Aaron was able to help me with my second DUI case in San Francisco. He’s very knowledgeable and knows people in the court system. I ended up taking a Plea Deal that resulted in the best possible outcome. Did not serve jail time, and paid less for the second DUI than my wet reckless. He also worked diligently with the DMV and fought to not get an automatic two year suspension on my license. Luckily I am able to get a restricted license. Aaron was always responsive and directly contacted me to handle anything that needed to be completed. He also had the best price out of any lawyer I spoke to and was able to work with me financially. He made the process and the experience of a second DUI way less stressful! Definitely recommend!

I was wrongfully arrested, taken to jail and told I had a warrant for i crime I didn’t commit nor was the warrant in my correct name. I was a nervous wreck after wondering what could happen to me. I had an amazing experience working with Jonah.
I had a small, but complex legal issue that resulted in a warrant being issued for time I had already served, and left the state for. I don’t have a ton of experience with lawyers, but would 100% recommend working with Cary after utilizing him to help with our prenuptial agreement. Cary was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and made the process as easy and straightforward as possible.
Since Cary was my lawyer and my partner had a different lawyer, I can tell you that our experience was one of extreme differences. While Cary was no nonsense, great at listening and modifying the document to support our wishes, and respectful of our timeline- my partners lawyer was an absolute nightmare for us both.
One large difference between the two was that Cary had a flat rate fee and my spouses lawyer charged by the hour. Because of this, I firmly believe his lawyer drew the process out as much as possible, often completely disregarding our express wishes, and did everything extremely last minute- causing a lot of stress and unnecessary anxiety for us all.
That said, Cary did a fabulous job handling working with someone so unimpressive, and I believe is the only reason we ended up with a document at all.

There are a lot of good lawyers out there, but when your child is in trouble, you need a GREAT lawyer, and that's where Mike Silveira comes in. Today, Mike contacted us to share the fantastic news that our son's case was dismissed. This was no easy feat. Our son received a DUI in Nov. 2020, and to make matters worse, fentanyl (not intentionally ingested) was found in his system. I first came to Gasner Law Office when I was just 23 years old. I was young, scared, and definitely didn't have a lot of money. This law firm has accepted my case and after deliberately collecting all of my personal documents, identification, and private information, I was then racially discrimnated against by a gang of Hispanics at this law firm. One of them was their unprofessional outside business partner named, Stephanie Ochoa, who seemed very jealous of my case. She told me that I should probably find another law firm, which made no sense at all. I just found this law firm. Why did she say such a thing to me?! She was asking me my personal business about the luxurious apartments that my daughter lives in and looking all around when she came to meet me in person. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I then decided to offer her a water bottle in hopes to make her not act so jealous.
I felt like she was envious that this law firm accepted my injury case and she was thinking of a way to run me away. She then had me email her all of my private legal information relating to my case to a Yahoo email address. Then I dealt with other racists who are employed by this law firm who've described themselves as an investigator named,
Louie Mateo, and the other named Elijah Ozuna
who said he was my case manager and kept blowing up my phone without ever arranging an appropriate time to speak with me. I spoke with his racist manager, Mina Estrada who was very rude to me over the phone and disrespectful. Who is a very racist and uncaring person who did not care to let me speak one word.
They were all working together in cahoots to convince the attorney to drop my case. If you're an African American DO NOT go to this law firm with your injury case. Go somewhere trustworthy and professional, where you'll be treated with respect and valued as a client.
Despite this being a very tough time in my life, none of these people had any compassion whatsoever.

I don’t have a ton of experience with lawyers, but would 100% recommend working with Cary after utilizing him to help with our prenuptial agreement. Cary was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and made the process as easy and straightforward as possible.
Since Cary was my lawyer and my partner had a different lawyer, I can tell you that our experience was one of extreme differences. While Cary was no nonsense, great at listening and modifying the document to support our wishes, and respectful of our timeline- my partners lawyer was an absolute nightmare for us both.
One large difference between the two was that Cary had a flat rate fee and my spouses lawyer charged by the hour. Because of this, I firmly believe his lawyer drew the process out as much as possible, often completely disregarding our express wishes, and did everything extremely last minute- causing a lot of stress and unnecessary anxiety for us all.
That said, Cary did a fabulous job handling working with someone so unimpressive, and I believe is the only reason we ended up with a document at all.
