I appreciate the work everyone put in. My lawyer was able to get my charge down to defective equipment, which is a no point outcome. I absolutely see this as a great outcome. I was driving from DC to Florida and was pulled over in Greensville County Virginia. I received a reckless driving ticket 85/70 and was surprised to found out it was misdemeanor in VA being from FL. I did research on lawyers and Christina Pendleton & Associates was by far the best choice. The law firm offered a very reasonable and fair fee for their services with the speed being under 89 mph. Her law firm was in constant contact with me either by phone or email. They always responded to my emails in the same day which I was very pleased about. My reckless driving 85/70 was reduced to a infraction for defective equipment with a fine and no points. I highly recommend Pendleton & Associates if you are from out of town and need a lawyer to represent you.

My friend and I were recently in a car wreck wherein my handicapped equipped van was destroyed, my wheelchair was crushed and glass was strewed everywhere. I suffered bruises and contusions and my friend, broken ribs. We were hit by an underinsured, drunk motorist. My partner and I have been in a committed Gay relationship for over 39 years. We were actively involved in the LGBTQ Rights movement while living in Miami Florida. Unfortunately I had 2 incidents within a 6 month period that I needed a lawyer for but fortunately I had Ms. Corcoran! For the first incident, a felony hit and run she reduced it to a misdemeanor and I was able to keep my license in addition to just being such a calming energy in the midst of what felt like the worst storm ever. Mr. Mattox represented me on a speeding violation, which would have resulted in a recklace driving violation. He explained the whole process step by step and took care of everything me promptly. He then appeared in court on my behalf, and successfully negotiated a significantly reduced sentence of Defective Equipment. a non-moving violation with no points, no stress over affecting my insurance. Mr Samuels was helpful as much as possible. I hired him over 2 years ago to assist me with my disability claim. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way he kept in touch and was always a step ahead in the claim process. As today,promptly returns calls.
I have a current insurance company issue & need guidance in the steps to get this rectified so providers can be paid as in the past 30+ yrs I have been with them as a spouse of a retiree.
Understandably, Mr Samuels does have to require a Escrow account deposit to start his assistance. He was very thorough in explaining the associated fee and is understandable given the possibility of time devoted. Unfortunately SSDI is my only income. I don't qualify for any assistance the government supposedly pays those who are unable to meet living requirements due to my being married and my husband receiving actually less per month than I do after the SS insurance Part B deduction.
Mr Samuels is so professional and shows genuine empathy given my disability when initially spoke with him in 2019. He has shown that same professionalism given my current situation. I would (and have) highly recommended this lawyer who genuinely cares more about the client than the understable need for case charge currency. However it is very competitive given the economy and other providers in his profession. Mr Samuels dedicated the time to assure my disability case moved swiftly through the system process and held true to any statement made. Worked with several of my providers as needed . Was very professional in guiding me through the required process of gathering office and the many procedure notes required by me from the Social Security Administration. Mr Samuels is very knowledgeable in the disability program and the way he breaks the language down to layman's terms is a helpful qualification of many definite accomplishments acquired by this top notch attorney.

Mr. Bradshaw was very attentive to everything I needed and wanted. Being the first lawyer I ever needed, he made the process as easy as possible for me. Michael Huyoung was a godsend for us. At age 68 I found myself in a situation I never could have imagined and was being prosecuted by the federal government and was looking at a long sentence.
Never ever in all my 68 years have I ever faced such a frightening possibility and had never, prior to that time, been involved in crime. I was informed by the FBI that I needed to get a good attorney.
With no experience and things like that I was at a loss to even know where to begin so I asked our eldest son, who was a policeman at that time, who he would recommend and he immediately said Michael Huyoung. Over his many years as a policeman he had seen hundreds of attorneys at work and he said Michael was the best.
He was absolutely correct.
It was a complicated case and Michael invested the time and effort both to understand what was the nature of what I was accused of and communicate honestly with me regarding what might be my outcome.
