Mr. Bryant took $2500 as a retainer and did nothing with my case and would not refund any of my money. As a mother working tirelessly these last few years to reestablish custody, this was a huge blow and set me back financially for zero pay off. I would NOT recommend Mr. Bryant or any of his associates.

I hired Mr. Bryant for my child custody case a few years back. Unfortunately, it was a long court case due to certain circumstances regarding the other party. With that being said, Mr. Bryant was a very helpful and informative lawyer throughout the entire process and represented us in a professional way with very powerful words in the last court hearing. I had the misfortune of hiring Stephanie Lowe for my case, and it was an utter disaster from start to finish. From the very beginning, Stephanie failed to communicate effectively, leaving me in the dark about crucial aspects of my case. There was a complete lack of transparency and clarity, which only added to my stress and frustration. What was even more troubling was Stephanie's apparent fear and intimidation when dealing with the opposing lawyer. It was clear that she was outmatched and overwhelmed, which severely compromised my position. This lack of confidence and assertiveness was unacceptable and detrimental to my case. Despite my repeated and explicit requests, Stephanie showed no willingness to fight for anything I asked for. She consistently backed down and failed to advocate for my interests. It felt as though she was more interested in avoiding conflict than in securing a favorable outcome for me. Overall, Stephanie's performance was appalling and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone in need of legal representation to look elsewhere. This experience was a complete waste of time and money, and I regret ever hiring Stephanie Lowe.

We would never recommend this lawyer. Either his secretary isn’t passing on his messages or he is plain refusing to respond. I have called 4 times and left messages from handling my deceased grandmothers estate. And sent one email and got ZERO calls back. Find a lawyer that truly cares and isn’t just looking for money.

Mr Beason came to me as a referral from another lawyer I was working with for the criminal side of my situation. My divorce included 2 small children, 2 homes and 3 businesses. There was a lot to sort through. He took the time to understand how we got here, what my goals were and he went straight to work. One thing you have to understand about Mr Beason is that he will NOT sugar coat anything and, trust me, it was 100% to my benefit. Divorce is serious. Mr Beason's professionalism, experience and sheer heart for his clients kept me on the right track of mental focus and always with a to-do list of what he needed from me. He defended me against hits from the other side that no one saw coming, not even the judge. At some points it was a long waiting game, but that was also strategy that sometimes I didn't see. I trusted him anyway because of the results (and signed court orders) I saw. Like the saying goes, "anything worth having is worth waiting (and fighting) for". Divorce takes work and I promise you Mr Beason worked harder than the multiple divorce lawyers representing my ex. Based on what I saw in the many many hearings we had in Davidson Co, my lawyer knew the law and what to say at the right time, every time. Just as important, he listened to me and took in what I had to say. My concerns and questions were validated, whether relevant or not. It was too easy to worry and be anxious about what was to come in my divorce. Surrounding myself with pros who care like Mr Beason was the best decision I made for my future with my children. The outcome is that I have full custody of my children, full control of the main business, two homes in my name and now the opportunity to move on freely and with confidence into the future. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Gere Beason.

Do not waste your money on this man. He does not respond to calls or emails for WEEKS, and is rude when you’re finally able to get ahold of him. You’ll feel like you’re holding his hand the entire time to get him to do his OWN job. His excuse is that he needs patience because of his own personal issues. He was hired 2 years ago to work on this divorce and it is still not final even though all paperwork is done and has been done!! He blames his clients for HIS slow work!!!

Dealing with troubling times is never easy. Finding an honest attorney is just as hard. However, I was fortunate enough to find Gere! At one point in our mediation, he frequently checked on the opposing counsel and mediator to make sure neither of the two were "burning up the clock". He explained that it was common for mediators to stretch out the time so they could make more. If that doesn't tell you the type of man he is, then I don't know what else could. With the knowledge and expertise Gere brought to the table, he was able to get me everything I asked for! Gere is a true professional to say the least. Because of him, I am able to watch my son grow up before my eyes. What more could a Father treasure? Do yourself a favor and meet with Gere Beason. You won't be disappointed!

I have a civil case which includes city and county corruption. I have several e-mails requesting Hallworth to take action. File paperwork to stop the corruption. We talk to him and every time is starting from scratch. Either his memory is gone, or he scared of the county government, because he ignores my pleas to file against the opposition. If you want sold out in a back room deal here ya go. Want real representation; keep scrolling.

Law Office of John M. Boucher. I cant speak for the other individuals who rate this mam a 1 nor is it any of my concerns but I just had to state the facts. To not draw this out to be a long detailed story, I can tell you John Boucher made a difference in not just my life but the people involved in it. I had some pretty serious charges against me that wasn't just going to send me away to prison for some years but ruin my record for life as a felon. Dealing with my career path I was doing before this allegations, I knew I had to get the best lawyer in Knoxville to handle my case carefully as be dedicated. With the fact he was prior military as in the legal profession, that said alot about him and his knowledge. He went above and beyond and believed in my innocence making me feel confident on the case being resolved properly. It has taken a good length of time to get this case as these charges put behind me but with his hard work and determination to get justice served for me it has worked out very well. I was always a bias on the legal system esp dealing with minorities but the reassurance of Mr. Boucher along with his professionalism, I knew I was in good hands. The times I wanted to give up or give in to a plea bargain he pushed me to know we will prove my innocence so was no need to either of those. To sum it all up, I am a true believer that the legal system can be a hassle as can be down right impossible to understand esp when you are innocence. I came to Mr. John Boucher and put my faith in his hands on this matter along all the other issues going on and he proved to me that there are great dedicated lawyers out there who wont give you the run arounds or bs you. I cant thank him enough for all he has done for me and fought for me on this long legal battle

