This was the first time I have ever had to hire an attorney. I found Matthew through a bar association referral (having no idea where to look otherwise). Turns out to be a good match. We did an initial consultation in late April. He was mindful of the facts of my case, able to recall them between many different calls over six months.
I appreciate that Matthew was conservative with my finances. He billed appropriately, and advised on whether or not one decision or another that I was making would be a wise use of the retainer I paid. Essentially telling me "yes you *could* do that, but it won't get any results and you'll be wasting your money."
Although the ultimate outcome of the situation was not exactly what I had hoped for, he was able to negotiate my contract and able to negotiate for severance pay.

Very professional and Mari Jo was so helpful. She did ALL of the legwork, gathering the documents my lawyer needed for my case so I didn't have to go through even more stress. I used Mr. Feldman twice for traffic tickets and never disappoint me. First time Feb 2018 for speeding and he just dismissed my red lights ticket today at court. After my attorney dropped the ball on several occasions I had no choice but to find another attorney. A case that definitely needed a seasoned criminal defense attorney. I contacted Beckwith Law, after my conversation with Cristine she agreed to take my case even though it was already months into the process. She immediately grabbed the ball and ran with it. I followed every suggestion she made. I was patient as I knew she was working for me, she kept me updated to all aspects of the case. I trusted her and her decisions for the way things were being handled, I was never left in the dark. She was able to get my charges reduced, an excellent outcome considering what could of been. I was willing to do the work that she suggested and she definitely went the extra mile. Beckwith Law assisted me in getting a no-contact order modified. It had been over year since the initial no-contact order was issued. Cristine's due diligence and explaining to me why being patient was best before the motion was filed. In my eyes it had been over a year since I was able to have communication with my life partner however, in the courts eyes it had only been four months. She understood that he did everything he needed to do and was able present a good argument to the judge to have the no-contact order lifted four months after his sentencing hearing. If you want an attorney who understands the judicial system and listen to their suggestions on how they handle a case Beckwith Law is an excellent choice.

Michael Clark and Kristen were lifesavers after I was severely injured in a hit and run auto accident. Mr. Clark came highly recommended by more than one person who worked within the legal system and he did not disappoint. I was in a care center for seventy two days with a broken shoulder, ribs and two broken ankles. I wasn’t allowed to bear weight in order to start my rehab journey to walk again for the first 6 weeks.
