When I was initially arrested for a DWI I was a first time offender and did not know the full extent of what fighting it in court would mean. Kyle was patient and walked me through the entire process. He made himself available to me even on weekends to answer questions and help reduce my anxiety. Ultimately, it took almost two years to resolve my DWI and Kyle was there every step of the way. I was offered many plea deals because I was a first time offender with a low BAC level and each deal seemed good, however, Kyle never pressured me to accept anything I did not feel 100% confident with. In the end he ended up getting my case dismissed. Over the two years that I worked with him he showed nothing but professionalism and empathy, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Kyle represented me for a Class A assault case. It was my first time having trouble with the law and I was very unaware of the legal process. I figured common sense justice would be applied by prosecutors but I found that is not necessarily the case. I found that a lot of the prosecutors are only interested in winning and advancing their career. Basically once you are charged, you need someone fighting for you to prove your innocence or take some sort of plea. Kyle did a fantastic job fighting for me. He is very knowledgeable about the law and has a lot of tools in his kit to help prove your innocence. Kyle fought for me and refused to be pressured into bad plea deals. We eventually went to trial, which ended in a mistrial and an eventual dismissal. I highly recommend Kyle and his team to fight your case.

Assisted in a Public Intoxication case. Asked me what I wanted and said he would do everything to realistically obtain that result and did. I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room. Although everyone's experience is different, I was able to complete an amicable, uncontested divorce that was finalized in just over 60 days. Vanessa work on my case through several applications/forms (from work permit renewal to permanent residency) from the start she will learn and help you bring out any little detail of your case that can help or hurt the proceeding. As a professional she will put a case together and a course of action and give you those options. Not one mistake, Vanessa, Natasha and the entire staff are as professional as it comes, meeting timelines, overseeing problems that could arise and making sure you are prepared for them (since immigration law is so complicated). I have never been in trouble with the law in my life. So, when I was charged with multiple class B felonies, it was incredibly stressful. Mr. Churak was able to get me a reasonable bond amount; lower than what I had researched for similar charges. Mr. Churak took care of all my hearings; I did not have to appear in court at all. It took a couple of years, but in the end, he got the case dismissed. I feel the amount he charged was more than reasonable, especially given the outcome. The total was $10,000, and honestly, it was the best money I've ever had to spend. I would definitely place my trust in him and his abilities again should the need ever arise again. It's not easy to decide whose hands you should place your life in when facing serious, potentially life changing criminal charges. I wholeheartedly recommend you seriously consider Mr. Gary Churak should you find yourself in legal jeopardy.

From when I was first charged he was patient with all my anxiety and answered all my calls. I was looking at 2 to 20 years as a habitual offender,he not only got the habitual dropped,but I was only on 2 years regular probation and a year later he went back to court and helped me get released from probation a year early. Mr. Davidson was first hired to represent me more than 10 years ago. Needless to say I was a troubled child going through the juvenile system. In almost every 8+ of my cases he found a dismissal with the exception of one (which was due to my own fault). Recently a case came up as an adult, and he moved swiftly in getting this dismissed. Andrew did a great job handling my possession of marijuana and unlawful carry charges. He told me the best course of action to go about, what steps I could take such as passing my drug test prior to court and attending classes that would be required of me after seeing a judge. Having me accomplish these things before my final court date allowed me to have two cases dismissed altogether and have the other two cases deferred with one-day probation. His prices was extremely fair and did a great job of talking me through the process and helping me understand my situation and the possible outcomes at any time. I was referred by a friend to contact Ted Santos regarding a Deceptive Trade Practices Act case with a local car dealership. Ted returned my call quickly and outlined the process in terms I could easily understand. He explained both the upside and downside of filing this claim and process/costs of moving forward.
What impressed me most was his honesty in letting me know that a case like this might be settled quickly or, if the dealership decided that they believed they had done nothing wrong and fought back, the time and costs could spiral quickly upward. Based on this sound advice, I went back to the dealership and negotiated a settlement on my own.
If Ted had not taken the time to explain all my options, I would have not pursued a more reasonable settlement with the dealership. The next time I need good legal advice, I will call Ted.

I am a grandparent an used Attorney Kirkwood. There were 3 other parties involved in the case. He outperformed all parties involved. A successful outcome is an understatement. Not only did I get custody, I got child support. Supervised visitation was granted. He is an excellent litigator and a sincerely concerned individual. His prices were reasonable. Albert represented me during a difficult time when I was indicted by the U.S. Attorney on Federal Charges. I did not know who he was or had never heard of him. I was referred to him by a friend.

Albert Flores assisted my son when he was charged with marijuana possession.