I consulted with John Boucher and hired this law firm for a pretty major charge. He gave me the impression that the charges could be dismissed and that he would represent me. I paid him upfront and in full and thereafter things changed. He would not answer emails or phone calls. The night before the case, he ignores all of my previous questions/comments and tells me that he had passed my case off to another attorney. Then the morning of the case, the new attorney calls me asking about the details of the case! I was very disappointed that he hadn't prepared or even been told the situation until the very last minute. Surprisingly, the jail time was negotiated down, but this entire situation was an awful experience.

I spent nearly a year in jail after being falsely accused of some very horrible crimes. I had a great job up at Y-12, and home, and a great little life until the accusations. My previous attorney took my money, and while I rotted in jail waiting on a trial, I lost my job, my house to foreclosure, and my family. After I ran out of money, the Court Appointed, Mr. Boucher to be my lawyer. That was the best thing that happened. He took this case to trial in only a few months, and he was relentless in the Courtroom. The jury deliberated for less than 45 minutes before saying "not guilty" 22 times!!! He saved my life!!! He smiled, shook my hand, and simply said, "that is how it is done."

Sandy is honest, ethical, and knows what she is doing. My case is super complicated and she did not have time to take it. She took an extra few days to consider whether she would (I prayed) but I respected her for respecting herself. Do not hesitate to hire her if she is available and you need an attorney. I left her office feeling respected and better off. I do believe that she would have won my case had her schedule permitted.

Sandy got me custody of my grandaughter after I had been told by four other lawyers that I had no rights and couldn’t win. At our first meeting she was prepared with several ideas of what we might do. I knew then and there that she could and would win my case. I was involved in an accident with an 18-wheeler. The insurance company offered me money almost immediately after the accident and I called the Reaves Law Firm to ask their opinion. Ms. Rubenfeld and her team helped me through my divorce 5 years ago. I was very young with a newborn while trying to navigate a divorce due to my husband's infidelity. Abby met with me whenever I needed, emailed with me as long as I needed to, and returned my calls when I needed. She provided the best possible advice, and she fought for me even when I was ready to give up and give in. Even when I simply needed to vent, she always seemed to listen. When we would go to mediation and she would see my frustration, she would fight harder for me. When we would go to court and she would see my fear, she would reassure me. She was also always willing to work with me financially if needed. To this day when problems arise, she is still willing to provide the best legal advice. I got his information from a friend. I spoke to his Assistant paralegal and she made me an appointment. I went to see him and he spoke to me for a few minutes. Told the front lady how much to charge me. Didn’t wanted to listen to everything or some of what I wanted to say. Then walked out of the office to go get his lunch and I sat there and waited for him. When he came back he asked if I had already paid and stared to walk upstairs. I asked him what if this person tries to harm me. He said just call me. In this instance it did happen and guess what they don’t have a voice mail or anyone to talk to after hours. I called so many times about my case and the paralegal lady said he is the one you spoke to so he will call you back. He never did. One day I was threatened by this person and I called him and he said call the cops. I did call them. I took care of this whole situation by myself and I went to his office in Nov 2021. Do you think they once called and asked if everything was okay or did I needed help. I come from a family of lawyers, I didn’t wanted to get my family involved in this because it was my mess and I wanted to take care of it on my own. They made me a portal. Guess what nothing was loaded on it. I paid them cash and guess what nothing was done. Please I highly suggest you research before you hire someone out there are plenty of resources online. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

Mr Olson is God sent, he is compassionate & understands the bond between a pet & her owner. My mini horse was sold by a woman in Southside Tn. Who was only to keep my horse while I go to Canada to take care of my mom.... She heartlessly, sold my baby, on Craigslist & say , she does not know where my horse is at. Mr Olson & Claire his paralegal has been awesome in trying to find my baby & will do all to the full extent of the law to make sure , justice is served!! Our case is still open, but seeing how thorough , efficient, professional, caring & kind , Mr Olson, Claire, his paralegal, Diane & Adrienne are.... I had heard that Mark was a good attorney by a friend. He referred him to me. I hired him for divorce matters with child custody. He was months behind on filing correct paperwork, and his office is disorganized. He used MyCase to provide you with documents but they were never timely. He talked about other clients loudly, and in front of other clients. I've walked into the office and there he was gossiping about an opposing attorney's personal issues and a former client In the waiting area! This was shocking and highly unprofessional. His staff was rude and lied to me for Mark and about my case. My calls and emails had been ignored for weeks. When I took my file to my new attorney, I found out that little to nothing had been done on my case, and things that were supposed to be filed weren't. My ex almost won a significant advantage because of that!! Don't make the same mistake I did!
