Mr. Virgen has handled an immigration case behalf of myself, a citizenship case for a friend and a divorce case for my husband. In each of our cases, Mr. Virgen was prompt, responsible and friendly.
He made sure we understood the complexities of the processes involved so that we could make informed decisions.
In meeting with Mr. Virgen and discussing our cases, we could plainly see that Mr. Virgen cares about his clients and cases.

Cathy is my court appointed attorney on a case that just will not end, yet through it all she is the best attorney I've ever known and I've dealt with MANY lawyers for different reasons. She is extremely personable and dedicated to her clients. Over the years of fighting my case she has seen my personal struggle through some difficult times and she always has had a kind word right when I need it most. She genuinely cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone. If you're doing what your supposed to and are honest with her she will go out of her to help you and fight for you. I'm hoping when I get out of rehab (a personal choice) that I have the privilege of her representing me for a totally different situation. I've never met a lawyer that I could trust and depend on until I met Cathy. She is a rare find with a heart of gold.

Harrison Declan is the best immigration lawyer you could ask for ! My wife and I had a great and very professional experience from start to finish. Harrison helped me with my marriage based application to register for permanent residence/adjust status (green card) . As a victim of counterfeit document from Nigeria. My wife(sponsor) an American citizen felt exhausted and overwhelmed after series of denials of our cases submitted to the USCIS. We were referred to this firm by our realtor. We were the victims of a scam artist here in San Antonio claiming to be a custom home builder. From the first phone call, we knew that Austin Navarro was a God send. He called us the Friday before Christmas and listened to and allowed us to vent while we told him our entire story. Austin never rushed us and allowed us to unload all the drama we had been going through with the "builder”. Austin was confident from the beginning that we were going to be ok. He never made promises that he didn't keep. Austin treated our case like we were family, he never gave up and he never stopped fighting for us. He was patient, professional and never acted as though we were a bother. When Austin arrived at our mediation, he came for battle. This builder has scammed a lot of innocent people in this area. He is notorious for trying to play the long game - he attempts to drag everything out until the victim runs out of money. That strategy didn't work with Austin. Austin stayed on him and his lawyer constantly. Austin was truly fighting for us the entire time. When we were stressed and ready to give up, Austin stayed positive and never failed us. Did I mention Austin was our 2nd lawyer, the first guy (another firm) just took our money and did nothing. That guy was basically manhandled by the builder’s lawyer. Austin on the other hand took our case very seriously from the first day. I have recommended Austin to all the other victims of the scam builder. (Hopefully Texas will eventually go after this guy criminally) but in the meantime- I am quite certain he never wants to hear the name Austin Navarro again. I would HIGHLY recommend Austin to anyone that needs a professional, strategic, thorough, caring and INCREDIBLE lawyer in their corner.

I was originally appointed to Mr. Ketner and he ended up being the best if not one of the best lawyers I've had the pleasure to deal with and of course to represent me. I had been dealing with this particular case for over a year before I met Travis, once he took over he kept me well informed of my rights and my options in the case.. Two months later case was closed!!!
I hired Travis for a separate case, 5 months later he got the case dismissed!!!

If you are researching attorneys, stop reading reviews and hire Jean Brown immediately. After being divorced for over seven years I was able to obtain custody of my 14-year-old son thanks to Jean Brown. Changing custody on a child this age is almost unheard of but Jean knew what it would take and how to accomplish it. This wasn’t some slam dunk, smoking gun as you might think either. It was a very difficult case for anyone. For years I watched my children being subtlety manipulated against me by my ex-wife and endured many moments of pain and frustration unable to do anything about it. Ashley represented me during my divorce in 2015. He was patient in explaining the process and proved an expert in his field with his knowledge of family law. He provided incredible support in helping me take the right steps to put my family in the best position possible for our new journey. Ashley represented me a second time last year when I had to go to trial against my ex-husband to modify our divorce decree to be able to relocate myself and my daughters back to Kansas City. I met Jesse over 10 years ago and hired her as my attorney this past year. Jessi Garza is a great attorney. I had the privilege of obtaining her services about a month ago. I was unfortunately arrested for charges that I thought would never go away. When I first met Ms Garza I was able to watch her work and she seemed to know her way around the court room. She was very honest and to the point and very courteous and professional. So when I was able to obtain her as an attorney I knew I had the right person fighting for me with out a doubt. When she would consult with me it was to the point and very honest. She never left you in the dark or guessing. She always made sure you knew what was going on and what her game plan was. It was just very comfortable dealing with her. She kept me at ease in a situation that normally I would be nervous. She definitely lived up to my expectations because she was able on the first day of court to have my charges dropped. I was nervous about choosing an attorney. I haven't ever needed one. I was also surprised at the retainer that most attorneys charge. Xalli Gonzales allowed a payment plan that worked with my income. What I really liked is that she explained how billing works with an attorney who charges an hourly rate. She knew I was tight on money. I was never surprised by a bill because she discussed it with me each step of the way. I was also nervous about showing up to court. Mrs. Gonzales made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Everything was resolved promptly and painlessly.

I had an attorney who did nothing for me but lose my right to see my son. I fired the old and hired Xalli Gonzales. She wasn't the cheapest but she explained exactly what she intended to do and put me on a payment plan that I could live with. We recently had our final hearing and she won back my standard visitations with my son. I don't know what I would have done without her. My other attorney showed up to my final hearing with a motion to withdraw. Xalli was there, took over the case, and we won everything back. On responsiveness I didn't rate her as excellent because it takes her about 24 hours to return a call. But it is actually HER that calls and not an assistant so I guess that is still pretty good.

