUI suspension which is a mandatory 90 days in jail, got it dropped to a failure to present a license no jail time and no further suspension time. The man could of strung me along and got more money out of me, and he let me know from the beginning that more fees could be possible yet he is trying to get it resolved without that, and he did... Mr Bittner handles his business I'm telling you!

Cant say enough good things about this firm. They kept us informed about our case some of case is still ongoing but the workmans comp part is settled. After the lose of my father in a tractor trailer accident and being a only child so the brunt of keeping it together for my poor mother along with some help of friends and family it has been a upward climb plus dealing with the company my dad worked for at first i just didn't know what was going to happen to everything my dad worked for for 45 years and what was my mom going to do i didn't want her to have to sell the house or anything aspeciely when it wasn't his fault. Our attorney traveled back and forth between Pittsburgh and dubois pa to make it easier on my mom he made her so at ease and even did court threw zoom, we never had to leave our house. It’s important to know that Magisterial District Judges in Pennsylvania are prohibited from practicing law while serving on the bench. This rule ensures that judges remain impartial and fully dedicated to their judicial duties. Here are some of the key guidelines:
1. Pennsylvania Code of Judicial Conduct
Canon 3: Judges must avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety in all of their activities.
Canon 4 and Rule 4.1(A)(8): Judges are not permitted to practice law. This applies to all judicial officers, including Magisterial District Judges. Practicing law while holding a judicial office would present a direct conflict of interest and compromise judicial impartiality.
2. Pennsylvania Rules of Judicial Administration
Rule 15-206 (Magisterial District Judges): This rule specifically restricts Magisterial District Judges from practicing law or having any employment that could conflict with their judicial duties. 4. State Constitution and Statutory Law

42 Pa.C.S. § 3304: Prohibits judges from engaging in the practice of law or from conducting activities that could lead to conflicts with judicial duties.
In summary, Pennsylvania law is explicit that magistrates or Magisterial District Judges cannot practice law concurrently with their judicial duties. John worked with me financially, however he was very uncommunicative, unresponsive, often going weeks without acknowledging that I sent him a text, email or phone call.
