I hired Mr. Craft to represent me in a lemon law case against BRP AKA CanAm. I hired an ambulance chaser type attorney before I hired Mr. Craft and let me just say that it has been the wisest choice I have made yet. He has been an excellent communicator and I am pretty sure that BRP knows its only a matter of time until they buy back the POS they sold me in May of 2018. As for Mr. Craft I wouldn't hesitate to hire him to take care of any negotiations on my behalf.

My family was so lucky that Doug got handed our case!! He saved my ex-husbands life and we could never ever thank him enough. I had contact with them so much it felt like everyday. He was an excellent attorney for our case!! I know my ex's case, which was about 4 or 5 big binders full, went with them everywhere even to bed with them at night. You couldn't get a better Attorney than him and his Paralegal!!! Love them both soo much. And yes our case was a success as well he was aquited of all charges including a life sentence. They dug Straight in our case and found where the state was trying to screw us over and hide secrets including TBI!!!!!

I really can't express how our family appreciates Randall Crossing, but I will try. Randall Crossing is an excellent lawyer. My husband was falsely accused of assault. Mr. Crossing took our case and immediately started working. He went to the supposed "scene", took photos, interviewed witnesses and did his research. Our case drug on due to COVID restrictions - no jury trials. But finally we had our day in court and my husband was found NOT GUILTY on all counts! He knows what he is doing. And he was very patient with us and especially me. My courtroom knowledge consists of Perry Mason and Matlock reruns. He answered all my questions and never complained. My mother's estate had been open for approximately 6 years. I had been to two other attorneys and I could not get my mother's estate closed. Mr. Crossing was able to file all the necessary documents and guide me through the estate administration process in order to close my mother's estate in less than two months. I engaged Mr. Richards to help me with estate planning during a time of family uncertainty. I had no idea of what was needed, but Mr. Richards clearly rolled out the map and explained it to me in complete details what services he was able to offer, what exactly my options were, information needed from me, timetables, and costs. He handled my documents and information with care and was extremely efficient in the planning. At the time, we had a three hour time difference between my home location and his office location, but his professionalism did not allow the time difference to impact our meetings or his services. My name is Cody. I was facing 3 charges in Sumner County. After first consulting with Chad Ross, He told me exactly what I needed to do. On my first court date, He got me a continuous and as my final court date approached, He reached out to me to let me know a little more about my case. On my second and final court date, he quickly resolved my case and got me out of court quickly. He fought for me undeniably and even though my record is HORRIBLE, he was able to get 2 of the charges dropped and 1 reduced, no jail time. I received a short few months probation, reduced court cost, no probation fees, and I only have to call in to my probation officer once a month, I don't even have to report to the office. The kicker, this was pro bono, so imagine what Chad Ross will do for you if you hire Him. I'm grateful for Chad taking my case and fighting for me in open court like he did.

Recently I owned a hotel and sold it at a loss. I had owned it for over 30 years. It had been attached to a marital dissolution agreement over 2 decades that did state if it sold and had a net profit then a percentage would go to the former husband. His attorney contacted us with manipulative and threatening language attempting to collect unjustly since the property sold at a loss. Kent and I researched the criteria as to all deductions that were allowed and did confirm the loss and disclosed the loss. WE have not heard further from the opposing team. Kent was quick to draw up the papers and was thorough. I recommend him. I paid for his consultation and hire for the letters sent.

I was blindsided being served by my longtime landlord, who called me friend. He had often bragged about his great joy in evicting tenants, but we always paid on time and were his "favorites". After a 4 year relationship he served me and my partner. Expecting the worse & not knowing where to procure an attorney specializing in landlord-tenant matters, Mr. Segraves was suggested as a highly skilled attorney in such concerns. I contacted his office & his kind and compassionate staff offered me a appointment surprisingly fast. Although busy with his other specialties, he sat down with us, reviewed our evidence, asked pertinent questions specific to our case & pending court date. Having served as a temp. in a landlord-attorney practice (in a different state) many years ago & not familiar with Tennessee Law, I had no idea what to expect. Mr. Segraves answered all of our questions & told us what to expect, based on his knowledge & expertise. Always on time, he appeared in court, acknowledged us and the hearing proceeded. The review I'm giving is NOT paid advertising. I am freely giving this review based on our experience. On 7/22/2021 my son was arrested and charged with a felony. My heart broke in a million pieces. I knew my child didn't commit the crime. But I also knew that regardless my son would still have to go through the process. After a few text messages, I knew that Mr. Brandon Hall would do his best to help my son. I explained the situation to the best of my knowledge. I told Mr. Brandon Hall that sometime my son makes bad decision. But I knew that this decision was different from any other bad decisions he had made in the past. Mr. Brandon Hall texted me back in a few days and told me that he would be happy to help my son. "PARENTS" a load was lifted off my shoulders instantly. Will was my attorney and Sarah was my paralegal, but not the entire time. I started out with a different set and wish communication between the transition was better. But besides that I appreciated their hard work towards my case. I had to get an attorney when my insurance was not taking into consideration my medical bills and injuries. I have been involved in small town politics my entire life. When choosing an attorney, I discussed my options of local representation and knew I would need outside counsel. Not sure why Mr. Richardson has so many highly rated reviews?%$#@. The first clue something was wrong was when he rarely contacted his client, and when he did it was via TEXT messages, instead of phone calls! When called he rarely, if ever, made himself available and his assistant never had answers for what Mr. Richardson was doing in regards to the case and wouldn't even send documentation on billing when he dropped client with no prior warning a week and a few days before hearing. This man, and his office staff, took money for a job and did little to nothing, even worse tried up very valuable time in a child custody case for over 6 mos. If he is a man who truly cares about ALL of his clients, then he would have taken 5 mins to explained over the phone why he would no longer represent his client and more importantly, he would have done that 6 MONTHS AGO NOT the week before a hearing! Do your homework before hiring this man, get EVERYTHING in writing, and research perhaps more professional lawyers in your area. Not everyone has deep pockets of $$$ to waste on insensative lawyers, especially single moms:(((
