I reached out to Paula when I was in dire need of guidance and changes I needed to make to my child custody orders in order to move. My orders were with the Dallas court system so the job was not as easy, but she took on the challenge with open arms. She worked with them and myself to get orders served to my child's father in Dallas. We got a quick court date and she took the time to travel with me to Dallas to speak to the judge. She not only got me what i asked for, but she did even better. She got my children's entire geographical living restrictions lifted giving me and my family peace of mind for the next time we have to move. Mr. Finch was assigned to me as a court appointed. He showed up to speak with me pretty fast. He knew his stuff and what he was talking about. In court he was very prepared showed me all the evidence they had and helped me make a good choice in sentence I received. I recommend him. I told him I would write him a good review and I'm keeping my word. I didn't expect to get so much out of a lawyer appointed to me but he was very professional and did an awesome job.

My Story started back in 2013. After a long, anxiety filled time, David, Frank and Michael finally put it to rest with an outcome that was definitely worth it. I am extremely happy and grateful for the work and time they put into my case. These guys aren't the run of the mill lawyers out there, they work their asses off to get the best result that is possible. I interviewed a few lawyers before volk and mcelroy and I am extremely glad that I went with my gut and hired them rather than any of the others I had interviewed.
I received a great outcome due to David and Franks persistence throughout this matter. This is the firm I will continue to do business with in the future. If you have any doubts, go at least talk to them, you will not be disappointed! If you want a favorable outcome in your case, hire them!

When choosing the right lawyers to represent me only one group stood out as the correct choice and that was David Volk, Frank McElroy and Michael Volk. This was my 1st time needing lawyers and I didn't know exactly what to look for but they won me over from the start because I was really listened to and I never had the feeling of a client being sold on a product. Instead I felt like I was sharing my story with professionals who cared and believed me. I was in a tough situation since I was accused of a felony assault on a peace officer and the possible outcomes really scared me. David, Frank and Michael were realistic about the possibilities but were very confident about being able to help me based on my story. As a military veteran, a nurse and a father I had alot on the line and they never forgot about that and fought for my reputation and my career. I was always included in the process and advised whenever I had questions or doubts along the way. David, Frank and Michael knew that I wouldnt accept anything other than getting the case dropped or a not guilty verdict and they were right there with me and felt the same way. The case was not dropped and the case ended up going to trial. Although the whole process was new to me I was allowed to feel relaxed and confident because they talked me through every step and was reassured by their confident and professional demeanor as well as by their knowledge and experience. At the end of the trial I walked out of the courtroom more than satisfied after a not guilty verdict. Deliberation took about 30 minutes. It was very quick. They were that good. I hated being in the situation that I was in and I don't ever want to go through it again but Im glad I chose Volk and McElroy to represent me throught it all. They got me the outcome that I wanted and the one they said they would get me. I made the right choice and I would absolutely recommend others make the same choice.

We got referred to Mr. Lowe from another attorney. We had a lawyer prior to Allen that was very expensive, so you would think that they would do a lot. Wrong. Then we met Allen and while he was a bit more expensive than the other lawyers we were looking into. This man has helped my family, tremendously. We had a custody case and he has been thorough through it all. He has answered all our questions. He is always level headed and always made sure we knew he would always do the best he could. He was way more attentive than any lawyer; that i have previously employed.
He has a lot of pro's and i have already recommended him to another family member.

Hired Ray Adam's to handle my divorce and child custody case. Being a man fighting for custody of my children in Texas was an uphill battle not many Men can ever say they won. Straight from the start he informed me of the variables and battle ahead. Never did he fill my head with "over coincident result" or a sure outcome. I comfortable with him and what he had to say from the get go. He layed it all on the table and didn't sugar coat anything. He told him how it was straight foward. First time ever in jail and looking at felony 2 with a court appointed lawyer and I was terrified by all the horror stories of my fellow inmates. My odds at getting one to actually care to show up and discuss my case with me were little to none. I heard continuously bad things about most court appointed lawyers. They finally assigned one to me four weeks in and by 9 am the next morning his team was there to work to help me. I was blown away. He immediately went to work for me and was never to busy to answer questions of any kind .and put the effort into my case. When my first court date arrived and was reset with no future date I was horrified. Within one week I was out of jail with case dismissed and back at home where I belong. I can't say it enough.. Thank you Anthony Cantrell. You were a cut above the rest.

Ms. Criswell represented us in a frivolous lawsuit, in which we were defendants. She navigated through the ridiculous and endless amounts of red tape. When it finally got to the point where we went to trial, it was as if a Terminator took over. To say that she eviscerated the plaintiff on the stand is an understatement. She was so thorough, so laser-accuracy direct, that the judgment came back in 15 minutes - in OUR favour. She cut through all the horse hockey and clearly exposed the whole case for what it was: a frivolous and pointless lawsuit. She also made the plaintiff's irritating lawyer look pretty foolish, too! ;-) We **** HIGHLY RECOMMEND **** Ms. Criswell!

I would say that I would recommend this Lawyer to anyone and everyone. We haven't always seen eye to eye on every issue but at the end of the day he will look out for your best intrest. John was appointed to me because I couldnt afford a Lawyer, but this made no difference to him he Defended me as if I were a paid client. I knew I was innocent of these false charges and John had put together a great Defense that he worked really hard on. He was in constant communication with me Via Email and anwered all his messages. He is intellegent and a very hard worker. On the day of my Trial he announced "Ready for Trial with Pre Trial motions filed and Ready for an aquittal"(entire court room laughs in audible). The last part he added for flair but I think thats what got the Assistant D.A to realize that he didnt have a case. Not even an hour later John and I are sitting down discussing our stratgey going in to the trial and the Assistant D.A walks over with a piece of paper that states Motion for Dismissal. John will never know how grateful my Family and I are for his hard work. He is a great Lawyer and a good man!

Steve was timely responsive and laid out all the options for the work I needed. Was an incredible counselor and worked hard for the best outcome which he eventually accomplished.
