Hiring Mingy Bryant Ball to handle my child custody case was the best decision I've ever made . After years of frustrating experiences with other lawyers, she helped me to find a proper custody agreement that I'm very happy with . She was fair, honest and supportive all the way. I was losing custody of my child while battling complicated side effects from a very damaging and abusive relationship and she helped me to put my life back together and stand up for myself in a proper way. We have been out of court now for some time for the first time in years and I owe much to Mingy for helping me see my way through a very dark and confusing time. She has helped us all have a more fair and balanced exchange that is right for my child and keeps us at peace with each other long-term . That kind of peace is priceless to me. She was easy to understand , honest and explained each phase of our case to me clearly . She told me what I needed to do to. She's a life saver. Honestly, I have went through many experiences with lawyers, and so far only Mingy has worked to my expectations. She answers phone calls, if not she definitely calls you back. Gives great advice and amazing information. She strives to make the best out of your situation. I was sure I wasn't going to win custody of my little girl, according to other lawyers I wouldn't have. Mingy stood up for me in court, and won me the case. Without her, I would not be able to take my little girl to school in the mornings. I got arrested for sleeping in my work van at an Applesbees. I had drank a little too much at the bar and didn't want to drive across the street to my hotel. After leaving Amanda a voicemail about my case, she called me back fast and had already looked up my case number and knew all about my case. She saved me time by postponing my first court date (my b.a.c hadn't came back yet), so it would of been a waste of time. When court arrived, she worked with the district attorney and judge to get the case dismissed and was successful. She's a good one. Very smart and respectable.

My son was arrested on a weekend on a mistaken identity, and Janie's first comment was "I've got this." She went to court on Monday morning, had the warrant and extradition recalled that morning, and worked non-stop to have him released in another state - all two days prior to July 4, with everyone else headed out of town. At the follow-up court hearing, all was dismissed. Janie was incredibly knowledgeable and prepared, which contributed greatly to the speed of handling the case. There are not enough stars for her.

Janie is a truly wonderful attorney. She is smart, strong and will not back down from a challenge. My case was bleak. It seemed inevitable I would be convicted and subsequently go to jail and no longer be able to work in my field. She wasn't going to let that happen. She fought hard for me and saved my career! I was arrested on November 12th 2015 in Oregon on an outstanding warrant for Probation Violation from Chattanooga, TN. I was extradited back to TN. Janie was able to get my court date set on Dec 4th instead of Jan 12. She was in constant communication with my family. She was able to get all charges dismissed and return me to my family. It was money well spent and I would suggest to you, if you find yourself on the wrong side of the law, give Janie Varnell a call.

While facing an extremely prejudicial command bias while on Active Duty, Taylor was not only an immense help with an extremely uncooperative local civilian investigation, but with also correcting an error with my military discharge paperwork. In both instances, Taylor's commitment to my sense of justice, my future and correcting an error (per Army Regulations, AR 635-8 and AR 601-210) have done everything towards, what I believe standing up for a Lower Enlisted Soldier. I contacted the her office to setup a consultation in regard to a creditor bankruptcy case. Jessica, who answered the phone was extremely helpful in answering questions that I had. My case was simple and not complicated at all. She gave me great feedback on different options and actions items that would prove beneficial in moving forward towards resolution. Trouble came knocking on a Saturday afternoon. I was scared and needed advice. But it was Saturday. I used Avvo to locate a lawyer in my area. I selected David based on his breadth of practice and sent a contact request. I figured it would be Tuesday before I received a response, since Monday was the MLK holiday. My mind was racing and I was preparing to take action on my own. David returned my contact request on a Sunday in the middle of a holiday weekend. We consulted and he put my mind at rest. I now had an expert opinion as to the severity of the issue and what action I needed to take. I am now planning to discuss our entire family's legal needs with David.

