Last year I found Warren law firm through Google, I had tried 5 other law firms and no one wanted to take my case. I had 4 days to respond to my denial of my Green Card and Angela, Suyapa and the whole team set aside everything to work on my case and they worked effortlessly and went above and beyond. Within a month my denial was resolved and today I have my Green Card almost a year later!

After being married for 14 1/2 years and having two teenage boys divorce is extremely complicated. I met with three attorneys, Ross Meltzer being the third. We got started by just talking for about 20 minutes and I appreciated his relaxed warm style. I was hesitant as he is young but I read some reviews which interested me, and sure enough I am thankful I did find and choose him.
He helped me navigate a very tricky situation and in the end I could not be more happy with the judgment ordered. I thought I knew what I was doing in handling it my self and quite frankly did not want to fork over a few thousand dollars to hire a lawyer. What I paid Ross is literally a small fraction of what I would have lost had I not had his insight. His fees are very reasonable and I never felt "on the clock". The amount he asked for up front was more than I expected, but he did not ever ask me for a dime more, nor did I ever feel that he favored getting paid over helping me and my children have the best outcome.
The future of my and my children lives is so much better off thanks to his insights, and expertise. I have completely regained the ability to take care of and raise my children in a safe, happy, and healthy environment.
I wholeheartedly recommend Ross Meltzer to provide you with exceptional services in the matters of divorce, custody, child support and alimony/ spousal support. I respect him, his knowledge and his work! Thank you again Ross!

Ross is an extremely good lawyer. His fees are reasonable and he knows what he is doing. He took care of a custody case that had been started by another attorney but the other attorney botched it up big time. I live out of state and Ross excelled at both keeping me informed as to what was going on and was always available to answer my questions, even after hours. He was 100% honest with me and was a complete professional. I highly recommend him and will use him again should the need arise.

I hired Jason Beahm because he took care of my first case was pretty satisfied with the outcome. During the time, he had staffs that were ontop of everything and had very good communication with me. They told me every single update and what's going on in the back end. This second time I hired him was totally the opposite, it seems he's by himself now and lost some of his staff. He did not informed me about anything going on in court. He even missed a document that needed to be signed by me because he decided to wait 3 weeks to reach out to me when the document needed to be signed the next day, worse thing is he did not call but sent an email. This lawyer is only good in the beginning. Do not pay him in full because he won't take your case serious. It's the worse feeling when you think you have someone to have your back but actually doesn't put enough effort to even keep you updated. I would not recommend this lawyer at all.
PS I did not want to write this review but I think it's important I warned people.

My fiancé and I are very grateful and thankful for the help, expertise, knowledge, support of Mr.Tom Worthington and his associates. Over 6 months ago my fiancé was in serious car accident and I knew he needed the immediate help of an attorney. We had just moved to Salinas and I didn’t know who to call. Bill Balin is the most honest lawyer i have ever met. He did not pad his expenses. He was actually looking out for ME and not thinking of himself first. and presented several options for paying him. I hired Jessica initially back in 2014 to address by DUI case, while I had experienced some issues with lack of proper communication, I did a mistake in hiring her again in 2017 to help me with expungement. I did so because I relocated and didn't know one else and so contacted her for help.
As always she charged me all the fee upfront for both early termination of my probation and expungement, while I had no issues paying upfront, but realized that was the mistake I did second time with her. I hired her for this back in March, 2017 and have been regularly emailing, following up with her on her google voice number to get an update, but there was no response or update on my case after the initial review of the petition. I clearly informed her that I have a need to travel out of country for work and personal reasons and would like to clear before I do so, but it took more than a month for her to get back each time I tried contacting her.
After 6 months in September of 2017 I had issues with my visa due to DUI and so had to schedule an appointment with embassy, so tried contacting Jessica multiple times both via emails and phone checking to see if she has any update, but no response. When contacted her from a different number, she confirmed that my case has been dismissed, but stated I will need to pay her more to get copies of my court documents. I asked her to write a letter stating that my case has been dismissed, so that I can leverage the same for my visa, she promised but never got back to me. I failed to provide supporting documentation to the embassy and my visa petition got rejected for the same.
I am not trying to blame all of this on her, but as an attorney after accepting the case, one is required to communicate with client and provide regular updates. Jessica failed to do so, and as a result of the same I had to go through severe stress and anxiety and having gone through all of this, I would never recommend Jessica to anyone.

So after 4 months of thinking my case involving a infestation of mice & rats(caught 15)was being worked on, I found out that my case was terminated almost immediately after accepting my case because I answered no to one of the criminal background questions that mentioned having any recent criminal activities etc which is true, over 6 years plus is not recent so I guess they don’t trust to represent us because of that I feel it’s discrimination because what does having a criminal record have to do with us needing the help?! It shouldn’t have even taking me reaching out to find this out. Very unprofessional for a law firm & they don’t have your best interest obviously.. like how you can’t sympathize with a family that obviously needs representation & justice from & very inhabitable situation if that’s your job?!

Ms. Katera made it very clear to me that my freedom would hinge on my willingness and ability to be honest with self and the BPH. She asked me if I wanted to be free or be right. I wanted to be honest. I had never seen anyone advocate for me the way that she did. She believed in me and my change and represented me in that space throughout the entire hearing. She prepared me for one of the most uncomfortable meetings in my life, and had it not been for her words of encouragement and direct personality. I do not believe I would have been found suitable on my initial hearing date.
