John contacted me immediately. He explained to me in very precise terms the steps that we should take and the expected outcome. Within 24 hours my violation was dismissed with no points on my license and no impact on my auto insurance.

My partner and I live together on our farmstead near Asheville. Our home is our sanctuary and we are very openminded and honest people, in retrospect, a little too trusting. I rented the extra bedrooms in the house to supplement income, I was also secretly cultivating a personal medical cannabis grow in my barn about 500 feet away on the property, behind locked doors; a completely private, nonviolent crime that is legal in 11 states and increasingly so. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, it appears that one of my tenants decided to go behind our backs and order a kilogram of MDMA from a "source country" have it delivered, with his name on it, to our front doorstep. It was scary because we were all subjected, without consent, to conspiracy in trafficking narcotics. Of course, the package was flagged by HS and BCAT initiated a raid upon our home. The tenant was arrested on the spot, and fortunately the officers were able to determine based on their observations that the tennant was the sole suspect in this MDMA trafficking. But they also found my grow... the officers did not arrest me on the spot because I was courteous and complied with their investigation.
I was fortunate to find Tony Rollman and after talking with multiple other attorneys, I hired him as my lawyer. Tony helped me navigate the legal paperwork and the process of turning myself in. Tony advised me in a highly specific ways and was very reassuring and supportive. His fee was more than the other lawyers that I looked into, but I believe it was worth it because he went above and beyond and now I am on the path to having 0 felonies. Tony is highly responsive, gives his personal cell number and answered my calls nearly all times of the day or evening. My whole situation was drawn out by the court for 8 months and Tony never let me down. This experience has been incredibly frightening and traumatizing for me, my partner, and my family and I really would have felt helpless without his legal services. Tony thoroughly explained each step of the process and took the time to make sure I felt better. Tony is professional, personable, and has a good sense of humor so he definitely lightened the mood.
After due process, Tony helped me appeal to the District Attorney and I was awarded Deferred Prosecution, so after 12 months probation, community service and court fees, my charges will be dropped.

I hired Tony Rollman for help with some legal issues I was having and I am 100 percent glad I did. He was so thorough and spent so much time listening to me and knew exactly what needed to be done to help me. David and Chris are consummate professionals. I was referred to them by my former attorney who couldn't take my case. I sat down with them, laid down the facts and asked if they could get me 'X'. He didn't guarantee it but he felt he had a pretty good shot at it and outlined the steps we would take. I was satisfied, signed the retainer, and then Chris and David completely took it off my shoulders. Showed up for all of my hearings for me (3 in total) and got my misdemeanor reduced to a civil infraction so nothing criminal on my record. This was a traffic issue and was kept off of my insurance so no rate hike either.

Trustworthy is the most important thing I can say about Cameron. His straight forward approach can be abrasive but it is necessary when trying to understand what kind of fight your up against. He was more than reasonably priced. Honestly, I was a little apprehensive because he came in way under any other attorney I interviewed. I feared he would nail me with fees half way through the case holding me hostage, but this did not happen. He is a NO BS attorney, this guy truly saved my life and I highly recommend him.

I have used Vincent Matioli’s law service on a couple occasions. The first time was when I found myself in a pickle. I attempted to waffle my way through it alone because I didn’t think I could afford an attorney. Finding Vince was a god send. Not only did he get my DUI charge dropped he made the process painless. Between his experience, availability, knowledgeable paralegal, and flexibility with payments I was able to move on and get past this unfortunate event rather smoothly.