I have known Mike Ainley for over 30 years. One thing I always remembered about Mike through those years was
his work ethic. An extremely hard worker on anything he did. He was relentless in his schooling and when he hit the work force, it was on a dead run,...full speed ahead. Before he became a lawyer, I hired him as a manager for a band that I was in. We went from playing small clubs to large venues in a very short time. I was arrested on a DUI charge and didn't think I had any chance of getting out of it. My job was on the line, so I hired Mr. Witherington based on numerous people referring him as the "go- to" guy for these situations. He jumped right into my case and developed some complicated legal technicality based on how they stopped my vehicle. He and his staff did a very thorough job of getting records, photographs, and all sorts of information to build my defense. IT WORKED. I got out with nothing on my record. Mr. Witherington was very personable and always responded to my calls the same day. I highly recommend him, and I hope I never have to use him again.

I hired Mr Cunnyngham for a speeding ticket. There were a number of irregularities in the violation / ticket. I told him I felt that the ticket was not deserved. He agreed. He did all the investigative work and uncovered a few problems with the ticket that resulted in the case being tossed out. I cant say enough good things about his work. A great human being.

Mr. Cunnyngham represented me in a texting while driving case in Carter County, TN. I have a Class A CDL and He understood the importance of keeping moving violations off of my record. I hired Alexa after my juvenile daughter got into some trouble with the law. Alexa was great!! She was very knowledgeable about the whole process we were about to go thru. She met with us before our court date and explained what our day in court would entail
( since I had never been in trouble before I had no idea what to expect for my daughter ). Alexa assured me everything was going to be ok. Mr. Pennington has been such a great and polite gentlemen to me. He is representing me in a case in Blount county and even on my first day of court had gotten my case dropped from a felony to misdemeanor. And once my case is over it will fall of my record as though it never happened. Please read this complete review. It could save your future. I suppose I couldn't find the words to speak highly enough of Robert Vaughn. He is a criminal defense lawyer only. Not a jack of all (legal) trades. So, if you only do one thing for 31 years, you get damn good at it. He is very good. I am a licensed professional with no previous criminal record, and left home one day only to encounter a life nightmare. Police Officers are human, and highly stressed people usually. They are not perfect, and I can assure you some officers will twist things to fit a category they wish to place you in. Especially if they decide they don't like something about you. And then to have an officer show up that wasn't even there and write a criminal warrant on me, I was at the time stunned. Mr. Vaughn told me from the first meeting what would take place, and it all did, exactly as he told me.
Mr. Vaughn has flat fees for General Sessions, and Criminal Court. DO NOT get sucked into that per hour fee, it is a come on, it starts low and can and will rise endlesssly. I have two business associates who cautioned me on that when I was attorney shopping. Mr. Vaughn has very reasonable fees, especially to be a professional of his caliber. He is one of the top three criminal lawyers in the opinion of a Nashville judge I know from an old business matter. You don't need any other names, you have the one you need here. Robert Vaughn. My case was dismissed and exponged from permanent record. I'm not sure if all the Police Officers involved in my case like Mr. Vaughn, but I can assure you they respect him. Thank you Robert Vaughn for saving my professional license, my job, my reputation both professionally and personally.
Also, Robert returns calls daily, try to find that in another attorney. You may, but I doubt it. Don't ever believe you can't end up with a criminal charge, out of the clear blue. You can. And if you do, call Robert Vaughn, you'll be very glad you did. I am.

I am very pleased with Mr. Vaughn, I was scared and alone but he and Ms. Lisa was there to help me to know what to do. If it hadn't been for them my husband would be in prison. We would have lost him to death due to his medical ailments, but Mr. Vaughn took the bull by the horns and got my husband home. I am truly greatful for his sensitivity and thoroughness. Now my husband is home where he belongs. My husband was facing 18 years for a charge that happened 16 years ago. He was truly innocent of the allegations, but was unable to stand trial a second time to prove his innocence. Mr. Vaughn is a Godsend to our family. We will forever pray for him and his family.
