If you work with Ashley you will be surprised at how pleasant and knowledgeable she is. But what I liked the most about her is that whenever she asked me for something she always gave me plenty of time to gather the information she needed. She made everything non STRESSFUL which is a real plus.

Mr Southcott was an EXCELLENT attorney for me. I was facing felony robbery with a prison prior and I pled to restitution and a misdemeanor theft. No jail and easy probation. He was a sheriffs deputy for 20 years before becoming an attorney so he knows the system very well. He spent time with me, explained everything very well and got me practically off considering what I was facing. Hire him and thank me later.

I got arrested for a federal case on transporting illegal aliens on December of 2019 on my first appearance with my public defender that the court assign me she told me straight up that she wouldn't be able to get me bailed out, until we had court in San Diego in front of the judge that next day I had court again but at that time my brother's hired Attorney Jack J. Boltax that first thing he said to me on the interview in jail, he said we will get you out today, and that's what he did and with a lower bail. This attorney Jack J boltax doesn't play games, or loose time. The D.A put me at level ||| and a offense level 18 I was looking at real time 33-41 months the first 3 weeks he drop my level to 12 that was about a year in jail. He always said to me that he got my back. He would tell me that there was nothing to be nervous about and he proved to me everything the day of my sentence. On my sentence day I got 80 days in jail and to complete those days over weekends now I can still be working outside and support my family. Boltax was able to fight the deal and he got it for me. I truly , truly recommend this Attorney Jack J boltax he fights for you till the end his an excellent attorney with awesome knowledge to defend your case.

I am an L.A. criminal defense attorney. I met Jack when I needed intel on a certain judge and prosecutor in San Diego Federal court. I needed an attorney to assist with a pseudo-domestic issue and Ashley was extremely professional, diligent, and helped to keep the costs down as well. Her legal advice was concise and understandable to someone such as myself with little to no legal experience in this area. She was extremely accommodating with working around my schedule, and she was able to handle all signatures on documents electronically, so I did not have to go out of my way to go to her office to sign documents. She also gave me a payment plan to pay off my balance.

I had never been in any legal trouble before so finding out I had not one but two serious and violent felony strike offenses filed against me was beyond scary, especially when I knew I was the real victim. Antony has represented me for the past two years in several matters including: employment matters, regaining my license after losing my license from too many tickets and he was able to get my full (non-restricted) driving privileges back. I was told it was impossible by everyone, but he found a way to get me an emergency meeting and we wrote out a declaration and went fully prepared and the DMV liaison was impressed that he gave me my full unrestricted driving privileges back!
He went above and beyond and helped me lock in an interview at my dream job which ended up hiring me. He has taken on several roles and not the typical attorney I have dealt with in the past. I was facing serious federal charges and was my first time being in any kind of trouble with the law. I was introduced to Mr. Spears through a retainer with Seyb Law Group in Tustin, CA. I was in the market for a lawyer to help me clear my arrest record for a DUI that the D.A never filled charges, but the arrest was still on my record. I was all set to meet with another lawyer the day after I gave Brian a call, but I was referred to Brian from another lawyer contact that I picked up from my job. Called his office, got him on the phone, explained my situation, he told me exactly what he would do and how much it would cost. I wanted to set up a face to face meeting or we could have just corresponded via snail mail. I chose the face to face option.
I went to the previously scheduled meeting with the other lawyer. The other lawyer said what Brian proposed to do could not be done and was going to charge me 85 percent more then what Brian quoted. I thanked him for his time and went to my meeting with Brian.
When I met with Brian it was painless, I peppered him with questions about wether I was legally entitled to the remedy he was seeking. He said that I was, a direct contradiction of the previous lawyer that I talked to. After signing things that allowed Brian to represent me I again asked him when I could expect a result of the remedy he was seeking with SDPD. He gave me a one month turnaround. I walked out of his office reassured. And only spending a tiny fraction of what the other lawyer was quoting me.
The month came and I got a letter from Brian with what he had promised from SDPD. He also requested that my arrest be sealed and destroyed. This was the same process that the other lawyer was going to charge me an arm and a leg for. I called Brian and got him on the phone right away, asked how much the extra motion was going to cost. He told me not to worry and will discuss any extra fees dependent on how SDPD responded to the request to seal and destroy. Again this was a request that the first lawyer said that SDPD usually never grants. Brian on the other hand told me to wait it out for their response. He again gave me a one month deadline for them to respond.
Before the one month deadline I got another letter from Brian indicating that SDPD had agreed to seal and destroy the record of the arrest. I can not thank Brian enough, I can legally and honestly answer any question about wether I have ever been arrested with a resounding NO. Do your research first and talk to Brian and see what he says. I trust him 100 percent.

