Ryan Garvey with the Sonoran law group is undoubtedly the best lawyer. I had been charged with possion of dangerous drugs facing 2.5 years. That was if I sign at a fast tract court first offer. We decided to take it to trial because I had faith in Ryan and I didn't hold any information from him and now I'm facing 7.5 to 13 years if we lose. Well I have to say with Ryan as my lawyer and as professional and skilled in law as he is, I never worried one time and we were first to see the judge every time we appear in court. I can't say in words how grateful I am for his services. If you need help with your case and you are facing time in prison call Ryan Garvey. He is a phenomenal lawyer. I was in a car accident back in November 2017. I tried working with their insurance company with no success. A coworker of mine used Fred during his accident recently and settled quickly. So I contacted Fred, he cared about my well-being and how he felt I was getting the typical run a round by the insurance company . He quickly jumped right on, the hospitals the other insurance company, clinics and the bill collectors that he was our lawyer so we would not be getting the phone calls anymore. Fred is in contact with me at regular basis as issues come. I strongly suggest Fred for anybody out there with the same problems I was going through. You definitely cannot get anything done trying to do this yourself with the insurance companies. He definitely knows his way around the system.

I am a bit nervous appealing this injunction but the justice of the piece was nasty and did not take my statements seriously and she denied me a primary witness who could have rebutted all of her arguments and PROVEN that the plaintiff and his "witness" perjured themselves.. Besides all of this she refused all the evidence I had that the plaintiff is a danger to others and has paranoid schizophrenia hearing voices telling him to kill people. I loved your answer. I just got a letter from the Justice Court Judge telling me that my appeal has been accepted in Superior Court and the denfendant has until 1/23 to respond to my appellant memorandum. I asked for an oral argument...thanks so much

Do your research! I was charged with a DUI in Jan 2011 (even though I was under .08) and retained the services of this law office. I never saw Corso after the initial sales pitch, which was good...he got my $5K out of me. I met Rhude at my 1st court date which he was late to. Then I wasn't able to speak with either of them nor did I see either of them for the rest of my case. I primarily dealt with James who I think is a paralegal, or an intern, I'm not really sure. I heard him tell the secretary to tell me he wasn't there one of the times I called. My attorneys were repeatedly late to my court appearances. I had to constantly call to get status updates on my case through the aggravating process of leaving multiple messages before a call back. They even called me one time to prep me for a court date that had been cancelled. You would think your attorney would be the first to know about those changes. Despite the general lack of professionalism and inability to speak to anyone over the phone I was pleased that they were able to work out the one issue I was concerned with through the plea agreement. I wasn't worried about the felony or jail time but they were able to get my time down significantly and once off probation can petition to have it dropped to a misdemeanor. Then I get a letter Friday about the one area I was concerned about, wouldn't you know that fell through somehow. I would have taken it to trial had I thought this was going to happen. Of course I have left a message but I know how this song and dance goes. I feel like I got hosed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Maybe I'll feel different if I get a call back and they fix this (without charging me more) but I'm not holding my breath on that. If they do I'll update and leave a better review but we'll see. $5K might not be much money to them but it is to me and I feel like I just gave it to them so I could get what I would have gotten through a public defender anyway.

This attorney has NO ethics. During his felony/misdemeanor probation he egregiously violated attorney/client privilege and misrepresented facts in his testimony against a client. He boosts of his law offices and most are offices of his clients including a collections agency in Illinois. Coincidence ????? Within 30 days of his deceitful testimony against a client he petitioned the Court to terminate or modify his probation. Reward???? In my limited research of this guy, all he does in loose.

He did not represent me fairly or file motions that were required by the court and I was almost held responsible for his negligence. I would have been better with a public appointed attorney and most likely I would have received the better or at least same results. He is dishonest, lazy and tells you what you want to hear until you hire him.

I hired Andrew For my traffic tickets and he got them all reduced or dismissed, he knew the judge well so I lucked out hiring a job with many connections in the court system. I knew right away when I had trouble in Scottsdale I needed to hire a guy with lots of friends and buddies always getting drunk and Duis in Scottsdale. Andrew had the experience getting half of ASU greek life oUT of their tickets. I knew he was the dirty lawyer I needed. Good price too. But when I needed him again couldn't get him on the phone again. Someone said he went to rehab, makes sense. But so sad a bright young man. So I guess he doesn't practice law anymore.

I was arrested for DUI by over-zealous cop in Scottsdale, while legally sleeping in my car. Randy handled this quickly and decisively and got this dropped before it event went to court. Just to give you perspective, the DMV judge even found that the officer didn't have just cause and my license was never suspended. Called and made an appointment in the office. So I drove 20 minutes to the office. Once I got to the office, the front desk lady asked me who I was here to see and no name was given to me so I called them to let them know I was here (and on time). They told me they’d send someone to come get me. I sat and waited over 20 minutes. So I called them again and it went to voicemail. Waited 10 more minutes and nothing. I feel it is very unprofessional especially when there is an appointment scheduled. I had other things to do and went out of my way to get a babysitter and drive all the way down to the office. Very disappointing.

I had been in AZ for approximately 2 years, before being charged with an aggravated DUI (wrong way driving) which is a felony. I had never been in trouble prior to this incident and was scared out of my mind. Mr. Ramos was hired, after I terminated my first attorney, for almost jeopardizing my professional license. As many have stated in their reviews, when I initially contacted Mr. Ramos, he seemed caring, showed empathy, and seemed eager to assist. He even alluded to possibly getting my charges dropped, due to me correcting my mistake and not actually getting pulled over going the wrong way. Quick sidebar: When the police pulled me over, they stated that my vehicle fit the description of a call that they received about a car going the wrong way. No one was injured and there was no accident as, I had corrected my mistake and was going the right way when I got pulled over.
Anyway, moving forward (throughout a 2 year span), he attended some of my court hearings and on the last hearing, where I would be convicted, he stated, “We got a deviated offer and I think you should take it.” Mind you, I never knew what the initial offer was, until that day. So, the initial offer was 4 months in prison and the deviated offer was 2 months in county jail. I didn’t want to do either but, I signed the agreement for the two months as there was no time for discussion, we were at the final hearing. The only good thing about this is, when it happened, Arizona had just put an expungement law in place, and my conviction qualifies to get expunged.
There is so much more that I can write but, I tried to keep it as short as possible. Please, if you’re considering him… reconsider! As some have mentioned, you’ll probably get a more favorable outcome, with a court appointed attorney!

I fully paid him $10,000. He is only interested in asking me to sign a stipulated agreement without explaining to me why there was a charge of money laundering case against me. He never discussed any possible defense I have. I then transferred the case to another attorney Bradley Rideout who then applied to the court and have the case dismissed without the necessity of a trial. When I asked for the bill and for refund of the money which I have paid him, he refused by lying to say that I never asked for termination of the agreement and he also lied to say that I never asked for the refund of any money owed to me. I with the help of a friend has reported him to the State Bar in Arizona. The State Bar is now conducting investigation into the matter.

Do not waste your time with this guy. The only time you will hear from him is when you owe money. He blames everything on his paralegals and they do not know their left from their right from what I experienced "I don't know what your talking about" is not something you want to hear from your attorney. Marcus Finefrock has been my daughtors court appointed attorny for almost a year never returns phone calls, has been telling her he is going to scedual a settlement confrence for 3 months and each court date is continued. He has done absolutly nothing to help my daughtor and her case. he is the worst lawyer I have ever came across. He misses court dates and has failed to even communicate anything about my daughtors case with her. If your looking to hire a lawyer make sure you by pass this one cause he is not the kind of lawyer you want repressenting you.
