I have known Brandon Prater for many years now, we used to work together in the law enforcement field. He was as understanding then as he is now. Hired Ray Adam's to handle my divorce and child custody case. Being a man fighting for custody of my children in Texas was an uphill battle not many Men can ever say they won. Straight from the start he informed me of the variables and battle ahead. Never did he fill my head with "over coincident result" or a sure outcome. I comfortable with him and what he had to say from the get go. He layed it all on the table and didn't sugar coat anything. He told him how it was straight foward. His well laid plan fell into place like finely placed domino's and the outcome I was seeking was ultimately won. Divorced was finalized and I was awarded custody in Texas mind you of my three boys. First time ever in jail and looking at felony 2 with a court appointed lawyer and I was terrified by all the horror stories of my fellow inmates. My odds at getting one to actually care to show up and discuss my case with me were little to none. I heard continuously bad things about most court appointed lawyers. They finally assigned one to me four weeks in and by 9 am the next morning his team was there to work to help me. I was blown away. He immediately went to work for me and was never to busy to answer questions of any kind .and put the effort into my case. When my first court date arrived and was reset with no future date I was horrified. Within one week I was out of jail with case dismissed and back at home where I belong. I can't say it enough.. Thank you Anthony Cantrell. You were a cut above the rest.

Eduardo was the perfect lawyer. He gets back to you in a timely manner. Whenever I had a question he knew how to word it just right for me to understand it. He would keep me up-to-date on every new document that I received by calling me before it arrived so I wouldn't freak out at all the legal terms I was going to have to read later. This man is super considerate and an amazing listener. He really hears out your concerns and makes you feel at ease.

After I was arrested I searched for and spoke to numerous lawyers and felt no confidence. I began looking through the"Top 22 Lawyers" list and found the Law Offices of Daniel and Hudson. I spoke with the paralegal Brittany and she had a lawyer call me back within minutes. After speaking with the lawyer, Mr. Halstead (a military Veteran) I was more at ease and knew this was the right lawyer. The up front cost wasn't ridiculous and he was already making a plan on how to move forward. We spoke often at his office answering any questions I had and he also called me to let me know what was going on with my case. My charges were very serious and I was originally looking at a possible 25 years, but with his advice to hold out for a better outcome, it was 8 yrs, then it was just probation then it was dismissed. I owe it to Mr. Halstead for his knowledge of the criminal justice system and knowing when and how to present his case. I would "Highly" recommend Mr. Halstead in any criminal case because of his professionalism and knowledge base. Thanks to Mr.Halsted and his team (Brittany and Veronica) I got my life back!

I was in a big messy divorce and allegations arose of misconduct with my child ( to put it mildly ). After putting money down with a criminal lawyer that I will not name, I saw the beginning of a scary path because the lawyer lacked sufficient experience in these type of cases. So I looked up the Daniel and Hudson law firm and decided to present my case.
I was informed of what to expect and what not to expect. But throughout the conversations I’ve seen the experienced lawyers treating this case with diligence. What I experienced in the court room when my lawyer questioned the states negligence in facts and lack of officers experience in sensitive information was overwhelming to witness; since I would have never known what to expect in this type of case. Ms. Criswell represented us in a frivolous lawsuit, in which we were defendants. She navigated through the ridiculous and endless amounts of red tape. When it finally got to the point where we went to trial, it was as if a Terminator took over. To say that she eviscerated the plaintiff on the stand is an understatement. She was so thorough, so laser-accuracy direct, that the judgment came back in 15 minutes - in OUR favour. She cut through all the horse hockey and clearly exposed the whole case for what it was: a frivolous and pointless lawsuit. She also made the plaintiff's irritating lawyer look pretty foolish, too! ;-) We **** HIGHLY RECOMMEND **** Ms. Criswell!

I would say that I would recommend this Lawyer to anyone and everyone. We haven't always seen eye to eye on every issue but at the end of the day he will look out for your best intrest. John was appointed to me because I couldnt afford a Lawyer, but this made no difference to him he Defended me as if I were a paid client. I knew I was innocent of these false charges and John had put together a great Defense that he worked really hard on. He was in constant communication with me Via Email and anwered all his messages. He is intellegent and a very hard worker. On the day of my Trial he announced "Ready for Trial with Pre Trial motions filed and Ready for an aquittal"(entire court room laughs in audible). The last part he added for flair but I think thats what got the Assistant D.A to realize that he didnt have a case. Not even an hour later John and I are sitting down discussing our stratgey going in to the trial and the Assistant D.A walks over with a piece of paper that states Motion for Dismissal. John will never know how grateful my Family and I are for his hard work. He is a great Lawyer and a good man!