In April of 2024, my family moved to Arizona after my son was diagnosed with autism. In July of 2024, my at-the-time wife kidnapped both of my children in broad daylight and fled the state, where she then used the incredible resources & connections of her family to file a divorce suit accusing me ofevery hot button issue one could think of. Despite enduring physical, emotional and verbal abuse for several years, I was the one being accused, and my children were now thousands of miles away.
In desperation, I reached out to a family law attorney who, after listening to a short summary of events, told me "there's nothing you can do. You should save your resources and use them to move or travel." Despite all the proof I offered, I could tell that she was thinking exactly what I feared most would think - that as the man being accused of everything from emotional abuse to physical violence, I would be deemed guilty from the start.
My next meeting was with Robyn, and it has forever changed my life. Within minutes, Robyn was quoting case law, statues, and was possibly more angry at the children's mother than I was. We were going to fight, and we were going to win, she said. I asked her how she knew.
"Because I believe you, Daniel, and we're going to make sure the truth has it's day. I wouldn't tell you we could win if I wasn't sure."
Ninety days after that consultation, after winning 3 of 3 hearings in 2 states, the State of Arizona ordered that the children be returned home. Robyn & her incredible paralegal Mandy called me with the news, and we laughed and cried on the phone together.
There's still a long way to go, but thanks to Robyn, my son will have the incredible resources that Arizona provides to thrive with his disability. I will get to see my daughter grow up. I will get to hold them when they sad or sick, snuggle them when they're sleepy, laugh and giggle and create memories with them - all because Robyn believed in me. She has taken so many calls, answered so many emails, worked with me through incredibly tough financial situations, and has fully and deeply invested herself in my cause and case.
I cannot wait for my son & daughter to meet the incredible women who have made their return home a possibility. Robyn (and Mandy) - thank you, from the bottom of my soul. Thank you for caring, for listening, for supporting, and for being so excited to cross-examine the opposition that you can barely sit still.

Unfortunately I was sued in late 2015. I believe that the case against me was silly. However, the nature and dollars involved meant I had to take it seriously. So I looked for lawyers qualified in the relevant area of law to help me and Alan was one of several that I found. I called several lawyers in Phoenix and interviewed each. When I called Alan he listened. He also expressed sympathy for the situation I found myself. Once I understood Alan's experience, qualifications and had spoken to him again at length, I decided to hire Alan. I chose Alan because among the highly qualified lawyers that I contacted, Alan was very technical, quick to grasp the situation I found myself and he also seemed to genuinely care. His rate was not cheap, but it was in the middle of the scale of lawyers with the needed qualifications. I was never disappointed with my choice. Alan at all times was caring and kept excellent perspective. He was usually available and when he was not he had an associate address my needs. He has the knowledge, experience, skills, staff and caring to help someone through the misery of being sued. The case is over now, and I am still happy that I chose Alan to represent me. He was the right lawyer for the situation.

I have recently had the opportunity to use the services of Mr. Logan Elia with The Rose Law Group. The case involved criminal defense for my child, which did involve the juvenile court system. The situation was a very difficult one as it involved a long history of litigious situations with my ex-husband. With the help of the Rose Law Group’s team, Mr. Elia was able to glean from our records all the pertinent material. Mr. Elia then took legal action in defense of my daughter. The ensuing comprehensive approach showed that Mr. Elia had patiently and thoroughly reviewed years of records. Mr. Elia discussed every angle with my daughter and me and responded appropriately with opposing counsel in a timely and resourceful manner. Hi, I am a client of Ms. Pelletier. Back in August 2014 my boyfriend and I encountered a problem with our landlord leading into a case to the court. We went to do our response, and from there I didn't know how to proceed on the case. I had used the internet to find a lawyer to see what we could do, but had no luck. Then I remembered that there was an office downtown Phoenix, near the courts called Legal Community Services. I filled out an application to see if I qualified to have a lawyer to look at my case. About a week or 2 went by, when I received a phone call from the secretary for Ms. Janis Pelletier. She called me, met with me in person. We spoke about my case, about what we could do and what was the next step. As a result, the landlord we had took us to court for nonpayment for rent, electricity and accusing us of tampering with an APS electric meter. Our lawyer, Ms. Pelletier, helped us by filing a motion to dismiss. The case was dismissed, and then the landlord refiled against us in a total of 3 times. By, the second time the landlord refiled against us, the case was transferred to an arbitrator. From there, I contacted our lawyer, and she filed for another motion to dismiss. once again, the case was dismissed. On January 6th, the landlord refiled against us once more. I communicated with Ms. Pelletier, and she was kind to file another motion to dismiss. Finally, our case is dismissed and closed. Ms. Pelletier is a great, kind, communicative, and caring person. I highly recommend her. Thank you!!
