I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room. Although everyone's experience is different, I was able to complete an amicable, uncontested divorce that was finalized in just over 60 days. Without the help of Chanda and her team, there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own. I was very pleased with my outcome, which is astounding that I am even writing this sentence, because I am a person who never thought divorce was an option. I had several questions and, admittedly, was a bit pressuring at times, but they always provided me with the information I needed and handled everything professionally. After I was arrested I searched for and spoke to numerous lawyers and felt no confidence. I began looking through the"Top 22 Lawyers" list and found the Law Offices of Daniel and Hudson. I spoke with the paralegal Brittany and she had a lawyer call me back within minutes. After speaking with the lawyer, Mr. Halstead (a military Veteran) I was more at ease and knew this was the right lawyer. The up front cost wasn't ridiculous and he was already making a plan on how to move forward. We spoke often at his office answering any questions I had and he also called me to let me know what was going on with my case. My charges were very serious and I was originally looking at a possible 25 years, but with his advice to hold out for a better outcome, it was 8 yrs, then it was just probation then it was dismissed. I owe it to Mr. Halstead for his knowledge of the criminal justice system and knowing when and how to present his case. I would "Highly" recommend Mr. Halstead in any criminal case because of his professionalism and knowledge base. Thanks to Mr.Halsted and his team (Brittany and Veronica) I got my life back!

I live in Atlanta and needed an immigration lawyer and was referred to Mr.Garcia through a family friend. I would like to personally extend my gratitude to Shawn Brown due to how effective and efficient he was. Upon meeting him, I respected the fact that he listened to me and my case, paying attention to the details I provided him.

Trey Porter is the Best DWI Lawyer in Texas! I hired Mr. PORTER 2 weeks after my arrest. He answered all my questions including work stuff I was worried about.
I had a great experience with his firm and felt
like they cared about me. My charge was dismissed because Mr. Porter was able to show the arrest was illegal.

I really recommend Trey Porter as a lawyer and counselor. I received a bogus charge in Fredericksburg visiting on a girls trip. I was shocked with how police treated me. I found Trey Porter online and did a consultation over zoom the same day! He put me at ease. He did what he said he would do. My charge was dismissed and we just finished the expnging process. I never had to appear in court and received constant updates from the friendly office staff. 10/10!!!

I am very satisfied with Mr. Porter’s legal services. My DWI case was totally bogus, the cop had it out for me the whole time. I was still arrested and “put through the system”’so to speak. My medical license was on the line meaning my practice and everything I’ve worked for were in jeopardy. I am very happy I retained Mr. Porter. My sister and I engaged Jacqueline in January to represent us in a CPS investigation after my 6 year old niece was placed under a 30-day safety plan while my sister underwent alcohol detox and therapy. This was our first interaction with CPS. We used employer-provided services rather than the onerous services demanded by CPS. CPS threatened numerous times to move my niece into foster care. They also threatened a legal motion to participate in their services. They even claimed that they didn't have to talk to a legal representative. We would never have been able to navigate this process without Jacqueline, who is an expert not only in the law, but in the ways that CPS will try to manipulate and threaten. Jacqueline made the case that CPS services and involvement were not needed beyond the 30 days. My niece returned home after 30 days, and as of 3 months later, CPS has taken no further action. Jacqueline will fight for you and execute a plan with the highest probability of success. She will navigate the maze of CPS that you can’t see. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Jacqueline.
