A long day on the fairgrounds turned into quite the misunderstanding due to the odd ways of getting out of the parking lots.
Carly was able to get an accurate understanding and documentation of the traffic patterns that were supposed to exist vs. how they were executed. Do to this understand we were able to prove my case that I was forced to go opposite than I had originally planned.
I am lucky to get the charges reduced and will be sure to go back to TPL with any needs in the future!

We were running out of answers on representation of attorneys for our son on criminal charges as we had previously hired various attorneys with them only taking money and wanting an easy way out by him taking a plea even though he was innocent . It was so bad that one of his attorneys had our son arrested by advising him not to show up to court. When we finally met Mr Brian Powers, he was up front with his fees and told us that he would make sure that justice was done for our son. He did not only keep to his word , but showed up to every court date and kept us informed of the process. All charges were dropped for our son. We highly recommend Mr Powers. He is knowledgeable, assertive and knows the law and makes sure that you as a client are at ease. He also saw the struggles our son was going through financially so he devised a payment plan for him. I was charged with assault causing bodily injury - family violence in Guadalupe County after my ex husband called the police during an argument we were having. He was punching and strangling me, so I hit him with a rock to get him off of me. Since he was the one that called the cops and reported the incident, it ended in my arrest. So I found Christine Del Prado and met with her upon my release to review my case and see if this was something she could help me fight. Christine and her husband met with me and went over my case and assured me that I would be in good hands, and that we would fight this case. And that she did! She did not back down, she said we would push this all the way to trial when dealing with the prosecutors in Guadalupe. And she had the case fully dismissed with in 3 court dates. No trial needed, last court appearance not needed. If convicted or any sort of court ordered probation or supervision would have been required it would have prevented this charge from ever being removed from my record. So we need a not guilty verdict or a full dismissal, which she produced. I could not have asked for a better attorney on my side. She was amazing, diligent, and had great communication with me during the entire process. I would only recommend her. Ever. Thank you Christine for everything you have done for me and all of your hard work!!

I would first start by saying that I literally prayed to God and asked for a female attorney that would truly care and have my best interests at heart then I found Linda Corley. For starters I was left in jail to rot by a paid well known firm when my wife told me that she had found an attorney that may be able to help us, because I also told my wife that I had prayed for a woman attorney that cares about their clients, and that was Linda Corley. In the beginning of my case she first had to correct a major issue that my hired previous attorney had failed to do and she did just that. Then she went on further to not only handle my case with honesty and swiftness, she coached me on how and what to do so that I wouldn't further damage myself or my credibility. Once my judgement was rendered and she had done her job, I had to rehire her again for a different issue and immediately she jumped right in and went to work. I can't give details but Mrs. Corley and her firm has been absolutely incredible to me and for me. Regardless of where I go, I will definitely recommend Linda Corley and her firm to anyone that I come in contact with who needs a firm that will truly have their best interests at heart and who will quickly start working to get results for their clients. We called Justin Coquat of Traffic Ticket SA regarding a speeding ticket for our teenage daughter she received in Bulverde, TX. We do not have much experience with traffic ticket lawyers, but we felt comfortable with his firm the first time we called them for help. The front office is friendly and professional. Our calls and/or emails were answered every time. Justin is a true professional, kind and respectful. He definitely cares for his clients and their situations. My ex-wife gave me an extremely contentious divorce through constant harassment, stalking, false allegations, false police reports and defamation. I'm so happy how my case turned out. I was accused of a embarrassing crime. Mr Ambrosino found how the police did a bad investigation and arrested me. Tho there was differences between myself and Mr Ambrosino I believe he was doing what was best for me I still give him 5 stars because I know he worked hard on the case and was extremely confident on his defense of me. I was referred to Mr. Joe Gonzales by a law enforcement colleague who had dealt with him several times while working cases at the DA’s office. I was given Mr. Gonzales’s cell number and calling him was the best decision I had ever made. My initial meeting and impression of Mr. Gonzales was that he was a professional and he listened attentively while I explained what had occurred that led up to my arrest and charge. He understood that I could not accept anything but a dismissal or an acquittal or I would lose my career and future goals. He advised me that he would be working with a team that included Mr. Christian Henrickson and that I would be getting two lawyers for the price of one. I struggled emotionally through a year and a half of court dates until the case went to trial. Despite all my fears, Mr. Gonzales and his team reassured me and I knew they believed in my innocence. When Mr. Gonzales goes into “trial mode” it’s amazing. His cross examinations of the prosecution’s witnesses and complainant were direct and strategically effective. The trial was very stressful for me and as we were waiting for the jury to return with their verdict after deliberation I will never forget how terrified I was and how Mr. Gonzales calmingly placed his hand on mine and smiled and said, “Do not lose your faith now.” He was confident until the very end and even when I had feared the worst he believed in my case. The jury came back very quickly with a unanimous decision and acquitted me of the charge. I will never forget what I went through to fight for the truth and I will never forget how hard Mr. Gonzales and his team fought for me. They were amazing and I felt so blessed to have them fighting in my corner. Joe, from the bottom of my heart I want thank you and will never forget what you did. I was very concerned about what attorney would represent me. I wanted and attorney that would they be fair and understanding to my case. When I was initially arrested for a DWI I was a first time offender and did not know the full extent of what fighting it in court would mean. Kyle was patient and walked me through the entire process. He made himself available to me even on weekends to answer questions and help reduce my anxiety. Ultimately, it took almost two years to resolve my DWI and Kyle was there every step of the way. I was offered many plea deals because I was a first time offender with a low BAC level and each deal seemed good, however, Kyle never pressured me to accept anything I did not feel 100% confident with. In the end he ended up getting my case dismissed. Over the two years that I worked with him he showed nothing but professionalism and empathy, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Kyle represented me for a Class A assault case. It was my first time having trouble with the law and I was very unaware of the legal process. I figured common sense justice would be applied by prosecutors but I found that is not necessarily the case. I found that a lot of the prosecutors are only interested in winning and advancing their career. Basically once you are charged, you need someone fighting for you to prove your innocence or take some sort of plea. Kyle did a fantastic job fighting for me. He is very knowledgeable about the law and has a lot of tools in his kit to help prove your innocence. Kyle fought for me and refused to be pressured into bad plea deals. We eventually went to trial, which ended in a mistrial and an eventual dismissal. I highly recommend Kyle and his team to fight your case.

I have never been in trouble with the law in my life. So, when I was charged with multiple class B felonies, it was incredibly stressful. Mr. Churak was able to get me a reasonable bond amount; lower than what I had researched for similar charges. Mr. Churak took care of all my hearings; I did not have to appear in court at all. It took a couple of years, but in the end, he got the case dismissed. I feel the amount he charged was more than reasonable, especially given the outcome. The total was $10,000, and honestly, it was the best money I've ever had to spend. I would definitely place my trust in him and his abilities again should the need ever arise again. It's not easy to decide whose hands you should place your life in when facing serious, potentially life changing criminal charges.