BAUMAN. I would not hesitate to hire Brooke again, and would refer her to any family member or friend needing her expertise and poise in their time of need. Should I ever have any questions or concerns regarding the law, I know that I can contact Brooke for friendly, timely, competent and professional advisement.
Although I do not personally have a need for a Spanish-speaking attorney, I know that Brooke is fluent in Spanish and I trust that she is equally capable of taking care of my Spanish-speaking family and friends, with the same superior level of competency, expertise and poise that Brooke has shown me since 2006. So, don’t let the name fool you, if you are in need of a bilingual attorney speaking both Spanish and English! Conveniently, her office is located within walking distance from the courthouse.
When I need an attorney I can trust to get the job done, I call Brooke. I got arrested for a DWI and had no idea how to deal with the situation. A co worker of mine recommened Brooke Bauman and was told she is one of the best defense attorneys in san antonio. I went with his advice and hired her. Brooke recommended that i fight the case and saved my drivers license from being revoked. My ordeal started in April of 2013, when I was falsely accused of Indecency with a child. I originally hired another attorney in San Antonio who guided me through the first few months. I was happy with him but I wanted more so I did my research and Ben's name kept coming up. The Sifuentes law firm is exactly what I needed since I also needed employment guidance since I was a police officer of 19 years. The stakes were high and I was facing certain prison time if I didn't hire the right legal team. Knowing this I made the decision to hire Ben. It was a move that I did not regret! Since the beginning I knew this was another type of attorney. He reviewed the evidence over and over. Ben would assemble an entire staff on a Saturday and we would go over every shred of evidence. I can tell you Ben will work for you and he will out work the DA's office. Ben will be prepared! My ordeal ended on the third anniversay to the day with a "Not Guilty" verdict. It took the jury less than 15 minutes to render this decision. I can tell you Ben is like a family member now! If you need an attorney in Bexar County I would tell you to hire Ben!

In March 2015, I found myself in need of an attorney. I searched and searched but couldn't find anyone willing to help me fight a very powerful corporation. I was about to give up when a friend told me about Ben Sifuentes. I was very skeptical when I first walked into Ben's office. I had been to so many attorney's and none of them would entertain the idea of helping me.
By the time shook Bens hand and walked out of his office, I knew I was in THE best hands I could be in! Ben went to work on my civil case and I was amazed to see him work. Ben is extremely skilled and very experienced in both criminal and civil trials. While preparing to defend you, Ben will sit down with you and listen to you. Don't get offended if he turns his head away from you or leans back in a chair while you're talking to him. He is not ignoring you! Quite the contrary! Ben is playing out every scenario and thinking 10 steps ahead of those who you are fighting!
I can truly say Ben takes your best interest at heart and does not do things without thinking them over hundreds of times. He wants to make sure every angle is covered to give you the best defense imaginable. Ben is also tenacious, almost Pitbullesque. If you need an attorney to grab a hold and not let go, then I highly recommend Ben Sifuentes. I was terminated from my job on a Thursday, by Monday I was rehired. Well back to my story, I witnessed Ben tear apart a state witness in my civil hearing, without the witness even knowing what had happened lol! Needless to say, after my hearing, I was reinstated to my job with back pay which is rare to be awarded!

I reached out to Paula when I was in dire need of guidance and changes I needed to make to my child custody orders in order to move. My orders were with the Dallas court system so the job was not as easy, but she took on the challenge with open arms. My Story started back in 2013. After a long, anxiety filled time, David, Frank and Michael finally put it to rest with an outcome that was definitely worth it. When choosing the right lawyers to represent me only one group stood out as the correct choice and that was David Volk, Frank McElroy and Michael Volk. This was my 1st time needing lawyers and I didn't know exactly what to look for but they won me over from the start because I was really listened to and I never had the feeling of a client being sold on a product. Instead I felt like I was sharing my story with professionals who cared and believed me. I was in a tough situation since I was accused of a felony assault on a peace officer and the possible outcomes really scared me. David, Frank and Michael were realistic about the possibilities but were very confident about being able to help me based on my story. As a military veteran, a nurse and a father I had alot on the line and they never forgot about that and fought for my reputation and my career. I was always included in the process and advised whenever I had questions or doubts along the way. David, Frank and Michael knew that I wouldnt accept anything other than getting the case dropped or a not guilty verdict and they were right there with me and felt the same way. At the end of the trial I walked out of the courtroom more than satisfied after a not guilty verdict. Deliberation took about 30 minutes. It was very quick. They were that good. They got me the outcome that I wanted and the one they said they would get me. I made the right choice and I would absolutely recommend others make the same choice.

Gladys Del Fierro is the best attorney ever. She help us in a juvenile drug charge case. She ended up getting us deferred prosecution which is like a dismissal with minimal probation time. Previous lawyers, the DA, the probation officer all said this could not happen but our lawyer made it happen. Amazing. I have had the pleasure of working with Attorney Kelly on two occasions this year. The 1st time I was renting from a rogue property owner who refused to fix the a/c when it was hot and the heating unit in the middle of winter. When the unit was finally fixed she transferred the costs back to me and wouldn't accept rent until the balance of $1,100 was covered.