Recently, I had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Hairgrove over a phone consultation about a problem concerning my son. Many attorneys come off as being pretentious and impersonable, acting as if they're doing you a favor and making it obvious that their payday is most important. How refreshing it was to speak Mr Hairgrove. I spoke with him for approximately 30 minutes and not once did I feel hurried. Mr Hairgrove never spoke about retaining his services or related costs. He just talked to me about the issue and offered good sound advice. I was the one who offered to pay his fees for a conference call representation in which he could have easily accepted and made some easy cash. Instead, he told me that he would make himself available if needed but offered me enough sound advice that would help me settle the matter without an attorney.
I worked for over 30 years in Law Enforcement and met some good attorneys but many that I didn't care for because of lack of ethics and integrity. Mr. Hairgrove seems like one of good lawyers that still believes in integrity over profits. I would not hesitate to retain his service if needed! Thank you again!

Words cannot describe how happy I am that I chose Greg to represent me. I started out with a potential commercial burglary case after making some bad decisions at a Home Depot in San Diego. I spoke with a bunch of attorneys after the incident. Each one of them painted a grim picture of what the outcome would be. I was devastated. The anxiety and fear that I felt was overwhelming. My wife and I were charged with a crime for non-permitted rental real estate. The non-permitted portion of the home was built between 1969 and 1978. The city made us either tear down 1/4 of the house or bring it up to code.
Though Greg is not a real-estate specialist but, he has all the right connections. He advised us how to get through the legal battle by bringing the house up to code. And, while re-construction proceeded, he kept on top of all legal matters with the city.
In the end, the city settled the matter much to our satisfaction. And, he didn't nickel and dime us in the process.

I found that Ms. Scott was knowledgeable when it came to the custody case. Ms. Scott was always professional and genuinely cared about my dayghter and and myself. She was always informing me of the status of my case and different possibilites of the outcome. If I had questions I could call anytime and if she was not available she would call back as soon as she was able. Ms. Scott showed up to court dressed very professional and understood my wishes for custody. She would talk to me about an agreement and if the agreement was bad or not to my liking then she would voice that and not agree. Ms. Scott never pressered me to do or agree to anything, instead she recommended that before I would discuss anything to contact her. I had talked to a few lawyers in the area and all of them seemed to busy to sitdown and discuss my case, others would purse an expensive case. Ms. Scott made me feel comfortable and eager for me to dicuss my case. Ms. Scott would also inform me if doing something was a bad idea and educate me on a different approach, that was effective and saved time and money. I am a father and I could not have gotten my daughter back in my arms without the tremendous work done by Alexis Scott. I now have my five-year-old daughter back in my life AND with full custody after her mom abducted her and fled the state in 2009. I wasted precious time and money with the wrong lawyer for over a year. At just 21 years old, my entire life changed, I was facing multiple false accusations resulting in multiple felony charges and facing a possible lengthy prison sentence. Let me start off by saying I can't thank Logan enough for all his hard work. He took on a family member's case, which was very intense. Logan took the case head on and helped us remain calm through out the entire case, which felt like a roller coaster as we hoped we wouldn't hear the worst during each court. Logan was reassuring the whole time and responsive. He was in constant communication with all of us, and there were many of us constantly seeking updates. There was no question that was too dumb, nor did it phase him when I asked the same questions rephrased, as I wanted to make sure I understood. He was always very professional and checked in with us before walking into each court to give us a run down of what to expect, and gave us a summary as we walked out of court and told us what the next steps were. This case was a big deal because we were looking at a 10-15 year minimum sentence, and he got us the best deal possible. Jail time came out to 270 days. 270 DAYS! How Logan did it, I don't know, but he truly worked him magic and fought hard for us. I could not thank you Logan enough times, he got us out of a life altering jam. Highly recommend him!!

