Deborah is an amazing lawyer and I would recommend her to anyone who is going through divorce. She did an exceptional job in handling my divorce at a rapid pace. She was very affordable as well. She knew my biggest gripe was to make the divorce be as speedy as possible, while still holding my ground as to what assets should be granted as mine. She granted my wish of a speedy, but efficient divorce, and I am proud to say my divorce took 3 months to be completed from start to finish. If I ever have a legal matter, Deborah will be the first person I call. She is the best!

I very rarely care to post reviews but if it wasn't for this guy and what he did for me over 6 or 7 years ago, I more than likely wouldn't be where I am today. I was a knuckle head in my younger days and he came through. He came through in ways, some of my friends where shocked how my lawyer resolved my cases. I have straightened myself out now and he is DEFINITELY the Lawyer I strongly recommend when going into court battles. Great guy!

David Wade is an excellent attorney. He is in contact with you as much as you want/need. I've knowing Mr Easton for roughly 9 years now. I first hired him for a case that involved a hand full of serious charges that stemmed from a car dealer ship that I worked at. This was a very complex case that he actually plowed right through. The coolest thing I remember about that case while besides the fact that we walked away with a slap on the wrist - was when we walked outside just about every lawyer that was there approached Mr Easton like he was the godfather. The respect and honor these lawyers have for him is just astonishing. This guy is by far one of the top 5 lawyers in the state of NY!

This was a very stressful ,humbling and humiliating situation for me. Mr. Zimmerman's quiet, down to earth,warm and genuinely caring manner inspired my trust at our first meeting. He was patient and reassuring as he explained the process of defending my case. His confidence in his knowledge of the law pertaining to my situation was a great comfort.
In the grand scheme of things, I don't think my case was legally very complex, but he seemed to understand that to me it was. He made sure I understood each step of the process and patiently answered my questions. I appreciated the efficiency of being able to communicate by e-mail.

Recently I found myself in trouble with the criminal justice system due to a drug problem. I found myself needing a lawyer and money was tight and finding the right lawyer is very difficult. This was far from my first brush with the law which made things that much more difficult. I was facing a possible life sentence. I have used many attorneys in Monroe County although they were pretty good attorneys I never really received the outcome I hoped for. This time I hired Christopher Rodeman. The price was reasonable and he did work with my family to pay the balance. He came to see me often and keep me updated, which very few attorneys do that even when he had no information he stopped and checked on me to let me know all is ok. Due to his hard work and his dedication I got very little time. Mr rodeman seeing to it that I would get the help I need for my drug addiction so I have a new chance to live a clean life because of the help you gave me he put in more work than I paid for so this message is to say thank you Mr. Rodeman the bottom of my heart for getting me another chance. You are by far the best lawyer I have ever dealt with. Great job Chris, and thank you very much . I recommend you to everyone and anyone who needs an attorney.

My wife and I contacted Roman to work our family court matter. He handled
everything for us - working with Monroe County to make sure that all the
paperwork was filled out quickly and correctly. He was prompt in letting us
know when we needed to fill out something or when he heard back from the
county regarding any delays.
He did a great job and was well respected by everyone that he needed to
work with. The judge was really impressed with him (which can go a long way
when dealing in family court). He was very knowledgeable regarding the
process and knew where to find answers for the tough weird questions that
arise during the process.
I strongly recommend Roman for anything you might need an attorney for, but
especially for family court or legal advice for family court matters.

I highly recommend Tim Sardone for your real estate transactions! We were warned that the schedule to complete our home purchase was very optimistic and that it would be difficult for the title work to be finished in this time frame. Tim not only made sure it was on time…it was early. He kept us informed throughout the process and quickly answered all of our questions. And this certainly individual gave Mr. Willman a run for his money. If you know you know. I have always learned it's never a good idea to work against your attorney... But more less let them guide you through your case. And not call the shots that will not work out in your favor.. The service I received was so terrible I have filed an official attorney grievance with the 7th Judicial District as well as a complaint to the New York Bar Association. My attorney Alex Serles was grossly unprepared for my hearing and utterly incompetent. Even the judge and District Attorney were angry with his lack of preparedness for my case that morning. The judge was going to cancel the hearing as a result. Which would have been another hardship for me having come a long distance travel out-of-state. So instead, my attorney just threw me under the bus to get the hearing done that morning; even after the judge said he had no other option but to “sentence me with all punishments having nothing to go on”, based upon my attorney’s lack of preparedness and gross incompetence. The District Attorney also expressed her anger that Alex Serles had not even updated her on my case in preparation for my hearing. The Senior Management Partner (attorney) as well, was not at all caring nor compassionate regarding the gross negligence I received from my attorney Alex Serles. I cannot warn future clients enough to not hire this firm to represent you. It was an over $5500 thousand dollar expensive lesson for me to learn. “Buyers Beware!”!
