After experiencing a very complicated legal battle, I was taken advantage of by another prominent attorney. I had consults with other area council prior to Mr. Leonardo, and they told me there was nothing I could do, and I was looking at a loose-loose situation. Mr. Leonardo returned my call within 24 hours and got me in to see him the next day. Any further correspondence was also very prompt. Mr. Leonardo was extremely knowledgeable about the law, and provided me with various strategies and scenarios to assist me in making an informed decision regarding a course of action. I followed his recommendations and was able to diplomatically resolve a 3 year battle in less than 48 hours. Even more importantly, he saved me 50K. Mr. Leonardo was on point with everything he said would happen, and I could not be more pleased. The only regret I have, is that I did not obtain his services from the start.
I have referred 3 other friends and business associates to Mr. Leonardo. All claim to be very pleased with his knowledge and experience level. Max assisted us with the custody of our Granddaughter. She was with her mother and not being well taken care of. We went to Max and he assured us that we were doing the right thing. WIthin a matter of two days Max had presented the judge with our documents and they were signed and back to us in a day. Max has been such a Great help. We are currently in the process of working on our Will and hiring Max to create that document for us. I would definately recommend Max to anyone needed a good attorney.

Mark handled a case involving my minor son who was wrongfully accused of a crime. Mark worked diligently in our defense. He was in continual contact with updates on the case. When my father passed away and I discovered everything in his will had been changed by a family member I was in desperate need for someone to provide clarity, compassion and help moving forward. Mr. Ostermann is an exceptional lawyer and Lewisburg should be appreciative to have him! His handled my case very professional. Mr. Parsons is an amazing lawyer. In one of my cases I had signed a plea agreement stating I would take 4 years state probation and in court the next morning he got me just 2 years. I thought 3 or 4 yrs. was resonable for my charges but he was truely looking out for my best interest. And he was appointed to me and still fought for me every since I have used him and referred him to others whom he has helped as well.

I hired Mr. Long to represent me in what I feared would be an expensive and time-consuming traffic case. He was commendably clear and realistic about the range of potential outcomes and costs associated with this charge. I cannot emphasize strongly enough how satisfied (and relieved) I was with the outcome he was able to secure. For a more than reasonable fee and in far less time than I expected, he succeeded in having my citation dismissed and expunged. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of legal representation in his practice areas.

Mr.Andy Long is a phenomenal attorney, and man. My case was one of complications. It was very severe. The evidence that the state had stacked against me was extreme. I was worried, and feared for my life. Mr.long was there the entire time for me. He was there on a personal and professional level for me. I was in a position where I thought my life was ending. This has been my first experience meeting with a lawyer. Surprisingly, my meeting with Jason went so well. It was very informative and educational. After listening to my situation patiently, he advised me on what steps I need to take to protect my children and myself in my pending divorce case.
Jason believes in being there for his clients when they need him. If he is occupied for a period during the business day he returns phone calls and e-mails as quickly as possible, the same business day, using the technology he has in place to stay in touch.
I believe Jason listens to his clients and really understands what the client wants and needs, and works within that framework. Jason works to ensure that the scope of his legal work stays consistent with the client’s expectations. I went to him concerning a custody issue after I was pretty much told by another lawyer that my children's emotional feelings were irrelavent & I had no argument as long as they were not coming home bruised or physically broken. He took the time to talk with my children. He fought for my children's rights & he is - in my book - a child advocate. He was very informative & great with the kids. He made a scary situation not so scarey. I trusted him with my children and they are getting the help they need. He made the law work for the little people.

I was charged with a DUI last year. I was referred to James Greene by a friend. I wasn't sure about attorneys because I never once had to have one. I called James and he answered on the third ring. This was one of the best decisions I made throughout my case. Even though I decided to plead guilty to my charge, James was there every step of the way. He aided me through the entire process. Even after the case James checked on me to make sure that I was doing okay. He even referred me to one of the best probation programs in the city. Also any time I had a run in with police about anything minor James shows up in court to help me out free of charge. To me, James is very talented in his field, and also a good mentor. I contacted Mr. Lewis regarding a custody issue. He listened to the specifics of my issue before explaining what would be necessary from a legal standpoint and before quoting me a rate. He was more thorough in gathering information about my issue before quoting a price than other attorneys with whom I spoke.
Mr. Lewis has been completely professional in my dealings with him and in his communication with the involved parties. Mr Fraley represented me on a disorderly conduct charge and got the case dismissed.I really shouldn't have been arrested anyways but now they will arrest you for anything.Since I was in the healthfield and I knew I didn't do anything wrong I hired the most recommended lawyer here and if I hadn't I would have gotten probation, 24 hours in jail and community service for something I shouldn't have been charged with.I had never been arrested or a speeding ticket and I was jumped by some guys and called 911 and I got arrested plus it was on my property, but Mr.Fraley helped Mr through it and was very proffesional and at a reasonable price.He is straight up with you and wants the same in return.I just hired him again for my mom and I really hope he helps her and will update this after we are done.Her charges are way more serious though, they are felonies and I really hope he helps.

I approached Mr. Cameron in a situation where my then 8yr old son claimed his dad had abused him. Mr. Cameron and his office personel went above and beyond what was required of them. They put the safety of my son first and formost. They were professional and thorough. He faught passionately for us in the courtroom. When a situation arose where my case might be moved to another county, he had me prepare for it mths in advance, just in case. His fees were more than reasonable. I can't think of a situation that I wouldn't be comfortable recommending him for. My son still enjoys safety today as a result of this mans quick actions.

Luke came to my defense in an aggravated burglary charge, not only was he very responsive he kept my family informed about what was happening now and what was more than likely going to happen while I was incarcerated. On the day of my preliminary hearing he was able to get all my charges dropped without having to spend any more time in jail.Thats exactly what he told me and my family he would do. Luke is trustworthy and reasonably priced and I would reccomend him to anyone in the upper cumberland area who has charges pending.