I'd like to start this reviewing by stating that this was my first time ever finding myself in legal trouble and it was for a false accusation that threatened to destroy my business and career, and, as the sole provider for my family, it put us all at extreme risk. Needless to say, this situation was horrifying and highly traumatic. I found myself in a place where I desperately needed someone to fight for me, hear me, and protect my business and my family. I was arrested for a DUI back in 2003. I was totally at fault and suffered the consequences however Robert totally had the charges minimized for me as the DA tried me for 2 counts. Robert handled a case for me when I was arrested in Hillcrest by the cops for falling asleep in my car on the side of the road. The police accused me of being under the influence of drugs, and took me to jail. Robert was very fast acting and kept me informed on my case the entire time. I was very fortunate to have been given Mike's business card the day before I flew to my home and business in Jamaica. Nearly a month to the day after flying out I found that I was in need of his service on a medical cannabis case. He gave me EXPERT advice and what he was able to do for me was what legends(and movies!) are made of.
In order to keep the identities of HIV/AIDS, Cancer and Leukemia patients private, I elected to to plead guilty on a RICO case involving 32 other individuals. To make a long story short, I was able to drive myself to and from the Courthouse! Although the Court knew that I flew in from Montego Bay 5 months after my warrant was issued, I was released on my own recognizance(OR'ed) without even confiscating my Passport.
The 32 others served 90 days in County. Mike was able to pove that I had a home and business in Jamaica(I am an American born white man!) Court documents show that I was sentenced to 3 years unsupervised probation and had to provide a "one-way ticket to Jamaica". A true miracle worker and THE right guy to have on your side when standing in front of the judge facing SB420/PROP 215 charges.

I owe Mike a lot. 3 years ago after the market crashed and I lost my job I got into the Medical Marijuana collective industry. Now in those 3 years I've had my share of troubles with the law. I'd used a few lawyers before Mike, but none of them really knew much about Medical Marijuana, they all treated my case like any other drug case. They didn't understand that I wasn't a drug dealer, that I was a business man afforded protection under CA law.
Mike was different, not only is Mike very connected in the Med Marijuana industry, but he's also very versed on the law for the subject. He knew how to show the court that I was simply following CA law and that I wasn't a criminal. I think it also helped a lot that Mike used to be a prosecutor in San Diego so he already knew all the DAs and most of the judges from working with them before. It definitely made a big difference when it came to negotiating a plea deal.
Plus Mike has always been a straight shooter with me about my situation, he's never tried to stretch the truth with me to get me to pay for something I didn't really need or wasn't worth trying and I can always get in touch with him when I need to.
I'm not in jail right now thanks to Mike and all the money/medicine the cops confiscated when they raided my shop is back in my hands because Mike fought to get it back.
The Med Marijuana business is tough from a legal perspective and I feel a lot more comfortable continuing now that I have a lawyer who really knows how to use the marijuana laws to help his clients.
I recommend anyone even thinking about getting involved in Medical Marijuana go talk to Mike first.

I had a very complicated case that I presented to David Siegal. Many lawyers might have walked away from it, but David did not. He sat with me and heard my whole story. He drove to the scene of the accident with me and took many pictures of his own to better understand the incident. He really gave my case his attention and his time and it paid off in the end. The opposing side denied everything, and delayed everything over and over again, but David stuck with it and we won the case in the end.
